I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
My recent order was filled and received in about 2 weeks. The glasses work well and frame fit was good.
I do wish that silicone nose pads are available, as I have a flat nose that could use a "stickier" nose pad.
Very easy to order on line. The only problem we with the delivery. The driver had trouble finding the address and rather than calling had them in his vehicle for a few days before I got a phone call. I did eventually receive them. I have ordered prior to this and never had that problem.
I received a call through my buzzer while I was out and was surprised to hear from Purolator. I asked them to leave it in front of my door. My contacts are usually mailed so they can be placed in the mailbox

This website offers huge collection of frames and sunglasses to choose from. I always used to buy my vision glasses from local stores but this website had saved me so much money. There was a particular Prada model that i was looking for and luckily i found it on their website and overall i saved $170 compared to local store price. Fast shipping and good customer service. Very satisfied. Will definitely recommend it to my friends..
Love my contacts and they were easy to order, will order again. I accidentally ordered two pairs of contacts with the wrong prescription but the company reached out to me and helped return the ones I hadn't opened even after the time allowed to return them, it was very much appreciated. I suggest confirmation emails include the prescriptions ordered for each product and with the delivery a return label and receipt. Thank you Jane at Clearly.

Ordering and shipping was a breeze. Strangely though, the first Right Eye contact I put in was extremely irritating straight out of the box. No visible tears/particles/dust, I made sure it was thoroughly clean in solution multiple times, but nothing worked. I was worried maybe something was wrong with my prescription. Finally opened a 2nd right eye lens to check and it fit just fine, no irritation. Bit of a costly let down but I hope the rest all work out fine.

Chatline seems to exist solely to try to sell glasses. My wife had a question about her prescription. I sent all the correct numbers but was asked for photos. I attached them but apparently they couldn't see them on the chatline. A simple yes/no question: "is Addition = +2.25" the same as the power for reading glasses? The answer was: what frames do you want? When I asked how to reach a manager I was disconnected. Not impressed. Total waste of time.

I love the glasses I ordered with Clearly, but they arrived with the arms fairly stretched out! Within two days, I couldn't keep my glasses up on my face, they constantly slide down. I've ordered with Clearly many times before, and know which frames to buy for my nose shape (I have a strong bridge that typically supports my glasses very well), so I was very disappointed that these beautiful glasses are so uncomfortable to wear because they simply won't stay put.
Contacts were extremely back ordered, like five months nearly, which is the suppliers fault. Clearly resolved the issue, and their staff was excellent.
My suggestion is to rework your stock tracking system or whatever CEM system you're using to not allow clients to order back ordered contacts. It's fine for a t-shirt, but I had to wear the same lenses for five months, which I don't think was advisable. It didn't need to happen, and was entirely preventable by live stock tracking.
Noticed during a selfie that my transitions were brown instead of grey as ordered. They were quick to respond on the phone to rectify the problem. My new glasses came within 2 weeks and I returned the wrong pair easily.

I'm really happy that I purchased my contacts with Clearly, instead of through my Optometrist. Great selection and prices! I should have bought the contacts that I usually where, but decided to go with a different kind, since they were a better price. Turns out, the quality isn't as good, but that's not a reflection upon Clearly. I will DEFINITELY be ordering through Clearly again, and sticking with the usual brand. :)
I have purchased from clearly for a few years now. My latest pair broke, not my fault, and they ask me how i store them, and why can't i just go find someplace to fix them. At this point, for a pair of $383.00 pair glasses, i am VERY disappointment.

My contacts were delivered quickly, but most of the contacts are either coming out of the package with tiny rips in the sides which makes them incredibly painful and not usable, or are ripping after only a couple of days. Disappointing since contacts are so expensive and I'm not getting the full use out of each lens.

I had a mistake in my prescription on the website, when the glasses arrived I was unable to see with them. Called customer service, they immediately sent me a return form to send them back, corrected the prescription and transferred me to a sales person. And just like that my new pair was being processed. Awesome job!

Clearly glasses are great, I have worn glasses all my life and the prices and quality are amazing with clearly. They have options for every budget and many styles. I had trouble opening the above from my email. I did receive my order on the day they said it was coming. Took some time but glad to have them. Delivery issues (probably due to all this covid thing) but they were quick to be willing to ship me a new pair since my seemed lost. Everything ended well. My contacts are comfortable and just as they should be.
Came in good time. However, the lenses are massive because of my high prescription so massive that it hurts the bridge of my nose. I can not wear them. I will be returning. It may be that it was listed somewhere that there is an option for thin lenses for a higher price. However, it shouldn't even be possible to fill such a high prescription and prior to payment it should say "warning" it is not advisable to proceeded with this prescription without choosing the thin lens option.

I had trouble with the web site. The gentleman said that it had just been redone and there some issues. He also told me my contacts were discontinued. I use "bandaid contacts" and I'm in pain without it. My doctor was on vacation so I called back and the lovely lady had no idea what he was talking about. The contacts arrived 3 days later. Otherwise I never had a problem.

I purchased 2 glasses. One was perfect but the had an issue with the prescription. After sending some pictures while wearing the glasses to customer service, I was able to send them back to be fixed. A few weeks later I got my glasses back. They are perfect now. Very worth it.
My order took a very long time and I'm not overly happy with the glasses. They look awful on me and are so thin and cheap. They are so small they look more like children's glasses. We've had a good run clearly contacts, but I think this will be my last order.
I've purchased my contacts from Clearly for many years now. They remember my last order and it's a couple clicks and my order is done. Delivery was only a few days too. One time my contacts went missing and without questions they immediately shipped a new order of contact lenses. Great company!
