I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
I lost my glasses and needed a new pair as soon as possible. I ordered a new pair at Costco but it would take too long. So I went through Clearly and got them fairly quick which was awesome! The only thing I will say is that the frames weren't exactly as pictured. On the site, the pattern is all over the frames, including the arms of the glasses. The pair that I recieved featured a patterned front whilst the arms were black. I got my Costco glasses the day after these arrives so they will now serve as a great backup pair.
Not happy with how long it took. Not happy that they took the money out of my account said it was coming, then put the money back said it wasn't coming and then took it out again. This batch of contacts seems poorly made. Not sure if I will buy again and have for years.

I recently moved from a house to a condo. In my most recent order the packaging was much larger. Instantly I was glad I used my old address so I did to pick it up and the post office. No issues with yhe contacts though- very happy with my product

Once again Fedex was used instead of Canada Post (I selected Can Post as the shipper), they did not deliver on the day they said, instead it was delivered the next day. This is bull$#*!. I will not order from Clearly Contacts again.

Was a week longer then estimated. Was reimbursed my expedited shipping fees since I clearly was not getting my glasses on time. Wife ordered 2 pairs and only 1 showed up. They are resending the 2nd pair but wife will need to wait a few more weeks. If you have a month to wait for glasses its a good deal. But if your looking for a replacement, your going without for a while even if you pay for expedited shipping.

I received my package, a little delayed but I wasn't in dire need for them. I did however order colour contacts and one of the bottles was leaking. The contact was a little dried up and therefore the shape is kind of morphed. I tried to lubricate it to see if it helped but it didn't. So I can't wear the coloured ones I ordered.

I did make a mistake on 2nd order and put + instead of - on the 1.25 left eye. I wish that would have been questioned, as the previous order was - 1.25 and I thought the reorder would automatically send the same. My fault though, for being in a hurry!

I ordered a set of Davies for each eye, however, 3 weeks after it said it had shipped (through FedEx) I still hadn't received them. Had to chase up where they were (Fed Ex was impossible couldn't get to a person) got in contact with Clearly they said they would get back to me ( but they gave me a $20 credit for the inconvenience). It took 2 days. They said they would resend the contacts. Personally I think someone at FedEx stole them or at the very least lost them. They eventually arrived about 7 business days later.
The up side is I love the contacts.
Caveat: this all occurred starting at the beginning of December during the pandemic

The pair I ordered were the wrong prescription (not Clearly's fault - the prescription I was given by my optometrist was incorrect). Worse yet, I was out of town for 2 months when the glasses arrived, so I was super late in asking for an exchange. Clearly made it super easy, they didn't give me a hard time for not asking for an exchange for 2 months, and it was as good-faith as such exchanges should be but so often aren't. The glasses are also fantastic. I expect to buy from Clearly from now on.
Good but even though I have the no signature required with Fedex, he stated that because a signature was required from the sender, he couldn't leave it. Doesn't make sense. I wish it was sent signature not required.

All good, from initial in store visit to options available to try on. It was a shame the options online that weren't available in store. With shipping delays, I couldn't wait the several weeks it would take to get samples in so went with a nice sale frame & my order arrived on time.
I went into the Clearly Queen West store on my lunch break and Peter chewed my ear off for 90 mins! He kept pushing sales on me, and following me around. He wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. I was surprised to find out he was the store's manager.
The reason I wanted to check out the Clearly store (affiliated with the website) was because of a character named Gulam, everybody recommends him. But unfortunately I got stuck with the so called manager. He is very pushy, he's all about sales and not about the customer. I can't imagine what he's like with his staff. Disgusting behaviour.
They Arrived quickly the contacts I ordered aren't as comfortable as I thought they should be as I've had these brands before. My prescription went up a little bit and I order the correct lenses however I can only wear them for short periods of time which I'm not happy about
Moe, Ameneh, Leila and Selena who did the covid 19 screening did an amazing job with great customer service. My wife and I were very pleased, we felt safe with the protocols in place and would recommend this location to family and friends

This was a re-order of the glasses that we had gotten him before and, according to him, they are even better than the originals! The first pair had a small flaw which they took care of instore once we had gotten the glasses.

My Clearly glasses are terrific. My granddaughter bought them first and I admired them so much I bought a pair for myself and couldn't be happier.

I have ordered from Clearly with great success in the past but was a bit nervous this time because I had just moved to a progressive lens prescription. I shouldn't have worred - the glasses are good quality, and the prescription is just right, at a fraction of the cost I would have paid at a bricks and mortar vision center.
It was my first time ordering from Clearly and it was a success.
They came in a decent time and pricing was also decent although I was getting the same thing from Walmart Vision for anout $20-$40 cheaper.
Ordered contacts in december, I realized a mistake was made within 5 minutes after ordering. No option to cancel the order so I reached out to the customer service. They told me they had "downloaded" the order and therefore they could not cancel it anymore.
Upon leaving a review the manager reached out to me stating that they would issue me a refund within the next 24 hours. This was said in an email on december 27th. Today on January 12th I am still waiting for my refund. After talking with one of the customer support people they told me it can take an additional 10-15 days because their servers are down and now have to manually send me my money back.
Another customer support agent told me that they have a back log and therefore weren't able to refund me.
Then one of their social media managers told me they would reach out to me which they again never did.
They keep lying to you and making you wait without any proper communication what so ever.
I do not recommend anyone ordering from this place as they are not trustworthy with your money. I have already filed a scam report with the payment company.
Tip for consumers:

First they lost my information. I don't care about they moved systems, this is not my problem.
After, they didn't deliver my boxes. The carrier is a company that I never heard of, they just left me a paper with NO PHONE/NO ADDRESS. I don't know what to do. I called Clearly and they put me on hold and the call drops. PLEASE avoid. It turded a SCAM.
Tip for consumers:
avoid... it turned a scam!!!!! they get your money, do not delivery your contacts, you are blind without your lenses! days and days, bad customer service from India.

Great product at a great price. Shipping was a little longer than I expected, but that seems to be the state of things right now.
The frames were a little bigger than I expected, but not cartoonish, lol. I cheaped out a little on the frames, but am still quite impressed. I'm an active dad with an active 3 yr old daughter. Within the first week of receiving my new glasses, which I only take off for sleeping and reading, my daughter stomped on my head, jumped on my head, and butt dropped on my face. My new Clearly glasses stood up like a champ! Since then, I've been under two cars fixing stuff and on a back country canoe trip. So far so good for the frames, the lenses, and the various coatings I opted for on the lenses.
Started off cheap, then after fees and add-ons they were triple the price. They fell apart right away and I was refused warranty on them. Waste of money and time. DON'T BOTHER WITH THEM!
(One of the customer service agents said that I probably held them with one hand and therefore it's not covered, what a joke)

I always order from Clearly and never had any issues. The contacts I recieved in my last order do not fit properly and keep moving in my eyes. Unfortunately they can't be returned so they aren't usable.
