I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
I've always been surprised how quick my orders arrive. Been ordering for years and only once had a issue which was corrected immediately. I also like the extra goodie thrown in. The last time it was gummy bears! Thank you!

Ordered 3 pairs of glasses. Different times. Same prescription that i have been using for years. Correct pd. Was not able to see properly unless i pulled the glasses away from my face.

Virtual try-on feature is not as good as actually going to the store, but it's much better than not trying them on at all. I would highly recommend not buying glasses that don't support it. If you do make a mistake, the returns are very easy.

The contact lenses arrived on time & in excellent condition. Unfortunately, half the order is unusable due to an unforeseen prescription change which I only discovered after the return period had expired.

Loved the try on feature! Ordering was easy, delivery was reasonable, and the glasses fit and looked great! Not to mention we saved hundreds of dollars vs buying from a local eye glass shop. That's VERY important for those of us without vision coverage!

I've used Clearly for several years and have always had a good experience, but recently I've been absolutely swamped with annoying YouTube ads from them. I would feel a lot better about buying from the company if they were less aggressive with their advertising.

The sunglasses don't look exactly how they looked on me with the virtual try-on, they are a bit smaller than I would have liked. They also slip off my nose. I've tried to adjust them using the guide provided but they're only slightly better and are still too loose.

Ordering was easy. I did go into a store to try on glasses first then I ordered online. Arrived ahead of schedule. Got a very good deal price wise. Only issue is the fit. Went and had them adjusted but still a bit too wide on my face. Also having to get used to progressive lenses. All takes time but all-in-all a good experience. Recommend

Received my order quickly. However, the right and left lenses are in different packaging with expiry dates differing by 3 years. One pack indicates STERILE while the other does not. Hopefully this will not affect the wear.

Hi All... I have been ordering from you for some time. This batch seems to have an abnormal amount of defective contacts. Curvature is warped and can't be used. Normally those are few and far between. Otherwise, shipment arrived quickly on on time.
This was my first transaction with Clearly, but definitely not my last. Ordering was so easy, from opening an account to getting my product in the mail. Glasses shipped out super fast and they look and feel great. Well at first they were too loose so I had to go to a physical clearly store to get them adjusted. But as someone who has worn eyewear for ~20 years this is totally normal and expected
Make sure to have your old glasses, prescription and p. D. handy for best online fit of glasses. So many choices! I am very happy with my glasses. They arrived as ordered and delivery was super quick.
First off they had the best price out of all my online options for ordering Contacts. Secondly I chose a faster method of shipping, Fedex 2 days, but then was a bit upset when I learnt my Contacts would be delayed for over 1 month due to the manufacturer having to make them. I was down to my last 2 weeks of contacts which is completely my fault anyways for not ordering sooner. However I quickly contacted support, they refunded me the shipping charge, and literally next week they showed up which left me really pleased and happy.
This will most likely be my go to place for ordering contacts since they were $60 cheaper than alternatives!

Be sure to order a good 3-4 weeks before you want your glasses as delivery took a while.
