I used this renting service. I will highly recommend it for Bachelors, Expatriate, Emigrants. Recommend this to all relocating people. Very bad service. Take so long in first taking an order and than never take customer care call. Only who do meditation a lot n are in no hurry can contact them or else forget it. There transportation people also Suck. My order suppose to be arrive in half n hr since morning n it's 8 pm now. Third class service. I wish I could have not given even one star too. They don't deserve any star.

They took around 8400. 00 in advance for the name of advance rent and security and assured me for good service for some furniture and after 5 days of my payment they refused me just through a rendom method.
I was an low income guy facing many problems after lockdown am not even afford to buy furniture so I plan to rent it so that my 2 month old daughter will sleep on bed during this winter
But on delivery date when I follow up by myself they denying me by stating that they need the rent agreement on every people who is going to stay in house and they start asking for further payments of rent
They want me to link my account with thier server which am not comfortable as I got scammed recently by some other website. I offered them advance rent of whole tenure and extra money for security but they only want me to connect my bank details with them... am wondering they are selling such data to scammers that is why they are forcing me to do it.
Today 26oct is the date which I fixed for shift to new house and city furnish to deliver but they deny and I can't shif without furniture but my pocket is not allow me to pay one month extra rent to my current property owner which is *******
Even he has already arranged new tenant so he came to me and ask me to leave house

They took 2 weeks to replace that too after a dozen follow ups with them (wasting a lot of our time) as no one is available on their WhatsApp/chat/IVR to speak to (as they claim in these channels). After emailing, they revert after 24 hours and disconnect the ringing call withing 3-4 seconds. When you call back on the missed call number, there is nobody to talk to. They provided no waiver for these lost 2 weeks of defective product. THIS COMPANY PROVIDES A LOT OF INCONVENIENCE ONCE MONEY IS PAID TO THEM. AVOID AVAILING THEIR SERVICES. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND THEY WILL GIVE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND CAUSE A LOT OF INCONVENIENCE WHEN IT COMES TO POST DELIVERY (after money is paid) CUSTOMER SERVICES. NEVER OPT OF THEM. NoBroker is much better cost wise and customer response wise also.
