I needed a transport for my dog to get from NC to Ohio. After posting on CitizenShipper i had many quotes instantly and i found the perfect driver. My dog done great with Conrad and i would definitely use again! It was easy to sign up, post what i need and book the transport. I had a bunch of quotes and messages all from people wanting to book it as soon as possible. It was easy to use and quick to get everything done.

I had a pup that needed transported 6 hours. Within minutes I had multiple bids and I was able to choose who I was comfortable with. A few minutes later I was scheduled for a next day pickup. It took all my stress away!

I am so very impressed with this service and the care that was given to Bronco. The communication and transaction with Kevin was great. I was notified when he was picked up and all along the route when he was being fed and walked. Bronco looked cared for, comfortable and happy when he arrived on time! He was even affectionate toward the driver which gave me more of comfort of knowing I made the right choice. I would not hesitate to use Teacher's Pet Logistics again and I'm already spreading the work about their excellent service. KUDO's.

Me and my boyfriend needed someone to go pick up our puppy from Ohio and bring him to New York! Eterna left the same night we asked. She updated up on the trip and sent pictures when our puppy was in the car on his way to us! We would use her again in a heart beat! She was the best!

This was realky stressful for us, but they made it so easy and uodated us with pics along the way, it could not have gone better. We wanted to take her home with us also she was so sweet and took such good care of our puppy!

Citizen Shipper sent me lots and lots of responses for shipping request. You can talk directly with the individuals that are sending you quotes - so easy to make sure that you feel comfortable with the shipper that you choose.

They were very friendly and got my pets moved easily and quickly, my two cats are very sensitive and dislike cages but instead of hiding at the end of the trip they were very curious about their new home!

This site was easy to navigate. What I was needing I found right away and had really no troubles. Easy to post what I needed and had perspective drivers e-mailing me within an hour. There customer service online superb!

I only got one bid, but it was the right bid! I found the site easy to use. The one thing I wish I had been more aware of was that there is an additional charge to process the transaction through Citizen Shipper in addition to the transport.

I thought it was a scam after I had a bad run with my first shipper that I booked through citizenshipper. I paid the initial service fee which was around $75 for the use of their site which was fine ( I was already in a bind). I chose the shipper I wanted which turned out to be a bad chose at no fault of the site. I reached out to customer service and they were EXTREMELY helpful with finding another shipper by upgrading my post and sending shippers my way. Once I chose the next shipper they transferred my initial deposit from the first booking to the new booking (I didn't lose my money). The second experience MORE THAN made up for the first experience and everything went as scheduled (actually even sooner than I expected). I will definitely use citizenshipper again and recommend it to anyone in need of having items moved.
One word of advice: make sure whoever you chose is a preferred shipper of the Site. Trust me it makes a HUGE difference.

I was connected with a fine young man Forest through citizenshipper. He accompanied my pup across country and I couldn't be happier! He kept in constant contact via text, phone and pictures! He was amazing!

I utilized Citizenshipper to find someone to take my dog back to his original owner. I had developed a very serious dog allergy and time was of the essence to get him home over the Thanksgiving break. I was able to search my phone for pet transport and found Citizenshipper. The platform was easy to understand, even from my mobile device, and I was able to utilize the text features in order to know when people were bidding on the job. Communication back and forth with the potential drivers was easy, as well as accepting a bid and paying the (very reasonable) Citizenshipper fee. I was able to find someone who got the dog home in a timeframe that was very quick, and with a reasonable price. I was even able to rate the driver almost instantly. It was a great service. Other sites, like uShip couldn't come close, and I'm glad I chose Citizenshipper. I've included a photo of my boy on his journey home that the driver sent me!

I recently had my dog transported from California to Texas. My driver, Tina, was very friendly. She was in constant communication with the person that had my dog in California and with me in Texas. She gave me a ETA and was right on time. My dog seemed to love her, showing affection towards and Tina showed affection to my Sasha.

I found them much more responsive that the "other online shipper bidding site". The fee is a little high, but the total was still lower than I was quoted elsewhere. The shipper was courteous and professional. I am glad I found them.

I give Pet Air Transportation FIVE STARS!? I purchased 2,8 week old Shih Tzus from Delaware. I needed them shipped to me in California. Raymond contacted me immediately. He knows the flight patterns, and was able to get a quick and seamless transport for my new puppies! Raymond from Pet Air Transportation was courteous, professional, friendly and was on time for pick up and drop off. He also kept in touch with me in between flights and sent me pictures during transport. Even a FaceTime call! I'll admit, I was pretty skeptical about using this service. But Raymond was able to eliminate all of those fears. THEN he had an unbeatable price! I would use Pet Air Transportation and Raymond over anybody else! And he comes highly recommended! I needed to get my puppy from the breeder to my home and they helped find a driver. I was very pleased in how quickly I was able to arrange for transport and the friendliness and communication from the driver. I will use again.

Citizen shipper helped me get my puppy! I was able to talk with tons of individuals willing to drive my pup to and from. I was able to match with someone I felt comfortable with. He drove my pup over 10 hours with gps tracking and photo updates of the pup!
