I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
I've always ordered with you guys and I'm plenty satisfied of both all of my glasses and all of my contact lenses except for the last ones...
I was at a friend's place for a couple of weeks and asked, on the delivery specification with Canada post, that the box have to left at the office not delivered to the mail box cause the lenses would freeze...
But they did, they left the package in the mail box and it froze... Now I'm wearing them anyway but I can't see very well and I get headaches all the time...
Other than that, all is good :p
This is the first time I have purchased glasses online. I really enjoyed the virtual try-on experience on the website. It is very well done and remarkably accurate. The glasses arrived in excellent condition, and the quality and price are awesome. I would purchase from Clearly again.
Great experience. Prices were much better than in eyeglass shops. I didn't have to do a return so can't comment on that. Delivery was quicker than expected and everything arrived in good order. And I didn't have to deal with the optometrist trying to up-sell on everything.
One of the contact lens that I ordered was open and the lens inside dried up. Called customer service and they were very nice and helpful to give me credits. However, should still pay attention to quality to avoid dried up lenses.

After some confirmation on the issue with the product (and my own human error), I now have a credit I can use on my next order!
Got the contacts, awesome, easy peasy process, but the contacts themselves kinda suck? Any dust or dirt remains on there pretty firmly and it's almost impossible to keep them clean because of that. The product was from Everclear. Maybe the silicon doesn't work for me?

I love my new prescription sunglasses. I see so well and love the look. It's nice to be able to put these on to go out instead of putting in contacts and regular sunglasses on top. I'm really pleased with my purchase.
Filters on frame selection didn't work well when trying to stack filters. The function to picture the frames on your face is a little misleading, so be cautious. The lenses are at an odd angle to the frames (from a side view) compared to what I think is normal. Other than that, the overall quality seems to be ok, and I can see clearly so the prescription is ok

Was good before but now customer service is really bad. My order shipped 15 days and still not received. And asked for return but still answer no. And dont know when I got my money back. Plz dont waste money for this.

The contacts were cheap and they came quickly which was great, but my first time wearing them, the contact folded while in my eye and then a piece ripped off while I was trying to remove it. My eye was very irritated.

The order I placed was filled to my complete satisfaction. You packaged my eyeglasses well. I should tell you that Canada Post must have treated the package roughly. Not to worry. Although the box was dented, the contents were in perfect condition.
I bought three pairs of glasses and within months arms fell off two pairs of them and the frame cracked on another one. I have to spend more money to have the frames changed. I would never buy from this company again.

A pair of glasses came damaged and were replaced effortlessly via customer service. After a short conversation and a few pictures of the damage a return label was sent and the new ones were sent out fast, they were sent out even before I dropped the damaged ones to be returned. Such great service and this is why this has been where I have gotten my contacts and glasses for years!
From the virtual "try on", to the delivery, to the quality and cost. I was a bit leery about ordering glasses online but now I will never get my glasses from an expensive optometrist office again.
The quality of the glasses are comparable to the ones I got from the opticians business but I saved over $300. How can they justify charging that much when you can get the same quality this way.
I am completely satisfied and recommend Clearly 100%!
I love these glasses. They are so light on my face that I sometimes forget I have them on. I only gave them 4 stars because the arms are a lot more flimsy than the last pair I bought so I'm a bit worried about how long they will last. But other than that, they are a great pair of glasses and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I ordered two pairs of glasses, and upon arrival they looked great. I wore them over the span of one week just in the evenings when I would get home from work, and they were already falling apart. The lenses have slightly popped out of the frame, and the arms on the glasses completely loosened even after I tighten the screws they continue to be flimsy. This causes them to fall off of my head often, especially when looking down. They look great, but cheap cheap cheap. I guess you got what you pay for. But for a $100 order I expected better.
My experience with Clearly website is good, they always ship on time and have good variety of products. But the contact lenses I bought was an absolute waste of money. I guess since I bought cheap contacts, I can't expect anything better. I threw it out after just 3 wears, and it's supposed to be a 2 weeks wear appropriate. It dried out my eyes, I couldn't even wear it over 2 hours without having to take it out or using drops constantly.
I will surely buy from Clearly again but never the Everclear Plus brand.

Ordered glass at beginning of December 2021, after several phone calls, I was told that it's coming from India. After 6weeks I received it. Previously my order would have arrived within a week with another Optomalogist. I regret changing my business. I would not be using Clearly's service anymore and would not recommend them to family or friends.

My transaction with Clearly was as seamless as it can get. I wasn't sure how the glasses would look on me, that's where their preview feature worked. I could see myself in the glasses. When I ordered, I was given a timeframe for delivery and it arrived on the promised date. Totally easy.
Clearly went above and beyond to help fulfill my order. Even when I made a mistake with my prescription, Clearly provided a full refund and replaced my glasses, including honouring all expired offers that had been in place at the time of my original order. The staff in the Clearly Kitsilano store could not have been more helpful. Full marks to them! However, the online site was not to the same quality as the phone sales and in-person rep. The phone sales rep tried to help but the online site could not process my payment until I'd cleared my cache and a whole bunch of other issues arose. It was not a friction-less experience by any stretch. If I use Clearly again, I will repeat the in-person process.

Glasses fit great. At first I wasn't impressed with how thin the arms where. The arms of the frame are thinner then any full frames I owned. But the pair has grown on me and it is now my preferred pair.

I have ordered contacts and glasses from Clearly several times and I've never had a bad experience. This last time I ordered contacts on a Sunday morning at 10:15am and received them the next day by around 6pm. It was incredible!
I didn't receive my first order so I called and you guys delivered my order again, at a new address that I provided. I live in an apt building and sometimes things get lost.

First time with Clearly but not my first time ordering glasses online, so I came in with pretty high expectations. Easy to order and arrived on time. I got a blue frame and the color looked more vibrant on the website versus actual product, so I was a bit disappointed there. Glasses are a little wide/loose for my face though (falls down if I tilt my head down), but I guess that's the risk I take for buying without trying them on. Frame feels a bit flimsier than my previous pair (which I also bought online elsewhere) so I'm wary about adjusting them myself for a better fit (hence, only four stars for me). Still, it is good for the price. Successfully reimbursed with my insurance (sunlife) - all info needed was on the receipt provided by Clearly.
