This the place to go for stylish new specs in store or online. The digital retinal technology Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is cutting edge. Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and staff are very nice too! Excellent product choices and seamless shopping experience. Happy beyond expectation.
I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
Have had excellent success in ordering reasonably priced contact lenses and glasses from Clearly Contacts.(especially during sale time!) Last fall ordered new glasses for my husband and after trying, unsuccessfully, to adjust to them we recently emailed Clearly contacts (5 months later) and asked if we were able to return. Not a problem and they were very apologetic that the glasses didn't work out. Throughout the process they kept us informed of when the glasses were received and our expected credit. Very professional and top quality service. Have recommended to many of our friends and family and they too have been pleased.
No reason to pay extra $$ by shopping in a store. (although they do have locations in the Vancouver area)
I've been wearing contacts for 16 years. These are pretty good, more comfortable than many other non-night/day contacts I've worn. Have been wearing this brand for 1.5 months now, taking them out at night. I don't like the feeling the next morning when I try to wear them overnight but I always had an issue with dry eyes. I originally was supposed to get lasik but hoping I could adjust to wearing these a full week. If I can update I will!
Ordered my usual and 1 box was not in the warehouse so they emailed me to tell me that it would be shipped asap but pushed my expected arrival date back. They then turned around and fast tracked my shipping with FedEx at no charge and without me asking. Always impressed!
This box isn't big enough for me to write out all the issues with regards to the current order I have with clearly.

They do not know where anything is at. They will cancel two products but only tell you about 1.
They lie, lie and lie about what's going on with your order but apparently no one in their god forsaken company can cancel an order.
Truly disgusted with this experience and plan to tell every person I know who wears glasses/contacts.
Only offering coupons for the inconvenience. Right let's offer something that will never ever be used by me.

I purchased contact lens for 1 year. Delivery was quick but I did not like my purchase as it's very uncomfortable for my eyes I have runny eyes and itching many times. Great discomfort don't know what to Do with remainder of them

I have been ordering contacts from clearly.ca for years. I reordered. Week ago. So far no notice of delivery.
I called the contact number only to learn they have no clue when my order will be shipped.
The usual service level was 2 days.
I will stop referring them to anyone.
I was pleasantly surprised with how quick and easy it was to order my contacts. Prices were cheaper than going through my optometrist, packaging was beautiful, arrived quickly, and came with a little treat! Will definitely be ordering here from now on :)
I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order arrived. However, when I tried my Multifocal lenses for the first time, I could neither see distance nor read small print. I have rechecked my prescription and it is 100% correct. I would not purchase contacts online again.

I have ordered multiple pairs of prescription glasses from Clearly. I use progressive lenses and they are so expensive everywhere else, even at Walmart. Clearly, when they are running a deal, is the lowest cost option for great frames for me. Regular customer who is very satisfied.

I was stoked to get Ray Ban frames with my new prescription lenses. They feel a heavier than my usual plastic frames, but I've been getting tons of compliments on how they look. The only downside is I learned that I don't like nose cushions on glasses.

We are a returning family to clearly.ca. For years they have been nothing but helpful and kind. Especially when our son was breaking his glasses on a regular basis and clearly.ca replaced a few at no charge when they saw how many we were going thru. All previous experiences were top quality. This last order was incorrect twice. Unknown what's happened however I did finally receive the order(s) Assistance getting the issues resolved while on the phone was terrific.
It's been said all over every review multiple times - The quality of their glasses are not worth 25 cents, let alone the $$ they charge. I ordered a pair of computer glasses from them about a month ago. When they arrived I was appalled to see what they actually sent! The glasses and frames were made of the cheapest plastic. After 4 weeks of infrequent wear, I noticed cracks in the frames - hence I'll be ordering new glasses again very soon since the very act of putting them on my face is making them break. Will most definitely not be ordering from clearly.ca. The product I received could have been bought at a dollar store.
Bottom line - the quality of glasses and frames are very poor. If you want something truly temporary (less than a month) and not all that cheap - then buy from these guys. If you want to wear glasses for more than a month, then order from other reputable online eyeglass providers.

I paid for anti fog lenses and all I got was a basic, regular lenses. Yes, it is way easier to clean than most lenses but it still fogs pretty bad, specially if you are using masks... Update...

I received my contact lens order approximate 1 week after submission online. Arrived without issue and they feel great. This was the second time I ordered from Clearly. I will certainly be ordering from them in the future.
I've been hesitant to order contact online for years, but after my optometrist of 14 years messed up for the 6th time I decided to try Clearly! The contact arrived promptly, correct and I even got a little treat! I will 100% be ordering from them again! They're also lower cost and have discounts to use :)
This is my first pair of glasses and I went into the store to try on a few pairs to see what style I liked. The person who was helping me was very charismatic and gave some helpful advice and was not pushy, which I really appreciated. They also sanitized every single pair of glasses after customers tried them on. The glasses also came sturdily packaged and a little earlier than the estimated shipment time and they've been holding up well. Overall a great experience.
I've bought so many pairs of expensive frames in the past and wasted so much money. Lesson learned. Their glasses are amazing, easy to purchase, customer service is very good if you have a problem and shipping both notifications and promptness is exactly how it should be. I've already bought two pairs and will buy all my glasses from them in the future.

Got one pair of prescription glasses and they are great. Website allows you to try on the eyewear with your camera. Came with a nice case, and cleaning cloth. Will be ordering prescription sunglasses in the near future!

My glasses arrived with the right lens popped out of the frame. Luckily I have a tiny screwdriver made for use with glasses and was able to open the frame put the lens back in and then replace the screw. All fixed. I don't blame Clearly, I know how shippers treat packages. The $25 C Shield does seem to help with cleaning and the transitions technology is great when I go outside. Fit is good, the virtual try on glasses feature means I picked ones that suit my face. I have recommended Clearly.ca to my family for their next pair of glasses.

Generally my experiences with Clearly are positive. Orders arrive quickly and their customer service is excellent. This time my order was delayed because they come from the UK which is fine. I just forgot and needed my contacts quickly so I ordered some that I knew would ship locally. And because I had to 2 orders they decided to wait and ship them together so I had to go 2 weeks with no contacts… which completely defeated the point of order the cheap, "get here fast" ones. Pretty disappointing but nothing I could about it. Just be aware of where your contacts are coming from! Lol. BUT. I will say that I previously had an allergic reaction to a pair I bought and they were amazing. I got store credit and they reached out twice to check in. That, if nothing else has made me a lifelong customer. So, a shipping delay I can forgive.
