It's always a struggle to get my loyalty discount to work. I used to be able to ship anything for free with my loyalty program. Now it's a guessing game. And sometimes the code shows errors like "not eligible for this email".
No one can give an estimation on shipping time often leaving me without the supplies I need or way too many.

I made the purchase and received the order very quickly. Unfortunately, the part I purchased did not fit the chair. I am having a lot of difficulty communicating with the company to make the return. The phone number does not work, only by email, to which I have not received a response.

I found the checkout page a bit complicated. I tried to automate a future delivery but discovered that I could not do so and use the free shipping promo code, because the automated delivery discount was considered a "code" and thus negated the free shipping. I may set up automation later if it does not cancel out future promotions on one-time or infrequent purchases.

Today, I could not sign out as guest. I do not appreciate needing to sign in. Could not pay through Apple pay. Had to try twice to pay through PayPal. Not a good experience at all. Price has substantially increased.

You have great prices on ivory copy paper. However I only gave you four starts because the box that the paper was shipped in was terrible. When I received the box of reams of paper the box was smashed and torn and some of the reams of paper were bent and torn. I kept it because I needed it. Maybe a heavier box would have been better because paper is heavy. Still going to reorder though.

I was having issues with my payment going through and I thought it was on your end but after talking with Edy and trouble shooting the issue, we found out it was my bank. Reliable and legit company. I purchase bulk toilet paper and brown paper towel rolls from them a few times a year. I've searched around the web, and they always have the best prices. The loyalty program is great too. Shipping is quick for such large boxes.

I ordered a case of 90 rolls when i received the box it was all tapped up in bad shape. I was missing 16 rolls and 6 were unwrapped.I've called and e mailed all i want is a fair amount deducted from my order for the missing product

If customers order by mistake and a return is started, complete and do not ignore and have PayPal to agree with u all because I do shop but that order was jumbo ca regular tissue and I deserve an apology and coupons for free shipping

So far so good. I have a RTC for children and I have been able to purchase my items by being give several means of payment options which I enjoy. The prices are good and the quality of the products.
