Ordered hair products

Ordered hair products. Site did NOT say they were back ordered. Called to check on order and call would not go through. Could not fiund customer service email on the site. Called again days later and was told that hair was on backorder so I for a refund. Told that it would be credited to me in 1 day. It is now 3 days later, no credit, the phone lines are NOT being answered. Is this ieven a legit store?
