I need to update my review on Chloe. She brought my 8 wk old Maltese puppy, Bentley, from Houston to Myrtle Beach, SC. Not only did Chloe take extra precautions regarding his health because he was so young. She also worked on me in the price. I was previously scammed by an unscrupulous (supposedly) breeder who not only took all of my money and didn't deliver the puppy and they also stole my identity. She worked with me on my budget. Not only was she in Houston for another transport, she made sure she picked him up the same day that I booked her. She treated him like he was also her own furkid. She drove straight through dealing with some pretty bad weather. She stayed in touch with me during the whole transport, arrived when promised. Chloe put me and my friend that bought him for me at ease. My friend said, she's an Angel. I didn't worry one bit and neither did my friend. After being scammed out of close to $2000. I would normally be leery of anyone who promised me the Moon but stole from me. I did not have one single doubt about her. There are not enough good things I can say about Chloe!
I was ripped off for $450.00 by a highly rated driver that they recommended to me. They stated that the driver had 50 trips and 5 stars. The driver ghosted me, did not show up on the date promised and kept my 450.00 deposit. When contacted, Citizenshipper took no responsibility and said I was on my own. Be very careful who you select because this company WILL NOT stand behind their drivers. It also became known after this happened that this driver was doing this to other people and Citizenshipper DID NOT notify or warn me.
I just can't say enough how impressed I was with the service of transporting my little dog. I was a nervous wreck, but they kept me updated with photos and videos throughout drive. I would highly recommend them!
Really great service, I'm a driver for them and it's truly a great place to ship anything! Everything is very straight forward and shippers get competitive rates and are allowed to speak with drivers before picking the one they feel is the best fit for their specific needs!
They call it a bidding site for pet shipping, I don't know about that, I had to reach out to everyone that I was interested in using. I also didn't like what appeared to be an automatic 5 star review when they were verified. Other than that, there were lots of choices and I was able to find the perfect shipper. They also have another fee on top of what the shipper charges that they don't make very clear. All in all I was happy with the site and would recommend them.
Citizenshipper matched us with a dependable and safe driver to transport our new puppy to us. The CitizenShipper platform was extremely easy to navigate and I loved how quickly I was matched with drivers. When I received quotes from CitizenShipper prospects they were open to negotiation, so I felt satisfied that I got the best possible deal. CitizenShipper provided us with several options for professional transporters. I was even able to pay the driver with using paypal, so no cash was ever exchanged! I will definitely be recommending Citizen Shipper to friends and family.
Had truck hood shipped from New Jersey to Central Texas. Used Harrison with Giga. He did great job including regular updates throughout the trip and pictures at the beginning. Citizen Shipper facilated everything very well.
Oh my gosh, where to begin! My friend Meagan rescued 3 pups from a cardboard box. I really wanted to help re-home one but she was all the way in Texas! (We live in Nevada) Then Brenda came along and answered my prayers! I didn't think I'd be able to afford a pet transport service because I received several other quotes, which were just way out of budget. I almost lost hope. Brenda is truly an angel and we were able to negotiate getting my pup here at a price I could afford! Brenda picked up pup early, and got her to us earlier than expected! She kept me informed and update throughout pup's journey here. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Brenda to anyone who needs pet transportation services. She literally goes the extra mile to bring your fur baby safely home.

Never shipping a dog before and having been let down by another company cancelling last minute I didnt have high expectations. A friend recommended citizenshipper, and I'm so glad they did! I was impressed with how well and smooth the process was to get my fur baby across country, I immediately got bids and I ended up paying cheaper for better service than V. I. P Transports tried to charge me. I will definitely be recommending this to everyone!

After conducting extensive research on transporting our dog to his new home, I landed upon CitizenShipper. Thank goodness for this site! Getting matched up with professional drivers and pet transportation services was very easy. I quickly found our excellent driver Dennis and Kane Pet Shippers through the site. Dennis kept in close contact with us throughout our furbaby's ride and took great care of him. I would definitely use CitizenShipper again!

Oving Touch pet shipper were great, kept me up to date a lot, took pictures along the way. Noel was very sweet and kind. I could tell she was an animal lover. Not just in it for the money. Her price was great.

I only give them one star because I cant give them negative stars.
These people are thieves. I worked with them through a fraudulent cat breeder and immediately they want a $1500 deposit for a thermal crate (which they promised would be refunded. After that payment they wanted $450 for immunizations. Then they wanted $1000 for "insurance". At this point I refuse to pay and they disappear. They will no longer return my emails, texts, or phone calls.
I have reported them to the local police, Paypal, Zelle and the FTC. Please, I beg you, never even think of using this so-called "business" unless you want to lose thousands of dollars! Want more information? I'll gladly give it.

This company repeatedly "transported " pets that mysteriously die. Why is that? Oh wait because the 3rd party companies SELL the pets and claim they died. Well guess what?! I have amazing lawyers who are working their magic right now. Fireworks are coming

I can understand your frustration with the fact that on occasion pets die during transport. I would be heartbroken if my pup was in that situation and would do everything in my power to punish the people who let it happen. The fact of the matter is that CitizenShipper is a marketplace, the same as craigslist, and while we allow drivers to bid on your listed shipment, once you have agreed to book them it is out of our control. We have safeguards in place, such as background checks and ID Verification as well as Pet Travel insurance, but no one can predict or prepare for every situation. Luckily these occurrences are rare, but if you are able to verify that a pet reported dead is showing up for sale, we would be very interested in obtaining that information as we like to improve safety and performance in every aspect of our business. I had no idea where to find a shipper for my dog across the US. I posted an ad and within minutes had shippers responding. I found a great shipper and had her within two days. I had several shippers to pick from and went with who I felt the most comfortable with.
The shipper was very professional and sent me updates and pictures all along the way so I felt comfortable with him having my dog.
I liked that background and insurance checks had been done already as well as ID checks. You just never know these days.
My dog arrived happy and healthy and you could tell she was well taken care of.
I would not hesitate to use them again. I am glad for how easy the service was tp use

CitizenShipper was my first choice when looking into a pet transporting service. The platform was fool proof and I received several bids on my "job" instantly. The platform generated these bids with a wide array of prices to fit any budget. I was able to interact with potential shippers easy through their chat function. I was able to ask answers and ensure I picked the best shipper for my needs. I feel their platform is more interactive and more direct when compared to Uship. I never get fast bids or instant interaction when I used their service in the past. Ultimately, I would recommend CitizenShipper over other platforms due to the easy use and in depth interactions with the shippers. I just found this online while searching how to ship my puppy and I couldn't be happier. Very professional and cost effective. Also the puppy was driven with care instead of shipped via plane bu people who may be less caring/careful. This site is a MUST have on your list of contacts for such a need!

I used CitizenShipper to take my dog from Oregon to Georgia. Finding a driver was very easy and, because the drivers offer bids, I was able to negotiate a price that I could afford.
Kala, my driver, was extremely professional, conscientious, and reliable. She is also very good at finding addresses that are usually difficult to find! She sent updates and photos all along the way, and my sweet dog was very comfortable riding alongside her. She drove from Oregon to Georgia with him, where she delivered him to my mom. This business took care of every thin I needed when I had to ship my dad's boat cross country this year.
What made the difference was the driver I chose - he wasn't the cheapest (wasn't the most expensive, either) but had lots of positive feedback.
Once I understood how the bidding worked, I found out it was just like the ebay of shipping without the stupid TV show.
I'm not sure how someone could be confused about this. Maybe they should start small scale so they can understand how online bidding actually works. Would you blame ebay for a product you didn't like? No, they just brokered the deal.
There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL my experience with P. E. T. S. was! I was in a bind after my sister suddenly passed away and needed to get her blind, 14-year old dachsund, Dodger, across the country. Debbie came to the rescue and took such good care of Dodger. She communicated with me along the way and sent pictures of Dodger enjoying his cross-country trip. Not only did Debbie do an amazing job, she became my new friend and even gave my father a much-needed hug when she arrived with Dodger. I used Citizenshipper to find a reliable transporter for my adopted rescue dog. The quotes were so much better than those from commercial companies, and I was able to pick my own driver based on reviews and recommendations, which really helped. My transporter was a sweetheart and took great care of my boy.
Great service. I didn't know where to start looking for pet transportation so I signed up with citizen shipper and another company like them. Within minutes I had access to multiple pet transport companies all over willing to get my new puppy to me safely. The other company I signed up with didn't recommend anything. I would use them again for sure, the fee is worth all the work and recommendations they provide.
Used Citizen Shipper to get quotes for our new puppy to travel from Ma to GA. I was able to receive several reasonable quotes from what seemed like reputable pet curriers. Best to ask a lot of questions on process/ time/ route etc before making a decision. But loved that I had choices! I had to change my date a few times and each time received new bids for the job.
