“Discoloration on the lens”

I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?

I ordered two separate boxes as my prescription is different for both eyes. My box for script -4.50 the contacts dried out and caused a lot of irritation within a week or two of wearing and they're monthly contacts. I remove my contacts each night and store properly with the appropriate solution. The other box was fine.

I had a great experience, I mistakenly put in the wrong number in the prescription. I called customer service, they adjusted the order. My wife received her new glasses, she put them on and never looked back at her then current glasses that she only had for 3 months. She loves the style of the clearly glasses.

This package of lenses has some issues. Three of the contacts seem to shrivel up overnight. I am using the same solution that I have used for years. Never have I had an issue with the contacts you have sent me. A disappointment.

I started a chat within 5 minutes of placing an order to change the shipping address from my old to new. They didn't respond for 40 minutes then eventually ended the chat. I started a new chat and they said due to system limitations they can't edit or cancel orders. They recommended I go to my old address and pickup the package? Very poor customer service and no alternative options.

The quality of clearly glasses has plummeted in the last year. I am surprised as I have always had quality products even for the low price point I order. Not anymore, they are terrible and I have had 2 pairs break within a week. They are basically garbage.

I based my decision on the "try me" basis. What I didn't realize was that when using that function, your distance from the screen determines the size on you face. I thought they looked alright. But in actuality they are much too large for my face. My bad. Next time I am going to stick to the "MyFit" function. I didn't return them because it was my mistake. The quality is excellent and I will find some use for them.

The delivery was very quick. They are to big. I didn't send them back as it would be the only glasses I would be allowed to return. I keep having to push them up. My husband has tried to adjust them but they keep sliding down on my nose. I will try and take them to a optometrist to see what they can do.

Decided I wanted to be able to wear glasses on a bikepacking trip instead of contact lenses. Doing so would mean I didn't need to carry a contact case, solution, spares, or worry about sticking dirty fingers in my eyes! And since I went with transition lenses I also didn't need to bring sunglasses or worry about swapping glasses if it was too bright out. Perfect!

I eventually got the contact lenses and all was well. To get to that point, however, was a nightmare. I had picked Canada Post as the shipper because I work during business hours and won't be home to receive the package; Canada Post leaves it either behind my door or in my mailbox. 2 weeks later, I got a notification from Fedex saying my product had arrived in a city 30km away from where I live. I called Clearly to figure out what's happening, and (I kid you not) I was told that my order had been "upgraded" to Fedex and "at no extra charge". But wait, that's not all! I went to the Fedex facility only to find out that the product was actually in a different Fedex location, still very far.

I have terrible eyesight. I've been wearing glasses since grade 2 and I'm in my late 20's. I have many eye issues and have been buying glasses from the same place for years.
