This the place to go for stylish new specs in store or online. The digital retinal technology Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is cutting edge. Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and staff are very nice too! Excellent product choices and seamless shopping experience. Happy beyond expectation.
I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
I am pleased with the service, only wish the process time be quicker with ordering glasses. The glasses I order for my son are very low in its prescription and therefore would think it would be processed a bit more quicker.
I have been ordering from Clearly for years now. Contacts and glasses. Their customer service is outstanding. I even gave them the wrong prescription once so entirety my fault and they took them back and gave me a full refund. No questions asked. As far as the quality, it is also top notch. I like to support my local optometry once in a while although it's way more expensive, and there is no difference in the glasses or the contacts from them as opposed to Clearly. I will be ordering from Clearly for years to come. If you are hesitant don't be. You will not regret it, I promise you.
I like the Ray Ban sunglasses I purchased, and they arrived fast. My only complaint is I spent $230 and they came with a soft case. These are prescription sunglasses, so I do need a hard case to keep then safe.

Great durability and cost, plus the style is perfect for what I like, the only down side is the sizing is just a tad bit small for my head I find them falling down off my head and nose due to the arm length not being long enough

I eventually received everything I ordered but I actually had no notification that the order was coming on the day it did. I never even received a confirmation email to say my order had shipped so I was not expecting it for at least another week. Luckily I was home, and of course just thankful to receive my order early. Unfortunately I did not receive the contact solution sizes I asked for and called customer service to have this corrected. They emailed me a return label and asked me to send back the smaller, incorrect sized bottles and they would ship me the larger, correct sizes.
It's nice they covered the shipping for the return but because it was their mistake in sending me the wrong size, if they wanted to provide excellent customer service they would have let me keep the sizes they sent me AND send me the correct sizes I ordered.

I was notified by Clearly that my order would be arriving later than planned because of a delay with the supplier of my specialty lenses. They gave me an approximate date that they might arrive. Before that date I reached out to Clearly just to make sure my order wasn't forgotten about. The person I spoke to was so friendly and reassuring. They then told me to expect a credit with a nice discount for the inconvenience. It was so generous, kind and unexpected.
I've been using Clearly since their early days and I've always been so impressed with how friendly, helpful, and efficient they are.
The order arrived lightning fast. Part of my order was missing when it arrived. I called, and the missing items arrived the next day. The customer care agent I spoke to took my issue seriously, apologized for the error, and fixed the problem efficiently. I don't recall being on hold or in queue at all. I will definately order again.

So I have ordered 3 glasses in the last year from Clearly. The first was some transitions. These are great for out and about(just in the car they don't change to sunglasses. So I got some sunglasses and some blue light reflective glasses. All of which arrived perfectly. A far cry from the disaster I had when I tried Kits out. FYI I do not recommend Kits. But I swear by Clearly!
Overall, it was a 5-star customer experience, from the user-friendly website to place the order, to the speed of delivery to the great pricing I was extremely pleased! I will definitely be ordering from Clearly again in the future and will recommend your services to family & friends.
The courier placed the box of contacts and another with eyeglasses on the floor at the entrance of my garage that has no door near the highway where anyone walking by could have picked it up. He/she didn't bother to walk the few feet steeps down to place it at my door, which is a little more secure than the garage and proximity to the highway/public.

I am used to daily wears for close to 10 years and this is the first time out of the package that the contacts are continously not the correct way. I'm constantly putting them in inside out! Its so annoying I'm not new to this the packaging should
Be so they come out the way they go in. Also get dry eyes way more than previous dailies I was wearing

Ordered 2 frames. They came promptly — within a couple of days. They didn't fit properly (my fault because I didn't take the time to measure) so I requested a return. Free return and they refunded my money within 2 days! Incredible customer service and I will be ordering again and this time I will take the time to properly fit them.

Very good in store help with safety measures. Frames I was interested in online were in stock to try on in store. Ray-bans stay clean compared to my old Oakleys which got greasy from my eyebrows touching lens at bridge. Progressive lenses fantastic, I could finally complete my home renos by seeing detailed work.
Wonderful customer service. My previous order was delayed due to COVID 19. But last one was perfectly in time. I always order from them no issues. If something, it is very easy to return. No questions asked. Grest!

Exciting to receive my order! They look and fit exactly like on the website "try it" feature. One small disappointment: the lenses are hard to clean and pretty hard to make them shiny unless thoroughly washed in water and soap while rubbing them... Not even rubbing alcohol makes them really impeccably shiny and clean.

Even with a manufacturer delay (that was fully communicated to me, which I appreciate), my order was fast to arrive once shipped, efficient, easy to order, much better price than even my optometrist could offer.
Clearly has a range of frame models starting at 9$ Ca. Which is the main thing they advertize. But you get what you pay for. The cheapest frames are completely made of cheap plastic. Because the frames are smooth, they will constantly slide of your face whenever you tip your head down and fall, and eventually break.
That is is a cheaper product if fine, but they could have easily fixed the issue by making the edges grooves, to add friction so they wouldnt fall. But they didnt. If you pick the cheapest option, you will be wasting your money.

We were so happy with with Dr. Emily and her exam for our 4.5 year old. We had had another exam elsewhere that we didn't feel was very accurate but Dr. Emily was great in getting our son to feel comfortable plus her assessment tools and space were geared to kids so that we felt very comfortable with the accuracy of the results.
The first pair of glasses were hugely discounted which helped significantly with finances and the product has been great, fitting our son well and looks attractive on him. Sukhpaul out front helped guide him in his choices to something that worked well and away from selections that were too big for his face.
Excellent experience, we will continue to have all our kids looked after at Clearly's locations.
Although I received my order promptly, it was left outside my house on the ground in front of my door. (it could have been left in the mailbox or between the two doors-but it was left on the ground). Anyone could have walked away with my parcel; as a result, I won't be ordering through Clearly again.

Got an email saying my order was delivered to my address when it actually wasn't. You guys had the wrong address. I went up the street knocking on doors and no one had it. Called you guys and spoke to someone who was checking for my order and said they would call back. They never did. I finally went to the post office one day out of curiosity to see it it was there and it was. They were about to send the parcel back because the address on the parcel did not exist which I explained to you guys. This was over a month ago and it's only now you are asking if I received my order. I have been a loyal customer for years and have ordered many pairs of glasses. Not ever ordering from you again. Very very disappointed

Frames are great fit my face very well, but the d shaped lenses did not work well with my prescription Adriele and her team recommended rectangle frames and replaced them promptly. Great customer service third time ordering from clearly and this was the first problem witch was promptly fixed.
