I need to update my review on Chloe. She brought my 8 wk old Maltese puppy, Bentley, from Houston to Myrtle Beach, SC. Not only did Chloe take extra precautions regarding his health because he was so young. She also worked on me in the price. I was previously scammed by an unscrupulous (supposedly) breeder who not only took all of my money and didn't deliver the puppy and they also stole my identity. She worked with me on my budget. Not only was she in Houston for another transport, she made sure she picked him up the same day that I booked her. She treated him like he was also her own furkid. She drove straight through dealing with some pretty bad weather. She stayed in touch with me during the whole transport, arrived when promised. Chloe put me and my friend that bought him for me at ease. My friend said, she's an Angel. I didn't worry one bit and neither did my friend. After being scammed out of close to $2000. I would normally be leery of anyone who promised me the Moon but stole from me. I did not have one single doubt about her. There are not enough good things I can say about Chloe!
I was ripped off for $450.00 by a highly rated driver that they recommended to me. They stated that the driver had 50 trips and 5 stars. The driver ghosted me, did not show up on the date promised and kept my 450.00 deposit. When contacted, Citizenshipper took no responsibility and said I was on my own. Be very careful who you select because this company WILL NOT stand behind their drivers. It also became known after this happened that this driver was doing this to other people and Citizenshipper DID NOT notify or warn me.
Terrible, read contract very carefully. Tried cancelling the shipment I booked within 24 hrs of making. The shipment was not scheduled till 8 days later. The reason I cancelled was the driver didn't have the proper insurance to transport a $40,000.00 boat. I only discovered this after I was able to talk with him on the phone which required my payment of $312.00 to Citizen shipper. Before Booking I tried to find all the term and conditions but was unable to find this particular piece. I even tried calling the company before booking but they don't accept phone calls, complete joke.
We had a great experience with this service, they provided numerous quotes which allowed me to interview and pick the right person to transfer the dogs to their new home. Would highly recommend, the service is quick, easy and our driver was amazing!
I recently purchased a huge bead collection off a woman in California, weighing almost 600 pounds. I had never needed to ship anything so big before, and the investment had me very nervous. I came across Citizenshipper, and after looking through some reviews, decided to place an add. My soon to be shipped sent me a great bid, but had no reviews yet, but I decided to take a leap of faith. I am so glad I did. I am very impressed with my experience with both Citizenshipper and my driver. I will definitely do business with them again!
Using Citizenshipper.com to book transport for my dogs during a cross country move fyi. Los Angeles, California to Atlanta, Georgia was easy and affordable. They have a great website! It was easy to navigate and the notifications via text when shoppers replied were also helpful. I would use the service again to arrange a transport for my pets if needed. There were lots of options of transporters on the website and they were all polite and professional. My family was very happy with Citizenshipper.com.

CitizenShipper helped me when I needed to ship a puppy to its new owner. Finding a driver for the job was very easy and the prices were reasonable. I'd definitely hire someone from CitizenShipper again for any future transports.
Deborah was amazing. She picked up my cats the day after I booked and she drove straight through from NY to WI. She has a large van and my cats were able to eat and use the litter box during the ride. She sent me updates via text as she hit each state on the drive. She got to my apartment at 1:30 am and helped me get the cats and their things inside, all with a smile on her face after a 15 hr drive. I would definitely book with Deborah again, she was wonderful.
I used CitizenShipper to find a driver to bring my puppy from Oklahoma to Atlanta and was very happy with the communication and process. I met the most friendly kind people and they updated me with pictures and check-ins throughout the entire trip. I will definitely use them again if I need ground transport and I recommend them to everyone.

I love the organization of Citizens Shipper. Its fantastic. I just wish they would have a app available for the customers. But it is very convenient to be able to have our pets delivered from anywhere in the US.
Citizenshipper is a site that connects people looking to have items/pets shipped, with people offering the shipping service. Clients are able t feel comfortable knowing that background checks have been preformed as well as getting to read other peoples experiences with shippers they are considering hiring.
These companies should just be honest saying they cannot control what their service providers do and you are gambling with your pet's safety. This option does not sit well with me if you have grown together with your pets loving them throughout many years. These types of companies have already failed over & over again many times throughout the years.

This seems like this would be the type of work for very responsible people. A GPS won't do anything if someone falls asleep on the road, is using drugs, is moving drugs, has a warrant for arrest ect. Are you willing to trust Citizenshipper’s Own Review System to give you the real accurate information about their shippers. Why don’t they have their Reviews listed with reputable companies like Google?
CitizenShipper is definitely not trying to hide the fact that you, as a customer, are contracting with the delivery person, and not with CitizenShipper. We provide a marketplace where you can find a driver who meets your budget and time frame requirements. Much like Craigslist, where sellers post what they want to sell and buyers make arrangements to pay for it, Craigslist never touches the money that changes hands. We know that when it comes to pets (I am personally invested in no less than SIX rescue animals) extra caution and care is required, which is why we list badges for USDA and Red Cross Pet Aid certifications, if drivers choose to enroll in those programs. Furthermore, with the addition of two new programs, Pet Insurance and FirstVet, CitizenShipper is pulling out all the stops to increase the safety of pet transportation. While your statement that a GPS won’t help if someone falls asleep or is on medication, it does help to pinpoint where an accident happened. It does provide peace of mind that your pet is on its way to its destination, and it is a useful tool. While we can’t predict much this life, we can guarantee that we take pet safety very seriously and in cases of animal neglect, we will ban a driver for life if the investigation proves neglect or abuse. The fact is, shipping pets long distances involves all sorts of risks, even when it’s the pet owner doing the transportation. There is no deception with CitizenShipper and there is no lack of effort to ensure safety and compliance.
I placed an ad on CitizenShipper to have my cat brought from Jersey to Florida. I got numerous bids on the pickup and finally chose one. I had a wonderful experience throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend using CitizenShipper for whatever reason you need to ship something.
Citizenshipper leads you to believe that their people are vetted and safe. They do no screening oh, there are no safety checks. I lost my two beautiful dogs by trusting this website. The person I found on citizenshipper ended up abusing and killing my dogs. Please be careful, get references and talk to them. And please please don't use citizenshipper.com.

Reliable shipper who took great care of my dog. Will use this site again. Only complaint is the fee on top of the shipping bid. $100 just to find a shipper through their website, then the price to actually ship the animal.
I had a great experience the first time I used CitizenShipper. I got quotes from about 10 drivers within 30 minutes and was able to choose the best one within my price range. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I used this site to find transport of my new puppy. It was very easy and I received many bid for competitive pricing and time frames. The shipper I connected with was phenomenal! Moving is stressful enough. Moving from Iowa back to NC with fully packed cars, we wondered how we would get our cats moved. Our driver through CitizenShipper was timely and kept us posted throughout her travels with our cats. They arrived on time and happy!

You are correct, we do not operate a call center at this time. I do apologize for your experience with this independent contract driver found on our site, however, I must mention that I did personally handle your support ticket immediately and we resolved it without further issue. The confusion I believe was created by the drivers failing to respond to your online messages in the timeframe you wished in regards to your question about insurance. You booked the driver without them having answered you in regards to coverage. I also did reach out to the driver to verify their insurance after your cancellation request, and was sent info that they do, in fact, purchase coverage for each specific shipment won, and they sent you the paperwork to get this process started, which is when you cancelled their services.
I offered to create a new listing and find you another driver with which you would need to be sure to verify insurance BEFORE accepting the bid this time. When you did not wish to relist, your refund was promptly processed.
