I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived. Everything was correct, the prices were good, and the addition of the packet of gummy bears was a nice touch. I'll definitely be ordering again from Clearly.
I accidentally ordered an older prescription, and received the wrong contacts. The customer service rep was incredibly helpful, and easily had my new contacts shipped (and to a different address, to account for travel plans).
First time ordering glasses on the internet and despite my initial worries I am very impressed with the experience and how good the glasses look. I will be using Clearly for all future lens purchases.
Very happy with my glasses I ordered from Clearly Contacts for the price, only problem is that they are a bit too wide for my face. I could have exchanged them, but for how often I wear them I don't mind too much. They were $20, and I had bought glasses from a store last year for about $300. I actually like my Clearly Contacts ones better.

Quite painless first order. Had lost my previous glasses so needed to get hold of my optometrist to get the frame measurements. Received the glasses quite promptly - the lenses are great though the frame is a bit of a sloppy fit (though they are supposed to be the exact measurements from my previous glasses). Not a big problem as I only wear them when working on the computer. Will consider ordering again.

I ordered regular contact lenses when in fact I require the multifocal contact lenses. But, unfortunately I partially opened the box, although I did not open any of the lenses, and your return policy states that I can not return the lenses. The lenses came quickly and the ordering process is simple. I just made the mistake.
So Clearly reviewed my review and contacted me. They wanted to help in any way they could. They asked me a couple of questions about my order and then... they offered to credit my account even though I had opened the box and it clearly states that contact lens boxes must be unopened for a refund. I am so impressed by Clearly. The customer service is A++. Thank you Jane S for reaching out and offering to correct my mistake.

Quick, easy. Everything online contact shopping should be. Only thing I would mention is that I find it slightly hard to navigate the frequency of "wear" within all the options. I want to browse only "monthly" worn contacts or "two-week" worn contacts but I found it not as clear as maybe it could be.

I don't like deceptive emails that tell me to 'click here' to confirm that I received my orders when you're really trying to get me to review. If the email had asked me for a review, I might have considered leaving a positive one. But don't pretend it's a delivery confirmation when it's a request for a review. So the glasses were fine, but deceptive emails and marketing practices have soured the whole experience.

I ordered from Clearly for the first time because I lost one of my contact lenses down the drain and broke my glasses. I was working with one contact lense and glasses missing an arm, not a good look. First order of contacts and glasses were sent to my old address as I have mail forwarding set up through Canada Post, spoiler alert, this does not include packages.
I explained this to Clearly after not receiving my package at my new house. They then resent my whole order to my correct address! THANK YOU.
The service at Clearly is great. I love the glasses I have bought from there. I ordered contacts this time and they arrived very quickly. I live in a rural area and often have issues with ordering online, not so with Clearly. They were great when my husband had an issue with his new glasses too. I am very impressed with the service we have received.
Clearly was an awesome site/service back in the day when they were new. Now they take your money, don't send you the product and refuse to refund your card. On top of that they ignore your communication and then hang up when you call for help. My biggest regret is how many people I sent their way. Never again. Their customer Service is non existent, and when you point out that they're making stuff up with dates by bringing up the actual email you sent, they hang up on you. They're ok if all goes smoothly, but lord forbid you have a problem… they're officially my least liked company of 2023. I should have known it would go south when I tried to order on my account I had had for well over a decade and they denied me and told me I have to start a new account because they've changed ownership or something of that nature. Zero help, zero service. I should have stopped there but I needed replacement frames for glasses I had purchased from them. No lenses just frames. Ordered October 29,2023 & it is now December 26,2023 and I have nothing to show for this order other than endless frustration and an almost $200 bill. Thieves! Never again. Worst company in Canada by far. Stay clear if you hate being ignored and having your money stolen from you.
Really disappointed in Clearly! Have worn contacts for years. Rarely wear my back up glasses. Have spent thousands at Clearly on contacts and glasses over the years. After emergency eye surgery, was told I need to wear glasses full time now. Was stunned when the opthalmologist's office told me that my eyeglasses from Clearly had lenses that were way off from my prescription (typed in correctly to Clearly when I ordered...) Clearly won't take responsibility. Beware of this issue and get the lens prescription tested and confirmed when you receive your glasses!

I bought a total of 8 pairs of glasses (between my son and I). They all fit wonderfully and the price point was amazing. Will not be going anywhere else to buy my sunglasses and prescription glasses EVER!
Glasses came alot earlier then expected, my other ones were falling apart so I needed a pair quickly. Not only did they come quickly but they look and feel amazing, and were probably my cheapest option! Thank you Clearly!
Great service and we got what we ordered in good time. Our only complaint is that the ends of the ear pieces on the model we ordered flare away from the head... not sure why but it is annoying! Lesson learned!

The customer service team was a nightmare to deal with. Every time a different person responded and each time nobody was able to find the solution. I had requested an order be corrected and was told that it would be 3-5 business days to receive. This did not occur and it took 5 weeks to receive my order.

The delivery came quickly. I just wish it had been packed with more insulation to protect the contacts from the weather. It was freezing cold and they were left outside for a few hours. They were partially frozen but I did call in and they said it was ok.

I have found my experience with Clearly enjoyable. I used a few of their tools to select my glasses. I used the virtual try on (not the best, but gives you an idea of what will definitely not work), and their myFit. The range of options and price points is exceptional.
The prices are very good. When people notice my new glasses, I never hesitate to let them know how much I spent on my stylish new specs.
Order contacts on June 22. Received an email stating they would arrive at there facility by June 28. Hadnt received any update until I called on July 12. At 10:00 pm on July 13 I received an email that now stated they were back ordered and they hoped to receive them by Aug. 9... very unhappy with the service. Cancelled my order. Will not be using this service again. Would not recommend to anyone.
I am very pleased with my new glasses they arrived four days earlier than I was expecting. I have ordered a second pair. I had ordered two pairs previously and there was a problem with the prescription the service people were very helpful and I received a full refund on both pairs. I regularly recommend Clearly to family and friends.

Only reason I gave 4 starts is because the contacts I ordered were backordered and took months to arrive. But once they came, they're exactly the sand as the ones I got from the optometrist. Will be ordering again.

I had an excellent experience. Ordering online was easy. There were lots of nice glasses to choose from, and the prices were great! I liked that I could see what I looked like, trying on the different glasses online. The checkout process was easy. My order came quickly, and was exactly as described.
