I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?

Contacted Clearly customer service for glasses that needed a replacement. They got back quickly and shipped the replacement glasses even quicker! The only downside is that the new glasses arm is hurting the back of my ear, buuut, I'll just get back in touch on how to fix that lol. Love Clearly so far!
I created an account and placed an order. I have now placed a second order processed through existing account. This was a fast and convenient process that took seconds. The order is tracked and emails messages alerted me to the order status. The order was sent and received quickly for pickup from my mailbox.
It was my first time ordering my contacts through clearly and I was incredibly nervous. I wasn't sure how long it would take and if they would be the exact same kind that I am used to. My order showed up within 48 hours and my contacts were fresh, perfect, and packaged with care.
Although my frames are aesthetically appealing, the quality of the hinges is terrible. After only one month of wear, the springs in the hinges are already loose. Won't be purchasing Main+Central frames again.

I've bought prescription sunglasses, normal lenses and blue-light lenses! Love them all! I have a strong prescription and astigmatism with a huge difference in my lenses but clearly did a great job with the lenses!

I tried Clearly for the first time.
Ordered the same brand I usually wear with the correct prescription but I see blurry and the fit seems off. I called and was told I must have gotten the prescription wrong… I didn't.

I ordered contact lenses for my husband and I, and they came so much faster than expected, especially with Covid postal delays and Christmas coming. I wasn't super happy with my less expensive trial lenses, but that isn't Clearly's fault. Will go back to my old brand on the next order. Thanks for the quick and reliable service!
I could not be happier with the lenses and frames I bought. I was not expecting the virtual try on to actually work as well as it did and my glasses look perfect on my face in person as well. I won't be returning to my optometrist in the future for lenses as the experience and price could not be beat.
Easy to order and a great product. I was very impressed with everything from the box that the glasses were delivered in, to the case, the cloth and the glasses themselves. Will definitely order again from Clearly!
This is the third time I've ordered contacts from Clearly. I have been very happy in the past but this order the contacts don't seem as good. They are not as comfortable as the previous ones I have ordered.

The website is user-friendly. The glasses arrived well-packaged and undamaged. And the price was great. I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses plus my lenses put in through the website. The only thing is, you can't customize the size/fit of the glasses - I got what I assume was standard.

I shopped around for a while looking for the best price for contacts. I compared it to my local optical store and Costco. Clearly had the best price and I got them pretty quick! I'm ordering from Clearly next time I have to refill and recommending them to my friends!
I purchased a pair of glasses from my eye doctor, I was so unhappy with them that I purchased a pair of glasses from Clearly.ca that were the same as the sunglasses I had purchased there and loved. I got them within 2 weeks and they are perfect! I paid half of what I paid for the ones I don't like that don't fit well and I don't see as well from. Next time I am going to save my money and just go to clearly.ca first

The website is not easy to use, I used the my fit option and it wasn't until I talked to a lady on the phone. That she told me it would have been better if I had used the size option in the drop down box. But my ears of my glasses are to long and they keep sliding down my nose.

Open package and was very happy with glasses. Until I put them on! Invoice indicated exactly what I ordered but lens were off and I couldn't wear them. I was happy with service and will give Clearly a second chance but only in person, no online orders any more.

Yes! I received my order but it was constantly delayed for over a week! No fault of Clearly's service! Their service was awesome! And i love my glasses! The bad service was the postal service where i live!
Wrong size contact lenses were shipped to me; the sent me correct size and refunded me for the amount of incorrect size. I of course returned the unopened box or the erred size.

Contact lenses feel like they are scratching my eyes after just a few days. I feel this with every lens in the package. I have never experienced this before in my 40 years of wearing contact lenses. I would buy from Clearly again, I would just never buy those lenses.
