I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
Very happy with my new glasses. I have a very high prescription (-11) and had put off getting a replacement pair of glasses for many years, even though my old glasses had scratched lenses. The cost my optometrist quoted me was just too high... $660 and that was with his most inexpensive frames. My clearly glasses cost a fraction of that and are perfect! I am very happy to finally have new glasses. They got the prescription perfect as well. Will definitely order from Clearly again.
Fast delivery. Product as described. Clear instructions on how to order my lenses. Only wish shipping and insurance cost was free or at least cheaper. Really makes a huge difference in cost. I'll be checking out other providers too for future purschases.
Quick, pretty straightforward. I purchased the higher indexed option (thinner lenses) with coatings, as well as progressive (the cheaper of the two versions).
Not that inexpensive when all added up, but slightly less than half the price from a local optical shop. Lense and coating quality seems excellent. No complaints.

Was travelling and in BC without any contact lenses (not good for surfing). Called about 10 eyewear stores asking if the had contacts in stock. One did, but wouldn't sell me any since I didn't have my prescription. Ordered from clearly and problem solved within 2 days.
I've been getting my contacts at Clearly since I started wearing them about 6 years ago. I'm always impressed that I get my contact lenses within 2-3 days of ordering, even before COVID. It's even more impressive now, considering the massive delays worldwide. Keep it up!
The frames were exactly as shown in the pictures. I like them on my face. My prescription is as I ordered it. The lens in the left eye arrived slightly 'damaged' or the film was not applied correctly. Near the nose piece and the lower left corner of the lenses the glass looks broken, but does not affect my vision. I did not notify Clearly of the minor error. I was just glad to get affordable glasses during a pandemic. Thank you, Clearly. I look forward to buying more.

Website is super easy to use, love the feature where you can try on glasses using FaceTime! Glasses arrived quickly and order was perfect, plus they give 40% off your first pair! The experience was okay I have ordered from you before, and been very happy. My only complaint is that the frames of the glasses I bought are not the quality I would have expected from RayBan and I would have chosen a different frame had I known they were lower quality. I cannot replace them at this point as I have to wait for my benefits for two years, so I am stuck with them. My previous orders have been fine but these are quite cheap for the price I paid. Is there any policy for that with you, if a customer is not happy with the quality can they be replaced with an alternative?

They offer 15% off contacts on orders over $100. They also offer free shipping on orders over $100. However, you have to enter a discount code to get either one, and you can only enter one discount code. So what they are offering is a $5 discount. I called to get the free shipping with the 15% discount, which they finally did when I pointed out how silly this promotion is. I was also told this would be a one time deal. Why do companies make marketing schemes that only frustrate customers. I will be looking for an alternate source for my contacts online. I found it interesting reading all the reviews about bad service!
Been a Clearly customer for probably close to 15 years at this point. Never had an issue finding my prescription for contact lenses or the brands I'm used to. Never thought I'd have to switch providers, but apparently tonight was the night. After searching their site for a good 20 minutes, entering my prescription on every contact option that wasn't dailies, I kept seeing the same message: "Your prescription is not available." As someone who has a higher prescription, Clearly has always been my go-to. But it looks like they're not carrying options for me anymore. Went to another site and had no issue finding my prescription (and this new company donates to charity on each order -- I can choose the charity, too). Clearly not a winner anymore.

I ordered the anti-fog lenses, and oh my, it is nice to be able to see while wearing a mask. Then I ordered 2 more pairs, one helpful blue light protections from electronics, and again, it is so helpful to have lenses suited to activities. All three pairs are very attractive, fit well, and the prices were excellent. I'll be purchasing sunglasses soon.

Good experience ordering from clearly... product was shipped and arrived on time. But I expect nothing less these days, I mean mailing a small package in a timely manner is not quantum physics. As for the product itself... worst lenses I've ever used. Crappy Daily's that fall out if you blink. The reason they are called disposable is because the best place for them is in the bin! Not ordering again, will stick to the trusted monthlys I have been using for years.

Accurate delivery date, quality frames and lenses. Although it took 2 weeks to get, they were delivered on the date that they said when purchased.
Glasses and lens are great quality. Frames are comfortable and light. They feel slightly on the cheap side, but only time will tell on durability. For the price and lens quality, it's awesome. It's my first pair of blue light glasses, and I hardly notice a difference in everyday use, but my eyes do feel more relaxed while on a device.
I really liked my new glasses and sunglasses. My only con was I did reach out to customer service twice to change my sunglasses to the tortoise shell arms instead of pink immediately after my order was placed online. I was told no problem it would be changed after going through 2 different reps. The first had me holding and the conversation just stopped and transferred to a new person. I had to explain everything again. I was told it was all changed and then still ended up with the pink armed sunglasses. I just kept them ad it would have been a hassle to send back.

Easy user friendly website. Contacts came on time with correct prescription. I have a double astigmatism and wanted to try coloured contacts. Although airoptix isn't specific for astigmatism, the soft lenses make them comfortable to wear. There is not astigmatism correction which is noticeable only after sunset.
Extremely fast delivery! I have been wearing contact lens for almost 3 decades and these by far top one of the most comfortable contact lens yet, (Everclear Plus) so will definitely keep buying in the future.

Love the convenience but hate the high shipping and insurance fees! Especially a barrier when you need a smaller order, it negates any savings over retailers.
Also wish that you could use the free shipping and discount codes together, as is standard practice for other online retailers.
Insurance shouldnt be a requirement of ordering, but an option.
Also ship to store option should be free, as an alternate method for customers who want to save the high ship/insurance costs.
These issues have annoyed me enough over the last few years, Ive decided to make a point to buy elsewhere going forward unless this changes.

My order exceeds the expected delivery date. I contacted custom services 3 times through online checking to check my order status, the staff told me the shipping label has been created long time ago, don't know the reason why it wasn't shipped right away. Other than that, the lenses are great!

After ordering 4 packs of 90-day daily lenses that I've been wearing for years, the 4th box I opened made my eyes extremely dry and sore. After going to my Optometrist, he confirmed my eyesight is fine (no changes), and gave me some samples of the exact same lenses I ordered. They worked perfectly and gave me no discomfort whatsoever - confirming that the contacts from Clearly were faulty. After speaking with numerous customer service reps on the phone, they repeatedly told me there was nothing they could do. Finally, I convinced them to send me a replacement, but ONLY IF they found they were fault themselves after sending them the lenses. I will never order from this company again. Save yourselves time and money, and go to your Optometrist and ask for a price match! Truly TERRIBLE experience.
