“Discoloration on the lens”

I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?

I have a very strong prescription, and my contacts always have to be ordered from the company that makes them, clearly always has them to my door in less then a week, I have never had a problem with any of my contacts will continue to use and recommend clearly to friends and family!

Purolator can not enter my apartment building to place the order into my mailbox, while Canada Post can.

So please stop "upgrading" my shipping to Purolator. I am always not at home when they try to deliver. Then I need to drive to some central shipping location to pick up my order.

I loved my frames, however I am not able to get my prescription filled with Clearly because I have a tint in my prescription and there is a coating on the lenses which prevents this. I hope in the future they will have the option of tinting the lenses or removing the coating as an option. I still have to buy my prescription lenses locally.

Unfortunately my contacts were sent to the wrong address. Lucky for me the person reached out via Facebook. I was able to pick them up from him. The address was correct on the package but dropped at a similar address.
A little frustrating but lucky to get them in the end.

My rx glasses broke after enduring 2 years of abuse and then facemasks putting pressure on the arms. I found my rx and tried Clearly to purchase a youthful looking pair of glasses, on the inexpensive level! It worked and I am very happy with my glasses. Here's some helpful tips to make things a bit easier, since face masks are now a requirement almost everywhere that might help; * Rolling a tissue under the nose bridge (especially works well if the mask has an adjustable metal tab for fit) to provide a barrier to breath that might fog your lenses * Wearing the frames a bit lower down on your nose. *For back-of-ear comfort, finding masks with smaller rolled elastic or ties that go behind the head instead of behind the ears. Up until delivery the experience was great. When I received the package the box was burning hot. It's was a very hot day and I assumed it was sitting in the delivery truck all day. I was concerned for the quality of my contact lenses as it should never e in hot temperature.

Very pleased with my contacts, however it would be nice if they offered free shipping on orders that don't cancel out the promo codes. I try to order when they have promotions but they always cancel out the free shipping promo codes. In the end the shipping is basically the same amount as what the discount code is.

The lenses are pretty gud and specially the layer which makes it easier to clean but the frame become losses within first week of use so that it doesn't even stay on my nose and keeps on falling by itself. Moreover the frame is such that the eye lashes keep on touching the lenses making u to clean them frequently... I m giving 3 stars coz I m 100% satisfies with the quality of the lenses but the frame is very bad.
