When I first called Clark Tree Experts, John (the owner) called me back right away, and we tentatively made an appointment for the next day. But then on that day, he flaked out on me. I called him up to see what was going on (had to leave a message), but then didn't hear from him until two days later, when he left me a message. I called him back but still couldn't reach him, so I left him another message giving my availability. Well, I never heard from him again.
Actually, John probably did me a favor. By being unresponsive, at least he didn't waste a lot of my time. But I would stay away from him and his flaky company.
