I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
Could not possibly be more thrilled with my Clearly.Ca order. Website was very easy to use, with the filters making it easy find the style you want, and the virtual try-on tool gives you a great perspective of how your frames will look on your face. I got a fantastic discount code as a new customer, and My Main and Central Sevilles arrived quickly by Xspresspost, courtesy of Clearly. But here was the best part. When I ordered frames from EyeByeDirect a few months ago, I had to pay extra for a soft case. When my glasses arrived from Clearly, they came in a HARD case, free of charge! I'm crushed. The glasses fall off the face. Perfect if your not using them when bending down or you wanting to put them over your head. I'm glad I kept my old pair, I only use these if I know I will not be doing any activity that will make them fall off the face

This was an amazing experience. I was a little worried about the online fitting. I ordered the wrong king of lenses and had to renew my order. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. A second order was placed and I received it in a timely manner. I will order more glasses again.

I ordered my usual contacts from Clearly and they arrived on time and in perfect shape. They are always consistent in having the product I need and with delivery. Also saves a few dollars compared with ordering from my optometrist.
I am very happy with my glasses. The glasses came and were exactly as expected. They are inexpensive so no, they won't be/feel as sturdy as your $300 pair you might have, but they sit as measured, and the lenses are done to the script you provide. Very pleased.

I have worn them for 4 and 2 months respectively and am very happy with them and the professional service I have received during selection, purchase and delivery.
I was informed that certain components of my prescription/lenses were not available and that there would be a delay. I appreciated the transparency in that email. Ultimately, it wasn't delayed for an extended period and I received my order before the estimated date.

Was skeptical at first tbh but but my order came the next day and there was even a little bag of gummy bears in the box which was a nice touch. Will probably continue ordering from clearly from now on because of how easy it was.
The eyeglasses are great and are a good fit. The sunglasses are fine too but the arms are so straight they keep sliding down my nose, it would be better if they were bent a little bit to fit behind my ears.

There were lots of different styles and designs to choose from. I was able to "try them on" before I decided on a pair to pick. It was fast delivery and 100% satisfaction. I would recommend it to all of my friends.

The glasses are really difficult to clean. I bought those for my 9 year old daughter and she isn't able to wash it on here own. It's the first time we have a pair of glasses that hard to clean. Even myself have a hard time to get them to a decent level of cleanliness

I received my glasses quickly approximately 5 days before the scheduled delivery date. Excellent fit for my face I really like the quality of these glasses with the lenses they provided. I would say they are the best value for your dollar.

I always have a pleasant experience with clearly, I don't shop anywhere else for contacts. They always ship very quickly. When I noticed they didn't ship out the day they were supposed to, I contacted and they said they were just waiting to receive some more in the warehouse and they would ship them right away and they did, I received them within days. I m really pleased with my experience with Clearly, I always find my brand at a great price. This time I got prescription contacts in a lovely green color - really cool, and very conformable on my eyes
My first pair fell on the asphalt so I understand that they broke but the second pair fell 30 cm softly from my nightstand and the frame cracked. I had glasses for 35 years and never happened to me. They gave me a bit of discount but I dont want the hassle of ordering a third pair of glasses again within 9 months. They could not say what kind of material it is but I think acetate which I am not going to use again.
I have ordered other glasses from Clearly that worked fine so I am not saying it is always like that but I feel sad that we live in such a consume and waste society. How shall I know which glasses are really good quality? Would be good to specify what kind of plastic, like zennia says acetate or other plastic.

I have been ordering contacts from Clearly Contacts for a few years and they have always had the brands I look for. They have great customer service. Website is easy to navigate. Keep up the good work!
I don't think I could say enough good about this company. From the clean and informative website to the variety of glasses and prices to their customer service and speedy delivery. It has been a long time since I've had such a good experience with a company. I ended up buying 2 pairs with prescription lenses for half the price of the last pair of glasses I had. After placing my order they informed me one of the pairs I bought was no longer in stock. The email was quite humorous and they apologized for the mix up. They reimbursed me for the purchase, but they also gave me a credit on their website to use for another pair of glasses. They offered to help find another pair similar to what I was looking for, but I was easily able to find a pair myself. The first pair came weeks earlier than expected and the other pair are on their way and should be here weeks earlier than expected as well.

My order came quicker than expected! I got my order like 4 days after placing it, which was wonderful since i believe on the last day i got an email saying my order got shipped, and then a couple hours later, the package came.

I ordered 3 sets of glasses. One set was crooked so I requested a replacement, there were a few mores steps to the process than I expected but in the end the glasses were replaced or repaired and I was happy with the results.
