I'm very glad I purchased my daughter's eye glasses from Clearly. I checked out prices in local stores and it was extremely expensive, even with their phony discount sales. I worked in Asia for a number of years and know the cost of eyewear. There is no reason to pay such marked up prices. The eye glasses I purchased from Clearly was of good quality and at a reasonable price. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast and the presentation on arrival was excellent. I would highly recommend others to purchase their eyewear from Clearly. Don't bother with the over priced retail stores.

I've been ordering contacts from Clearly for years but this was the first time I ordered glasses and I'm very pleased with order. What is received was close to my expectation and great quality for the price.

Ordering and delivery went smoothly... but TWO of my monthly contacts ripped within days of opening them. One actually broke into 2 pieces while wearing it and I spent 30 uncomfortable minutes trying to fish out the piece that was lodged in my eye socket. Days later, another one ripped. I also remember this happening at Christmas time with this same brand (contact breaking into 2 pieces in my eye) but I thought it was a one-off thing. Now I am sure this is a brand thing and will be looking at buying a different brand. I still confident that Clearly provides a good service but I am very dissatisfied with the actual product.

I have been purchasing my glasses from Clearly since 2018. It used to be the cheaper option, but not any more. If you need anything stronger than a basic, standard lens then you are better off ordering from your Optrician. Clearly's lenses are now the same price as any regular glass store, and the good-quality frames are not discounted enough to make a difference. The sales never really apply to any of the higher-end frames. I used to love Clearly, but am now looking for other options.

After some initial problems with warranty, Clearly quickly rectified the problem and came through with the same excellent customer service that I have experienced from them throughout the years. I will remain a loyal customer and recommend to friends and family based on the customer service alone. The supervisor that contacted me was eager to help, and I could tell she genuinely wants the customers to be satisfied.

I've been trying out all the different online retailers just to see what they're like. I find none of them have good products and good service.

My experience: Glasses arrived in good time, probably about a weak. One of the lenses is loose but hasn't popped out yet - it just squeaks and moves around when cleaning it.

Chat customer service: I waited so long for the chat to come back that I forgot and turned off my computer. Emailed CS, but they never got back to me.

Also with the lenses, I feel like the PD is off or something. One of my eyes gets sore when wearing the glasses.

I paid $100 more from an optical place, but I think the quality is more solid. (Comparing name brand to name brand, but not the same brand)

About me: I am a human who likes long backgammon matches on the beach.

I ordered my eyeglasses last year with added C shield, which was supposed to keep my eyeglasses clean for a longer time and make it easier for me to clean them. But I can say it was waste of money since it is impossible to clean it. I kept cleaning them every 20 minutes or half an hour. I had to go out and buy another pair from a local optician's office.

Bought a pair of premium Ray Ban prescription sun glasses with a blue mirror tint on marble frames and they look amazing. All my colleagues at work are jealous! Slight billing issue with insurance was resolved quickly by Benedicte and I'm a happy customer who has been buying glasses from Clearly for over 10 years. Why go to a store when you get this type of service from the couch? Thanks Benedicte!

Such an easy way to order but I was very pleased that you offer trials or sample contacts. There was nothing complicated through the whole experience from ordering to delivery. I'll be a repeat customer from now on. Thanks so much Clearly!

Great glass at reasonable prices. Have ordered about 8 or so pairs from them over the years, never had a problem. They even gave my girlfriend a free pair of glasses when she asked to cancel due to realizing she was short on cash (student life). Also appreciate their donations to developing nations. Really fast shipping in Canada too.

Prescription is bang on, fit perfectly. I've received lots of compliments. Less headaches working on a screen all day. My previous prescription glasses did not have blue light blocking but these do and it's amazing.

If you need contact lenses get them from here best prices anywhere. They are 100% brand new sealed and original with many years before expired date. I was hesitant first but best decision, would buy again A++

Clearly is the best place I've found for eyeglasses/contacts. If you have benefits, Blue cross recognizes them whereas other companies don't so do your research before buying from other companies. Clearly was quick to deliver and love my glasses. Thumbs up!

Fast shipping, great customer service. I love my glasses! I have ordered from clearly many times now. Had an issue with the prescription once and they fixed it and sent me a new pair right away! Other than that, no issues!

My eye doctor's place would have taken weeks to get me this contact order! I do hate wearing glasses because of the "mask fog". Ordered from clearly and got my contacts within days! No mask fog for me.

These are my first pairs of glasses purchased from Clearly.ca, and I gotta say I'll definitely be recommending the site to those who need it! They're relatively inexpensive and have a great build. Pat yourselves in the back!

I love the look, price, and extra-thin lenses of both pairs I bought. Too bad the screws and nuts on one pair were loose upon receipt, like other customers have reported. The reply from customer service, when I asked them to send me a screwdriver and wrench (wholesale cost maybe $2 plus $1 postage), was to pay an optician to repair them. Not great.
The spoon of sugar offered with this bitter medicine was a small credit toward another pair of glasses, but only good for 90 days! No thank you.

The site is user friendly, customer service is the best, so many frames at very reasonable prices, delivery real fast and free so far (ordered twice in one month because had a 20$ dollar rebate at Easter could not resist - the zoom reading glasses ended up free!) Returned a pair hassle free too with their return label sent by email. Try it out you will probably never go back to buy your glasses at full exaggerated prices at the optometrist and can have more than 1 pair and not break the bank. Your prescription glasses will probably end up at least half the price or better because they have such great sales on the frames. Next purchase some good sunglasses!

Feels weird to review a contact lens website, but it's surprisingly quick delivery with Clearly. If I order on Monday, I usually get them by the end of the week (if not sooner! Like Wednesday?!).
And affordable too!

I ordered two pairs of coloured contacts but unfortunately they did not fit my eyes properly but thankfully for the excellent customer service they emailed me & we solved the issue! I'm so impressed I have never had such a wonderful experience with returning items before: I will be ordering again in a couple weeks!
