I need to update my review on Chloe. She brought my 8 wk old Maltese puppy, Bentley, from Houston to Myrtle Beach, SC. Not only did Chloe take extra precautions regarding his health because he was so young. She also worked on me in the price. I was previously scammed by an unscrupulous (supposedly) breeder who not only took all of my money and didn't deliver the puppy and they also stole my identity. She worked with me on my budget. Not only was she in Houston for another transport, she made sure she picked him up the same day that I booked her. She treated him like he was also her own furkid. She drove straight through dealing with some pretty bad weather. She stayed in touch with me during the whole transport, arrived when promised. Chloe put me and my friend that bought him for me at ease. My friend said, she's an Angel. I didn't worry one bit and neither did my friend. After being scammed out of close to $2000. I would normally be leery of anyone who promised me the Moon but stole from me. I did not have one single doubt about her. There are not enough good things I can say about Chloe!
I was ripped off for $450.00 by a highly rated driver that they recommended to me. They stated that the driver had 50 trips and 5 stars. The driver ghosted me, did not show up on the date promised and kept my 450.00 deposit. When contacted, Citizenshipper took no responsibility and said I was on my own. Be very careful who you select because this company WILL NOT stand behind their drivers. It also became known after this happened that this driver was doing this to other people and Citizenshipper DID NOT notify or warn me.
The site does well to quickly notify you of bids. The communication with prospective drivers is easy to access and smooth.
I used Cheryl & she was awesome. Very helpful, reliable, & offered a great rate. I will definitely use her again.

If you're looking to make extra money, you live travel and are a softy for pets then this is for you.
Was a grate service first time using and will fir sure use again person was so helpful and understanding and took care of all my needs with my dog

Tim agreed Take my two Rottweilers to Lebanon Oregon along with two crates 50+ pounds of food and a box of toys food bowls an AKC paperwork…. 50 foot chain and a 25 foot chain…
Upon arrival the dogs were delivered to my sons in Lebanon Oregon but the chains and a basketball and a football and all the dog food did not get delivered and when I called TimAnd informed him and ask him what happened he told me he thinks he lost the toys and a hotel room and he said he threw the dog food away because he was allergic to it… Tim owes me $100 for all the stuff that did not get delivered and what gets me the most is that I stayed in communication the whole trip of my dogs going to my sons and he did not inform me of any of this until I called him and confronted him after learning that stuff was not delivered for me that is very bad credibility and not trust worthy And I do not recommend Nor will I ever use his service again he is a liar and a thief.
On top of all this I don't think the citizen group that Tim uses to gain business knew he was taking my dogs all the way to Lebanon Oregon from Missouri…Hopefully this will be discovered and Tim will be banned from doing this to anyone else.

We do background check each driver before we allow them to accept any shipments, but the background doesn’t catch everything that could be problematic. That’s why we have customers review their drivers so new customers can make an informed decision. I appreciate that your items were valuable to you and should have arrived along with your dogs, and it is unacceptable for a driver to do this. Unless you made an arrangement outside of our platform with the driver, the trip is visible on our platform. We suggest that customer always use the platform for communication so there is evidence if something doesn’t go right, that gives us more leverage to assist. For some stupid reason if you are a shipper of some items, you ca not get a quote to ship a car. The customer service is horrible too
