This the place to go for stylish new specs in store or online. The digital retinal technology Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is cutting edge. Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and staff are very nice too! Excellent product choices and seamless shopping experience. Happy beyond expectation.
I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
I placed an order and then another one because it was super simple. I had my prescription before and never found something I liked in store. Searching by size was the way to go. The "Try and On" feature wasn't working accurately with my PD but then I was able to measure the new glasses against my own and that worked better to determine fit. I wish they had more plastic crystal/clear or see through with a tinge of blue/turquoise in some models. Would be nice if website would recommend (or email customers) similar models in size after ordering so customers could see if they want another pair.

Pricing was competitive but I find eyeglasses to be overpriced in general. I'm not big on the progressive lenses; in order to read with them, you have to be looking down your nose, and any deviation left or right creates blur. They're transition lenses, too, and great for driving.
All orders always arrive on time and with ample shipping notifications. I have never had anything shipped incorrectly, items missing or damaged. I am happy with the service at Clearly and will continue to make my contact purchases with them.
My contacts always come quicker than expected and exactly as ordered.
This time they took a little longer cause I have a very unusual Rx and now progressives on top of it all.

Ordering was painless. Glasses were as described and fit well. Especially happy with the anti-fog coating. The well packaged new glasses arrived with an obviously bent nose pad. This was easily rectified but did cause some initial disappointment.
Also wish I had spent more time in selecting the frames as they are larger than expected.
Overall happy with the purchase and will order from Clearly again.

Always get what i ordered, quick and easy to restock. They have very competitive pricing. I have also ordered 3 pairs or glasses and they are really nice. Ive only had an issue once where my contacts froze during shipping and they replaced them for me, great customer service. I love their free contact lens cases.

Great experience. Online choices is very hard for me. We went to the Clearly store at Queen St. W in Toronto. SO happy to have found that store and actually see what the glasses look like on. Then the online order arrived at our home in less time than expected. Both my husband and I are very satisfied customers.
The glasses arrived within a week and in perfect condition. They also appear to be in good quality. My only complaint is that the purple isn't as vibrant as shown in the pics unless you stand outside in bright sunlight, but this doesn't bother me too much.
Also the customer service was excellent I never feel like they are cheating me or making me wait

My order arrived in good time! I always love ordering my contact lenses from Clearly because they are always very reasonably priced, comfortable, long-lasting. Additionally, they actually carry my prescription (-5.75 is hard to find on most websites) and I can even get coloured prescription contacts as well!
For some inexplicable reason my last contact order was "upgraded" to FedEx. This resulted in me chasing the package for more than 2 weeks. Even driving an hour round trip to pick up my package at a pharmacy who misplaced my package. I had called Clearly twice with no assistance rendered. After daily calls to FedEx I finally get my package more than 2 weeks late. Clearly gave me a whopping $15 off my next purchase. Which was far from adequate to cover my time and hassle and didn't reflect all the years I've been a dedicated customer.

And when my son saw me in my new glasses he said I had Buddy Holly glasses.And my daughter in law didn't even laugh at me. I was thinking of ordering another pair that are round someday. I've been buying from Clearly for maybe over 15 years now, and I still return there for new glasses. Why? Very good prices and decent quality glasses. The customer service has been very good when I needed it.
Having said that though, I find that their selection of frames from different manufacturers have decreased over the years. There's a lot of cheap house brand "Clearly" frames. I got one and broke the arm. Also, I miss the old days where you can request a refund online. Now they make you phone in and speak to someone.
I've been with Clearly for years. They don't give me problems, and their service is easy, quick and best of all, consistent. And as for that surprise? A small pack of gummy bears! Totally brightened up my day :)
I order contacts for 4 household members. Everyone's orders came in correctly and on time. Clearly is consistent with their quality of product and service which is why I come back year after year. No hassle = happy me!
Super happy with the glasses I bought. Not only were they a great price, but they look good and I'm extremely happy with the blue light protector I got added on- it does help quite a bit with the headaches while looking at screens! Will definitely be ordering my next pair from here. 11/10 recommend!
After ordering my glasses, shipment was quick didn't have to wait to long. I bought 2 pairs, the non prescription pair are really nice and my other pair that Clearly put on the prescription were satisfactory, I thought this pair would be bigger then what I tried on virtually, but not quite. I do like them, and tend to wear these the most. The only thing that bugs me a bit are the cleaning clothes provided. They do not tend to clean the lenses well. If there is any way I can get a cloth or a recommendation on how to go about cleaning them better, that would be appreciated. Other than this, my overall experience is satisfactory.
I had a disappointing experience with Clearly.ca when I purchased a pair of prescription glasses. Unfortunately, the lenses repeatedly popped out of the frame, causing a major inconvenience. I reached out to Clearly to explain the issue with the frame, hoping for a resolution. To my dismay, they declined my claim and refused to either fix the problem or provide a replacement pair of glasses. This experience left me very dissatisfied, and I would caution others against spending their money with Clearly.ca.
The online site is great, easy to use and quick, delivery is never problem.
I appreciate the online reminders that its time to re-order and the info about new products or sales.
Only issue is; my last order was supposed to come with complimentary sunglasses... no glasses were sent... second time this has happened:(
