Only complaint is you advertise "free Shipping" and send me numerous emails with coupon codes yet they are never approved when I order necessary medical equipment.

Good compoany, they just REALLY need to say if they have to send from another area that may take much longer than anticipated. So, supply chain issues I guess.

Everything is great except for one thing. They do NOT tell you if an item you ordered is out of stock or will take a longer time to get to you, Multiple times I have had very delayed items on a order list. But at least it's not the other major competitor that funnels thier money to terrbile things.

Shipping times an issue, you do not tell cutomer that item is shipping from different areas, thus different arrival times. Sometimes items delayed for some time.

One time my boxes all came destroyed and had to fight to get new o es plus you wanted me to send back product that was damaged beyond repair. Luckily the lady in the office helped me and I did t have to do that so that's why I'm trying you again and if it's good I will continue to use you again
The washcloths were old. They had an odor when opened. I washed with dial soap to rinse them smell off in order to use them. I didn't want to just throw them out.
I ordered items for my 6 year old granddaughter who is on a vent, trach, feeding tube and is bed ridden.
Original shipment was returned to sender by the carrier because it was damaged in shipment. When the replacement was received, one of the bottles had come open during shipment leaking about 1/3 of the contents. Needless to say the whole package was one big mess from the spilled soap. More care needs to be taken when sealing the bottles and packing them for shipment!
I will likely reorder again in the future in hopes this is just a one off issue?

Couldn't get product locally during COVID lockdown
Order experience fine, but purchased a poor quality product (underpads).
95 y.o. Incontinent patient that uses pads & briefs, the underpad is for added security but is SO thin (think kleenex) really doesn't have much absorbancy. I ordered from my poor assessment of the photo as I wanted something "quilted" but was expecting a much better quality than these are. These are just a little layer of bedding waterproofing. Tear very easily. Wad up under client with turning & repositioning. Not returnable. Should have asked for a sample first had I even thought of it. This order was a mistake!

Products are as expected but the shipping department needs retrained on how to pack a box. Most things were crushed hard enough to crush the center tubes on most of the TP rolls and all Band Aids were crushed
