I have been seriously let down by this branch on several levels:
They failed to supply bath/shower panels/tray/shower fittings/toilet/cistern/taps on time, then they sent items that were wrong and finally even a faulty item.
I was told by them that everything was OK prior to work starting, reassured they had the items ready for my builders to receive - it took 3 weeks to get the last item from them, I have had no bathroom the whole time the job is just being completed.
Danny, Richard & Nick all contributed to making this the worse experience - no apology, just a string of excuses, "leave it with me", that got nowhere, and the offer of a shower curtain as compensation followed by doubt of my builders workmanship to deflect from their own inadequacies.

When you see on their website "available next day" what they actually mean is not a clue when your get your order but we'll happily take your money and not refund it! Don't F'ing bother! This company took my money on false advertisement of next day parts which wasn't actually the case then when asking for a refund and being told for the past 6 weeks and counting that I will receive the refund I haven't received anything, now won't respond to my emails or phone calls, cheers Louise…. It's not even about the money it's now the principal, $#*! company, $#*! staff and overall just $#*!, don't waste your time.Left with no further options but to take this to trading standards

Ordered AND PAID 23rd December 2023...2 days collection 4 days delivery, they said online. After 7 days... I phoned my local branch. The manager a really nice guy at Southend said a) they have none in stock, nor b) do they even stock them. They order in. Eventually got said boiler 4th Jan and I picked it up in my car. Couldn't bugger my heating bloke about anymore, poor sod. I'm 75 and not a good idea collecting boilers. After sales were pointless. Just meaningless emails from a variety of girls.with no contact back to me after, at all. I had no heating for approx 12 days cos of their useless incorrect online ordering practices. Frantic cos of my wife's memory problem...Beware paying up front. Thought I'd been scammed.

Failed delivery/Refund
November 1, 2022

Ordered on line over £1100, no delivery after 2 days, I phoned customer service, They promised will be resolved within a week but nothing happened even 2 weeks, no respond email or refund, How they expect small traders can manage that kind money left behind for that long, Waiting for few more days then complain to Ombudsman.
