I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?

So far all deliveries with clearly have arrived in a timely manner. I ordered several packs of weekly contact lenses and so far they done their job nicely.
Bought 2 new pair of glasses. Both plastic frames which is what I prefer. They were good deals and alright quality. Both pairs fit better than I expected.

Was getting some run around at my optometrist regarding pricing for my contacts and with a quick web search found Clearly and saved $40 on my regular purchase. Will be purchasing from them again.
Broke my glasses and went 2 weeks with them taped up but was told about this site then it felt so $#*!ing stupid i wasted 2 weeks. Came with in a week for me!
Don't know didn't order for myself ordered for someone else. Really $#*!ing annoying that clearly keeps sending me emails pretty much forcing me to write a review

My contact came quickly and I was able to navigate the site easy enough. I should have purchased different contacts as I need progressive now but next time. But that's not clearly‘a fault
These haven't been the best or the worst! Great as a different option once in a while, but while taking out of my case, one contact actually tore and that's never happened before!

I was able to buy the same brand of contacts my optometrist usually ordered which was great. They have been working as expected and I will be placing my order with clearly again.
Just ordered more contacts, have also bought a few pairs of glasses in the past, checked a few different sites but these are still the best price and always arrive quickly. Very happy.
I was very pleased with the service and quick delivery. It's much better than having to travel 1.5 hours to pick them up at the ophthalmologist's office.

I have never had an issue with Clearly. Glasses fit great, service is fantastic and shipping is quicker than you expected. They always keep you in the loop every step of the way.

*I just thought I would add in and update my review. Someone from Clearly reached out shortly after my issues were reported and rectified everything with a full refund and paid postage to send back the product.

I've made 3 orders from Clearly, the first one was great, good product, prescription matched and price was unbeatable. I updated my prescription recently and wanted to order 3 more pairs of glasses. Followed the same process but my new glasses hurt my head and vision was blurry. I contacted Clearly customer service to correct the issue but they said it was the fault of my optometrist. Went to see him, confirmed the prescription was valid and bought glasses elsewhere. This took about 6 weeks to complete, by then it was too late to even try for a refund.
I decided that I wanted new prescription sunglasses and I had purchased before through Clearly. I used the OLD prescription that worked before and ordered them again. Clearly sent me standard lenses with no prescription in them. I called service to have them swapped out and they said that since the promotion was no longer offered that it would cost me twice as much if I wanted to exchange them.
Very disappointed because I had a great purchase a couple years ago. Something went downhill fast since then with their company, buyer beware.
Tip for consumers:
Be weary, if the deal seems to good to be true, its exactly that.

This is the second time I've purchased glasses from Clearly and I'll never go back to the traditional way. All the brick and mortar stores push the overpriced "designer" frames with all the Xtra treatments and coatings and insurances and in the end, you're out a thousand or more.
At Clearly, I was able to shop an infinite number of styles based material, size, color, shape and only add the options I wanted and needed. In the end, I received beautifully stylish progressives with Transitions. After discounts, I paid $350.
And, as someone who's always had difficulty adapting to the focus challenges inherent with progressives, after chatting with them on the phone my first time, they counselled me well in choosing the right lenses to minimize my discomfort. They even told me if I didn't like e them, just to send them back and they'd try again until we found something that works. WHO DOES THAT?
Cleary does. That's who. As a lifelong wearer of eyeglasses, I'll always have my eye doctor but I now have have a new and trusted source for my eyeglasses.

Ordering was easier than I was expecting... so easy in fact that I ordered a second pair upon receiving my first! I am also very satisfied with the quality. Great experience overall.
The glasses are okay. I got progressives and frankly, for the distance I can barely discern an improvement, but close up is worse than 15 buck Foster Grants from the drug store.

Received my order before the estimated delivery date, and everything was perfect. I purchased the dailies total contacts. They are very comfortable and work perfectly for one time wear in the pool.
