I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
My first order was lost. I did not receive it. I was not provided a tracking number. I complained and waited weeks for it before the rep agreed to refund me and send me a code for my new order. WELL the refund was never processed. And i was left paying for shipping and handling twice for the basically 1 package. I paid more money than should have for the same package. I was not compensated for any of the trouble i went through or any of the hours and hours spent dealing with customer service.
I wanted a new pair of clear eye glasses and Clearly provided me the choice I needed. I saw, I bought, I wore happily ever after. The service was excellent, she provided me with all the information I needed. Clearly, I will return to buy more eye ware soon. Thanks Clearly!
Clearly is great and delivery was prompt. I was given the tracking immediately after the order was placed. I used their instructions to claim the contacts through my insurance and everything worked smoothly
It was my first time using clearly and i had my reservations but i bought 2 pairs of glasses one of them fit and one of them was to tight (an oversight on my part). I called about my exchange expecting the normal corporate run around but to my surprise i was met with a kind voice who was committed to customer satisfaction. They made my exchange without any issues and sent me a shipping label. The customer service and piece of mind made me a life long customer and I've told my story of a great experience to all my friends
I went into the store to pick out my glasses and I was happy with the service I received. The salesperson who attended to me was helped me when I forgot my prescription and said they could do it internally once I emailed them my prescription. They were a little pushy with the type of lenses I should get and clicked on their suggestion before I could agree or disagree which was a little frustrating. Other wise it was a pleasant experience and my glasses arrived in the mail sooner than I expected which was awesome.
Clearly is an absolutely amazing website, the prices are cheap, the glasses are gorgeous, website is easy to navigate, and the service is amazing. Perfect for glasses wearers on a budget or for those who need a pair for every occassion. I've bought 3 pairs of glasses off Clearly and never once been disappointed. I highly recommend Clearly.
It took a few weeks to receive the glasses but I love the service and the quality of the products. I've ordered before and they have never failed me.

I added silicon nose pads to raise the frames on my face so that I'd see through a part of the lens that gave me better vision. I added tiny bits of sticky both sides, thin foam pads meant to attach items to a wall between the side arms and the frame to make the side arms tighter to the side of my head.
Contacts were ordered before Christmas, and arrived in two days! Unfortunately, the wrong order was received, but Customer Service was excellent. Received correct order, and return shipping label to return what I received in error within 5 days.
My Rx changed and I had some unopened contacts I still had from clearly. The agent was super helpful and was able to issue a credit with the return and helped me purchase new Rx contacts for astigmatism.
I highly recommend the splash contact lenses. They are affordable as well as durable and I've never had a problem with them, except sometimes they do not last as long as they should and they break fairly easily. However Iwill continue to purchase these lenses.

When I purchased my contact lenses, I paid for Canada Post delivery. For some reason, it was changed to Fedex. I don't have a problem with paying the extra dollar for the quicker delivery. The inconvenience is that I had to stay in my apartment to receive it or else it would have been left at a Fedex drop-off site. If delivered by Canada Post, the package would have been left securely in my mail box as Canada Post has master keys into condo and apartment blocks.

The 2nd pair of glasses I ordered did not seem to have the correct right lenses. I called and had a bad experience. The Clearly representative was more interested in up selling me than helping me. I received the replacement pair but the whole experience was awful and may be returning them all to you.

I have been using Clearly for several years for my daily contacts wear. The shipping is always fast, I have never not had my contacts in stock, and have never had any order issues. If you are in Canada and looking for an online contacts vendor; Clearly is the choice.
I received my eye glasses a couple of days after I bought it. However, I'm having problems with the grade of my distance eye glasses. Everything is still kind of blurry. I have to go back and have it rechecked.

I am so happy with my glasses. The virtual try on worked great and the glasses fit and look exactly as expected. Delivery was quick, and I received a receipt that I used to claim my frames with my benefits.
I ordered glasses for my husband and they showed up with no prescription in the lenses.
I contacted customer service and after providing his original prescription they confirmed everything was entered correctly. Then proceeded to tell me it was impossible that there was no prescription in the lenses as the receipt stated there was. We were replacing a pair of glasses that broke with the same prescription and you can tell the difference the ones from clearly have nothing in them.
But obviously I was lying, and they told me I could drive 2 hours to Toronto and have them examined to see if they contain a prescription.
They are giving me a refund but minus the express shipping I paid to get the glasses quickly.
Definitely wouldn't recommend all they had to do was replace them for me and pay for shipping instead making me feel like I was crazy or lying

Easy to order and quick to deliver!
The glasses were beautiful. Unfortunately I had to return the pair I ordered. I will definitely be ordering again once my eye appointment confirms the prescription I need.
Return was super easy too.
I ordered a set of contacts, which was sent out in a timely manner. When they arrived, I realized I was sent the wrong contacts. I then sent them back after calling support. Support was very kind and helpful, and quickly had me return my order! When the next box of contacts arrived to replace, I found that the mistake had been repeated, and the wrong contacts were sent again. I again phones support, they were apologetic and said they would send out the right contacts. Finally, on the third try, the company sent me the right order. The staff were wonderful, and got my contacts to me eventually, but it was definitely frustrating as a consumer to get your contacts correctly ordered a month after placing the initial order with 2+ returns to the company.

First time ordering glasses from clearly.ca and it was quite an easy process. The price for the glasses was amazing and I actually like them better then the name brand glasses from my optometrist and they were a fraction of the price.
Placing the order was straightforward and easy, I was refilling a prescription so it was easy to enter all the required information. My order was shipped in 2 business days and arrived the day after. Overall very satisfied and I would recommend.
