I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
I received product on time and love the glasses I ordered. The only regret is, as it's ordered online the frame couldn't be adjusted and there is no Clearly store in Calgary here, I have to adjust it by myself.

The order shipped with ICS never arrived. I even contacted them, went to the location they said it was being held (it wasn't there) and never got it in the end.
When Clearly sent a new package with Canada Post, it arrived the next day.

My experience with Cleary was totally amazing! It came in a cute box with some haribos and a very cute card. Ive never been truly amazed and impressed before. The shipping was very fast and overall this is a 10/10 I will continue using them. Also, the product was very good and all in all this is the best experience ive ever had.

I placed my usual order and received my products as requested. The only trouble was that this time my order was delivered via FedEx, instead of my requested Canada Post delivery option. Fedex was unable to put my delivery in my mailbox, unlike Canada Post, so I was left with a pick-up notice. It turns out the notice listed an incorrect pick-up time, so my package was not available when I arrived at the FedEx pick-up point. Hours after I left, FedEx sent me an automated phone call informing me my delivery was ready for pick-up…five minutes before the pick-up point closed. I had to make alternate arrangements to get my package much later than I had planned.

Friendly, Quick service but Limited selection of wireframe sunglasses for my face. Prescription Lenses are crystal clear & sharp. Nice lightweight frames. But thay have some optical abberation (rainbow effect at certain angles/ light.) Maybe due to the hydrophobic coating? I never experienced this with my previous sunglass lenses from elsewhere. No options for gradients or different % shading.

It was a positive experience getting to "try on" the glasses, especially in the era of COVID, from the comfort of home and the actual glasses fit and looked as I expected them to. I was a little worried about the small adjustments that I've always needed with glasses up to now, which I was able to obtain from the physical location that I purchased my glasses from and wouldn't have when buying online. However, I was able to perform those adjustments easily at home with a hair dryer. Next concern is how long the coatings last - time will tell for that one! But so far I'm super pleased and will purchase from clearly.ca again in the future.

Typically Clearly is great (fast shipping is particularly thumbs-up-y) -- that's why I've been ordering my contacts from them for yeeeears.
But, probably due to COVID, they were out of my favorite contact lens brand last time I ordered. I have dry eyes, and I live in the driest freakin' climate in the world - middle of Alberta - so I need really, really "moist" contact lenses. I ended up ordering a different brand, and now my eyes end up super-dry around dinner time with this clearly lesser brand.
Not Clearly's fault... but something to consider when ordering lenses from them. It would've been great if they'd known their supply was running low and sent an email blast to everyone who's bought that brand before.

I ordered my glasses on their website and I'm still waiting. I contacted the customer service twice, just to be told to wait an additional 7-14 business days. I understand the situation with COVID-19 complicates the production and delivery, but I don't think it justifies the waiting period.

Ordering the contacts was quick and easy. It was especially helpful during this time during COVID when getting out to order my contacts was not an option. The price was also very good. I will definitely be ordering future contacts from Clearly.ca.
I didn't realize you had to return items with 14 days. I was hoping to take the glasses in to my optometrist to see if the prescription was correct as the made me dizzy, everything was so blurry. However, I couldn't get in to see him in time and now it's too late to return them. Good thing they weren't TOO much money but still, $100 odd dollars down the drain. I was happy with everything else.

My first order from Dec 2/20 was misplaced by FedEx and I contacted Clearly on Jan 4/21 about my concern and within a few days they ship me another order with my contact lenses with no questions ask.
Today Jan 12/21 I received the lost package and asked FedEx to return to Clearly as I've got replacement from Clearly.

Being upsold at Lenscrafters by 5 40-something women creeped me the heck out.
I loved just being able to provide my prescription, try them on with camera tech, and receive them quickly and at half the cost of brick and mortar.
I visited the 4th Ave store had my eyes tested for both glasses and contact lenses. I selected some frames in the store that I am very happy with and the service was helpful and efficient. I went back to the store because my new prescription for contacts was not showing up online. I received those contacts and am also happy with those. This is the second time I have been asked this so please don't continue to suggest I need to fill out aother questionnaire. I'm happy with Clearly and will continue to use and recommend them.
My ray bans arrived on time. I got the new Premium progressive bifocals with Transitions lens. I have called to say the right lens seems a little loose when cleaning the lens you can feel them move slightly. Because of Covid I haven't had the chance to make a trip to the Toronto store to check them out and fitted.
With the Transition I thought it would be the same as sunglasses (not for driving) so you wouldn't have to have 2 pairs like I have had in the past. They don't seem to darken the sun rays as much as my previous pair of sun glasses.
Customer Service has been good and I will follow up after I have been to the Toronto store for adjustments.

Received my glasses a few weeks after ordering, was told it would be delayed due to COVID19 processing times. I also made a mistake on my prescription but customer service was able to fix it before the glasses went out.

I purchased glasses from this company no less than 5 months ago, only to discover there are no product guarantees after the glasses broke.
I took the glasses into my local repair center, only to be told they were unrepairable and that they were clearly defective.
Having told this to clearly.ca, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I had lost my money and that I had to purchase a replacement pair.
Needless to say, I will never buy from clearly.ca again, and would advise anyone to do the same should they want to ensure that there eyeglasses last them the duration of there eye exams.

I had paid for thin lenses, which was a big part of the cost of my glasses. I was disappointed that they look as thick as they do. I didn't pay for thin lenses when I bought my last pair from a different company, and there's no difference between the two pairs. Feels like it wasn't worth the additional cost.

I took this from a 3 to a 5 star because after writing the below I received an email from Adriele asking questions about my concerns with the product and in turn determined they may be faulty. I received a return label and the option for full refund (credit) to purchase the contacts that have worked for me thus far. The responses were quick, efficient and the credit immediate, no waiting, no disputing my concerns or experience with the brand - Which is appreciated!
Ordering and receiving was quick and easy. Ordered the splash for the first time and find they move all over my eyes way too much for my eyes. Will be sticking with the everclear

Been waiting over a month for a refund but their website and customer service keep giving me the run around.
The change to the accuvue box size meant that I could not simply check repeat my standard order. The order I requested did not come to me as requested so I needed to return and reorder. Your customer service is excellent but I was disappointed to have to do the extra work
