I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?

Contacts are defective. Probably froze during shipping. 8 instances of breakage so far it's 50 percent. Clearly will not take them back, offered me a $7.51 refund. I purchased 4 boxes of 90 = $240. They never answer direct questions, I'm pretty sure it's not a human I am corresponding with if it is they don't speak or read English very well. Sound familiar?

No longer is there a 10-15 day return policy since January, please change the policy information on your website to reflect the actual time it takes for returns to be returned as my insurance ran out because they didnt get back to my account and refund in time.
You better be happy with your purchase because if you need to return them you'll be waiting a while,
Mine were bent and sat $#*!-eyed on my face, obviously their QC department was off that day. I returned them almost a month ago and the BOT that answers from customer service just tells me to be patient, live, and learn, never again

Placed an order in Sep 2023 on urgent basis, had to cancel because it never reached in time. Placed another in 2024 using the premium delivery option and it is reaching after 6 days. Again messed up my delivery address. Customer service doesn't understand what's being asked either. Never got an order confirmation or tracking information for the order. Always choose the standard free delivery option. It's anyways going to reach in 5-7 days as they operate through snail-fast Canada Post.

Ordered contacts Dec. 27,2023, they shipped but no bill was attached to tracking order to submit to my benefits. Contacted customer service on December 27,2023 was told an official receipt would be emailed before the day was over. Nothing came to my inbox.
Dec.28,2023 contacted clearly again about an official receipt, they finally sent it after telling them, " it's like you don't want my business, nor care about customer requests, especially an official receipt."
I was later issued a receipt by email, with an excuse they are having computer issues, now I'm gonna be honest I ordered contacts last June and that was the same excuse. Honestly at this point I think I may take my business else where, kinda silly I have to hound for something important.

Ordered Feb 2nd, 2024 and paid $401 for my glasses. I never received them and was told I would receive a refund. Well, they just took another $300 yesterday and put me into overdraft. I've paid $700 for glasses I didn't receive, and no one cares. I've talked to 12 different people who've told me 11 different things, the last being that I would be refunded $400 for the glasses I didn't receive. Instead they STOLE another $300 from me and my glasses are still no where to be found. I'm on Maternity Leave. They literally stole the formula out of my baby's mouth. Get your glasses from a place that actually cares so you don't end up as stressed and upset as I am. Save yourself, this company doesn't care about their customers at all. It's all about the $$$. They're stealing from someone on Mat Leave collecting EI. This is not OK, but they're not worried about my $700 or my glasses. Eyebuydirect has way better customer service and doesn't take money out of my account for no reason, without notifying me. And their frames are way nicer.

If I could give Clearly a 0 Star rating I would. For starters I did my order and the website states any orders over $100 qualifies for Free shipping. That was a lie and I tried multiple ways in the checkout and it was still charging me. But whatever I needed my contacts asap so I went for the Premium Express shipping. I order products with Premium Express from other companies and get it over night. With Clearly I have been waiting 12 days now and still nothing here. This is the worst, and I meant absolute worst company to deal with. If you are searching and come across Clearly as the best deal I highly suggest not taking the bait and go to the next competition

Placed an order for two boxes of contacts upon checkout it states assembly time is one day, it has been about 24 hours now and my order has yet to be shipped, called to ask what's going on and they have informed me assembly time is actually 3-5 business days. I find this extremely deceiving and wrong, they have offered to "try" to waive the express shipping I paid for as I will not be receiving them in the guaranteed time frame I was expecting, very disappointed.

Worse experience, can't process a simple 215 dollars order. Wasted 3 hrs on with customer service and, accounting department still no hear back or signs of a refund. Never going through this hassle again. Fix your broken website and, refund me asap. The least they could have done was to give an update on the process.

The website was decent to work with and it was great being able to "try on" glasses before buying. The lenses were excellent! Being a little concerned at whether or not I calculated the distance between my eyes appropriately, they turned out spot on! :) I don't love the frames I chose… sadly looked better on my online face than my actual real life face, which is why I rated with a four rather than five stars, but none the less, I have two pair that give me the sight I need to function daily and be able to drive at night. Very happy with the service and the timeliness of arrival. I would definitely use this service again.

Ordered 2 boxes, 1 box had its contact lenses break in my hands after few days of use, when contacted them instead of sending me a replacement they demanded a new prescription. It would cost me the same to go for an eye exam as to buy that stupid box again.
I wear contacts for 20 years never had this happen, never ordering from them again.

Horrible recent experience. Paid for a $300 order of daily contacts. A month later, they still haven't shipped, and clearly will not allow me to cancel the order, nor will they give me any sense of when (or even if) it will ever ship. Called multiple times, each time I was told someone would get back to me with an update. No one ever got back to me, I had to keep calling. They won't even refund the $20 in shipping in handling. Stay away from this company!

Received my contact lenses quickly. However, there is something off with the lenses, so my vision is not very good. While it has been some time since I have ordered from Clearly, the prescription and lens brand/type that I use has not changed in years. Therefore, I am unsure why these pairs are not working very well.

I ordered my glasses and got them within 7 days. No complaints there, however the day I received my glasses, clearly took more money from my credit card. The exact same amount as I had paid a week prior. And customer service tells me it's a bank problem not their problem? I called looking for a simple refund and it's been made difficult. There was absolutely no reason to take additional funds when i had already received the glasses.

I sent in my return on October 7th and I continue to wait for my money to be refunded. Customer service acknowledged that my package arrived at the warehouse, but they will not refund my money. When I phone/email, they tell me they have sent an "urgent request" for my refund to be processed, but it doesn't happen.

Horrible product. Not one but both of my glasses fell apart. I had to buy a new pair of readers for some reason. The distance glasses fell apart during a drivers exam! I had to get someone to pick up a 56 foot long bus. I was there for over an hour blocking traffic. I failed btw. What a terrible product. Absolute garbage! Save your money go elsewhere!

After multiple interactions over calls and live chats, I'm left disappointed. Firstly, it's perplexing that the company cannot confirm the availability of items listed on their website. If an item is out of stock, it should be promptly removed. Secondly, it's completely unsatisfactory to receive only half of my contact lens order twice, without any indication that the other half is missing. This renders the lenses unusable. Lastly, the email notification system for tracking is inadequate. I receive notifications like 'your order is shipped' or 'your order is canceled' without clarity on which part of my order is affected, leading to confusion and unnecessary time spent on follow-ups.
This keeps happening with every box I order. I don't even know how many times I've left my house thinking it'll be fine and it's a rip in the contacts. They're daily contacts... not something that's damaged from wear and tear. It costs more than the contact lens to recover from that type of potential damage.

Despite months of emails and phone call and endless apologies from them there is no consumer complaints supervisor able to provide the glasses ordered when mistakes happen. They have consistently sent wrong glasses over last 10 months. They take hours apologising and saying they will fix it but still not. Take care with your experience. It may be quicker to go to Dispute Resolution of Civil Courts than wait for customer service to respond. Easier to deal with in person opticians or try other online companies.
Please tell me where my order is *******! It's been two weeks and no revert and no responsibility. I was promised a week at Queen street toronto store of yours! Deliberate harassment vetted out to a customer.

I ordered some Rayban aviator prescription glasses on Clearly and i'm not quite happy about it. Packaging was really bad without any protection, glasses were loose in the box and could have broken during shipping. The lenses aren't the Rayban ones so not the original quality with the logo. Also, took almost 1 month before i received my order. I paid for express service, shipping and lens cutout was supposed to be faster. Will order at another company next time
