I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
I am very pleased and impressed with how well my glasses look and fit. This is my first time ordering eyewear online and I will be making future purchases for sure. I ordered progressive and transition lens and they are perfect!
I love the 2 pairs of glasses I got from clearly. They are lightweight, trendy, good quality for the price.
My only issue has been that they are slightly too big for my face and tend to slide down my nose.
My new glasses fit perfectly and they're well made. I've ordered from one of their competitors before, and those glasses were not the right strenght and gave me a very uneven vision. Clearly is undoubtedly the best for me!

I ordered the contacts and for some reason, they were delivered to my former address. I have received several orders at my new address for the last 3 years, so it was a bit of a mystery. Once the problem was discovered and corrected (very graciously) all was well.

I'm terrible at picking the right glasses on the first try, but Clearly has always been patient with me. This time around I had ordered the first pair assuming that as long as I kept the same measurement numbers the new glasses would fit me well. However, upon arrival that was clearly not true as the new glasses were sliding off my nose. An ill-fitting pair of glasses would not be pleasant to deal with for a couple of years, so I contacted Clearly to help me return the first pair and also to help me pick out a new pair that would fit me well.
The lady I spoke with was very understanding and helped me through the process towards picking a new pair, and also to help me with arranging the return slip to send the first pair back.
This has been my second similar experience with Clearly, and it definitely gives me peace of mind that at the end of the day I'll always wind up with the right pair of glasses at a reasonable price.
Took over 2 weeks to get my first paid and they were wrong, they sent a second pair while waiting for the first to arrive.
When I finally got my first pair they were wrong, but they still shipped the 2nd pair.
Had to pay twice to get a correct pair sent, but my frames were "out of stock" so they replaced my metal frames with cheap plastic ones.
Then they held my refund for the first 2 wrong pairs till LONG after i sent them back, still haven't received it.
They're horrible to deal with, and only care about company policy and not customer experience.
Avoid at all costs in my opinion.
I received my order a bit later than I was told I would, but Clearly gave me a discount for the delay and their customer support staff were very polite and helpful during our communication. The product was just what I wanted, and it was packaged very well. Thank you Clearly.
I bought the dailies which I never do. I won't buy them again. My eyes started to hurt after like two hours of wearing them. It seems the cheaper kind isn't great for my eye sight. Need the more expensive brand. I bought kits monthly and I don't like them either.

My first order arrived with incorrect lenses (100% my fault). I live chatted online with a rep at Clearly and he fixed the prescription right there, filled a new order for me, and walked me through the return process. I had new glasses and a full refund within two weeks. Exceptional!

One of the pairs of contacts I recieved was completely unusable and they chemically burnt my eye. I tried to soak them in contact solution and they still burned my eyes. The other pairs were fine no problems. The silver Grey ones had to be thrown out. I don't knew what the heck happened but it was an awful experience. I would like to be compensated please.

I ordered and received my lenses and the order was filled as per my prescription. However, I am very unhappy with my vision. I can only assume that I need to go back to my eye Dr and have my eyes tested again because I cannot deal with this for another 5 months. Problem is that I am probably going to have to pay another bunch of money for new lenses and the 5 months worth that I have will go to waste.
Some of the contacts were damaged — they were flipped in the containers and, when I go to use them, I can see they are slightly misshapen and irritate my eye. It was quite hot when they were delivered so suspect it is damage from heat.

I had to order 3 times (didn't order progressives)but guess third time was a charm! Absolutely LOVE my glasses and I have had so many comments on how nice they are looking! Will definitely order again next time and will try to order the right ones!
I had to exchange a pair of glasses as they were too small on my face. I called and spoke to a service representative who made sure the new pair I chose would work for me. Very happy with the customer service and speed of delivery.
I used this website to order sunglasses for the first time. I had to go to my optometrist to get a bit of information but it was a seamless process otherwise. Delivery is quick and quality is lovely. I am very happy with my new sunglasses!
I tried a new brand of contacts after years of wearing the same one- I was anxious but my fears were calmed since my order arrived almost immediately and I could try on my new contacts. They are great! More comfy after hours of computer staring!
Experience was fine. I'm just a dissapointed how the screw/frame part on the right broke fairly easily after applying a bit of pressure on it. I don't have time to make a proper complaint and this was already a replacement frame from Clearly to begin with. I just used superglue to put it together for now, but I probably won't be purchasing their brand of frames from now on.
The glasses arrived quickly and at first look, look great. Unfortunately at closer inspection there is a small imperfection on the edge of the right lens where it meets the frame. It appears as a white mark on the front of the lens.

A very smooth experience from the time I chose my frame to the time I received my prescribed glasses. Great selection of frames to choose from at awesome prices and offers a variety of lenses (blue light protection, transitions, ect). I am very satisfied with my choice of frame and lenses and the money saved that I will definitely be back for more.

I was interested in ordering a pair of glasses from a Cdn company and ordered a pair of single vision glasses. I chose a very inexpensive frame since they were going to be used to watch TV, added my prescription and an anti scratch coating. They came to less than $50 cdn. It did not take long for them to arrived. I am very happy with the quality of them and would definitely purchase my next set of glasses from them.

Went into the store for an eye exam and to purchase new glasses, everybody was so lovely, kind, and helpful.
Shipping took slightly longer than expected because of the floods in BC, but online customer support was also super helpful in explaining the situation and giving me an updated estimated timeline.
Glasses came in and were perfect!
This was my first time ordering contact lenses through Clearly. I had some questions about my prescription and the order process and the representative that answered my call was great - so helpful and friendly. My contacts arrived quickly (I asked for expedited delivery) and the order was correct - even the delivery person was pleasant and prompt.
