I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
Awesome glasses! Durable as ive dropped them a few times and they were fine. The frame bends pretty easily though like the arms and nose piece etc but dont seem like they will break just bendy. They get fingerprints super easy cuz of the large lens but for what you pay its worth it! I love them so much super chic and comfortable they were delivered super fast!
Ordered contacts and was emailed that they were awaiting product and it would ship in a week, received a shipping notification next day and then product arrived a day later. I always order a month or two before I run out just in case but was pleasantly surprised at how quick it came, well packaged and undamaged. Prices are the best even beats Costco by a long shot.
Today is boxing day. They promote 25% OFF. However, their website spins and spins and then order not available. Only way to order is via optician. All good until checkout. Clearly -- Clariti - Singlefocal and 1.75. It worked 2 years ago. Since then stopped working. Calling them is endless holds.

Never again will I order from this company or recommend them to anyone. They sent me the wrong order with one tinted lens and the other normal, so if I wanted to see properly I had to walk around like a lunatic with one dark eye lens (i didnt even order tinted glasses). The shipping was late and they made me pay to send back the incorrect glasses. On top of all that the help agent made me purchase a new pair then hung up on me before i could finalize a refund. I could go on but they are just far too upsetting. *******% would not recommend ever, they'll just screw you over and hold your money hostage. And now I'm stuck blind and can't drive before I travel. So so so dissatisfied and disappointed

Clearly projected my order delivery date for about a week out, however, due to supplier stock they ended up shipping it out about an extra two weeks later. No problem, Clearly informed me of the shortage and provided the shipping details and tracking information as soon as they were able to. They reimbursed a part of my order for the inconvenience all while remaining completely obtainable, professional and polite. I've been ordering from Clearly for over ten years and this is an example of why I am a repeat customer.
I have bought both glasses and contacts from Clearly previously, and been super happy. This time, my regular brand of contacts was discontinued so I had some recommendations on the site for similar products. I chose and actually really love the new ones! Fast shipping too
I ordered a few glasses and all came great, however the RayBans arrived with a lens fallen out. I called customer service and the team sent me a shipping label to ship the broken pair back, which was replaced by a new pair in a couple of days. Thanks!

My frame is coming of from my face when I try look downward. Which happened with me twice purchased glasses from clearly.
Hopefully they provide some sort of warranty in this case like this so I don't need to purchase new ones.
I like the look & feel of my new glasses very much. Clearly did a fantastic job.
I originally had some challenges getting my prescription info in line - but Clearly support reps helped me resolve all my issues, very quickly. I did not have any issues with the delivery at all. Either. The glasses came in fine, the packaging looked great, and they feel great.
Clearly services are exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend Clearly to anyone looking to purchase glasses online.

The glasses were sent immediately. A perfect fit and prescription. They are sturdy as I am super clumsy and have dropped them several times with no damage. I chose transition type of lenses and I love my choice. It's perfect for spring.
Initially, I had problems with adjusting to progressive lenses. In truth, I had given up the idea of them and had settled for single vision glasses. But, Megan W at customer service noted in my review, that I was not happy with the progressives and invited me to return the glasses and they would not only replace them but ensure via photographs that I would be satisfied. Well, long and short of it, the glasses were replaced and all is well. After probably a dozen pairs of progressive, I finally got it right... Thank-you Megan W, your the best!
I had issues with the fit of my first pair. Customer service walked me through an exchange for another pair that would be a better fit. The return and exchange were easy and quick. Highly recommend anyone looking to get some eyewear at an affordable price.

I'm very pleased with the entire ordering and delivery process. At present because of the optometrists not accepting appointments for children and seniors in Ontario Clearly has been a godsend. I will be ordering all my contacts and getting my glasses from you (when I can get a new eyeglass prescription) in future
Update: Clearly mailed a case to me yesterday.
Original: I spent $238.35 on one pair of glasses. When I received it, I was surprised that the glasses had no case. I contacted customer service #1 right away and was told that she would put a request on my order. After half month, I still did not get either case nor update. Then I contacted customer service #2. I was told the same as service #1 which means that either the service #1 did not put in the request or no one took care of the request. I was told that I would be contacted within 24 hours, and now it is 48 hours still no feedback. Clearly pretended to solve the problem and let the return date expire.
Tip for consumers:
Clearly.ca is good at 24/7 custom service, but maybe the customer service doesn't have the authority to solve the problem. So after the conversation, they can only say that we will put in the request, and then you will not hear feedback.

Ordered new contacts but realized that my old shipping address was on the receipt. Swiftly contacted customer service, told them about the issue, they said "no problem, we've changed it". Well, they didn't. Had to go to my old address to retrieve the item. Not fun.

The contacts arrived very quickly, fit my prescription. No complaints about the contacts themselves. The emails can be a but annoying. I don't wear contacts every day(prefer my glasses for work) so I only ordered 10 pairs for special occasions etc. Getting "refill reminder" emails every few days is annoying and I haven't been able to find where I can control how many or what type of emails I receive from Clearly.
Purchased contacts online, deliver time was quicker than expected.
Problem is I ordered the wrong ones, my mistake, ordered box of 90 (3 boxes of 30) for each eye. Didn't realize it until I put the first contacts in. Called Clearly and explained the situation. They said no exchange on open boxes even though 4 of the boxes are unopened and they do sell contacts in orders of 30 Said they will give 15% off reorder, that's what I got on the original order. Their exchange policy is crap

I ordered some new glasses after my previous ones got scratched. Since my prescription was already on file I quickly browsed for frames that matches the dimensions I wanted and used the virtual try on feature with my phone. I'd love more choices for longer arm frames, but I found ones I liked, clicked order, and they came through really quickly, even during quarantine times. The frames are great and look very trendy. Much more affordable than my local glasses store.

I have ordered from clearly many times. I'm obsessed with my new glasses. This time they gave me a free upgrade on my lenses instead of making me wait 8 weeks for the other lenses to be back in stock! Amazing customer service! I highly recommend ordered from Clearly!
Clearly has always provided me with great service. I have never had a negative experience with them. My contact lenses are shipped quickly and I usually receive my orders without delay (with exception to my last order, but that was due to the major flooding and landslides in B. C. which disrupted mail delivery). Clearly always advised me of any updates to my orders so I could track them. I highly recommend this company to my friends or to anyone in need of prescription eyewear.
I have now ordered contacts twice and they arrived very quickly on both occasions. No problems at all - price was good - order was correct - no damage to packaging or contents. I would definitely order from Clearly again.
I had trouble with frame sizes etc. Not obvious enough instructions for that online, I think. Called and Philip j was very patient and helpful. Frames needed some tweaking when arrived. Very happy with the new specs.
