I went for the comfort packages. It was a very satisfactory experience.

Payment was taken very promptly, received an email with regards to confirmation of the product, however next day received another email. Stating delay,

Did not receive any calls... only emails. Company does not believe in customer service. Even after making several complaints. The only reply i received was either you wait or cancel the order.

I cancelled the order and now have to wait for another 7-10 days to get my money back, I have already spoken to a lawyer. As due to their false commitments. Now i am in a loss.

I've rented a bed with mattress, and a table and chair set from Cityfurnish. The took more than 2 weeks to deliver the product and its already been a week since I placed a return request with zero conversation from their end. I have been following up repeatedly, and they have also heavily increased their monthly rates on all furniture on which they are calculating the new cancellation charges, which are incredibly high.

My experience with them has been horrible and I implore everyone reading this to not put yourself through such a pain. The economical cost and good quality products are not enough to offset their horrible customer service and operational inefficiency.

I placed an order to rent some appliances from City Furnish. The company makes you pay first and then takes your information and provides further details. After making the payment they asked me for a number of document. I tried contacting customer care to understand what was required for 4 days but I could never get through and none of my call back requests were completed. It has been 6 days since I placed the order and a day since I cancelled the order but the company has still not refunded my money saying they want to know the reason I cancelled. They can email to ask the reason I cancelled but not to respond to my refund request. This is just a seriously unprofessional company.

Customers Beware- CityFurnish is a COMPLETE scam. The delivery was never made, although we made the payment upfront. Their empty promises and constant lies are inexcusable. Never, ever use this company. Any positive reviews must surely be made up by them. This is the very WORST experience ever. I expected a degree of sincerity. This is certainly an online scam to get ones money and personal details. Truly, truly horrifying
