I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
I had ordered my monthly contacts and I hadn't gotten them even though it said they had arrived, i'm pretty sure they had gotten lost in mail but when i went to the customer service rep about it they were so kind and generous. They tried to help me figure out where they could've gone but after not being able to figure it out they said they would send me another box! That box came super quickly and they had given me a gift card. I always get my glasses and contacts from clearly. High quality for good prices! My current glasses from Clearly are great too, have had them for a little over 2 years now and I haven't ever had a pair that long because i'm known for just breaking them but they have stood up to the test of time and they were around 30 bucks!

The product was good however the left eye lens was in a 90 pack box instead of 3 smaller boxes of 30 lens in a larger box. The latter protects the lens better.
The shipment was a week later than indicated at the original point of purchase. I had to change the shipment address from one province to another province to account for the late order so that it would catch up with me. Then I had to arrange for a neighbour to receive the order on my behalf as I had yet returned to my home address. The reason I ordered through Clearly is ease of ordering and delivery speed. I ordered the contacts to be sent to Manitoba originally because I was on vacation and ran out. It took longer than promised. Thus, not as convenient as I had hoped for. All past deliveries prior to this point were fine.

My order was a bit delayed, probably because I have such a high prescription, but I kept getting updates as to the status of my request and when it was shipped out. Glad I got my order before Christmas.
I contacted support several times because my order was taking too long to ship. The system gave me inaccurate information about the delivery time, and this was frustrating, since I was in need of new lenses.
I was hoping to get the same level of service I had in the past.

I usually get my contact lenses from Costco and its the cheapest I've seen. However, this summer I've been working so much I'd rather not go to Costco so I ordered from Clearly and it was extremely convenient. They came straight to me I didn't have to go anywhere, they also arrived sooner than expected! Clearly sent a sample size pack of gummy bears which was cool but they contained gelatin and I'm vegan so I couldn't eat them. Overall the experience was nice. I would definitely order from them again if I'm too lazy to go buy them in person.
Edit: Clearly reached out to me and sent me some vegan gummies. This shows that they are willing to go above and beyond for customers!

Delivery experience was poor. An email from clearly was sent the day after I placed my order, confirming it had arrived at my door. Tracking with Purolator said otherwise, and it was a poor delivery experience with Purolator. Required several phone calls and the tracking number did not provide accurate information.

I ordered a pair of regular glasses and they are just right. The option to virtually try them on like a snapchat filter was a great feature and the real deal stayed true to what they looked like on the filter. I will likely order more from clearly in the future.

I cannot say enough about how awesome Clearly is with prescription glasses. I have been using them since 2009 and have not had a bad pair yet. The price is incredible and the service is great. You order a pair and they will be in your hands in about a week.
My original order was lost somehow in transit and upon calling Clearly Contacts I was given a replacement order that I received with no problem. I am so impressed with their service and recommend this company.

Bought 2 pairs of glass that were both great quality and looked exactly as advertised. Both at 1/4 of the price of the eye dr. I also purchase daily contacts that are the same brand as the eye dr and at 1/2 the price. The shipping is fast even with COVID I received them within 7-10 days Contacts were faster as they didn't need to be customized with lens etc like glasses. I have recommended and referred several people and will continue to order all my eye wear fe clearly

This is the second order I've made for contact lenses, the first was from a different company. I feel these are not the same and my vision can be slightly out of focus, and or blurry. However, I provided and received the same prescription. Perhaps I need to update my prescription, but it is from the last 6months. Any thoughts?

I ordered glasses. They were cute and cheap cheap cheap! I was actually expecting I wouldn't be able to see out of them for some reason, but I can! I haven't gone to a place to have them fitted yet, so they have slipped off my face a few times, but they've not broken! That's probably luck. Maybe a lil craftsman ship. Maybe I shouldn't have said that. Some goon might write a poor review if he sees this and say, "I bought these because of the review that says they're unbreakable." Silly little billy.
My glasses are amazing, I ordered 2 pairs because I realized I didn't have to pay top dollar for stylish glasses that didn't break the bank! Called needing contacts for my brothers wedding and thought that since I didn't have an account, I'd have to go through the whole process of putting in my prescription etc etc but as soon as I called my order and name was brought up as I was welcomed and the order was placed right away. I told the individual helping me over the phone of the urgency to get the contacts ASAP and she told me she'll get it done. 5 days later they arrived, well before the wedding. I love clearly!
They weren't exactly what I was expecting, they run a tad bit smaller than the other pair of glasses I got but I've found them very helpful when driving lmao. The protective shield that I paid for doesn't seem to work well, I can't look at any screens and everything looks very shiny for some reason. But they came in very quickly.
My order was easy to process, we received the products requested. I am a long-time customer, and expected nothing less. I am disappointed in the quality of the eyeglasses received -one of the lenses keeps popping out of the frame, making them almost unwearable. I contacted Clearly and was told to take them to another optician to repair (was told that Clearly would cover the cost, to a maximum, to their credit), but I didn't leave the conversation feeling like it mattered. I'm just soured on the experience.
Order came in within the expedited shipping day range. Condition was new, nthing was missing from my order and they also threw in some free candy which was cute. Regarding the quality of the contacts, the vision quality was precise, but the comfort for this order was a bit poor. I've purchased this brand before so I literally had to check the expiration date on them to make sure they hadn't gone bad as they were very drying. Hopefully my next order will live up to the usual standard

I love ordering from Clearly. They arrive quickly for glasses that aren't a standard prescription. The quality is always decent. Great for the price but obviously not as good quality as some store products of a higher price.
I did struggle to find my perfect sizing but got it right on the 3rd try and now I never stray far from it.
I would highly recommend Clearly to anyone, don't be discouraged if you don't find your right size first time. It is worth sticking with it. I'm probably never going back to in store purchases for glasses again.
