I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
I saw the add on Facebook and booked my son in for free glasses. The staff was very friendly from choosing the glasses to picking them up. My son choose the glasses himself. The service is top notch for free glasses. I was at the Queen's clearly. HAPPY PARENT!
I was happy with the efforts on the side of Clearly to get my order together. I am fairly happy with the glasses I received with the strong exception that one of them slides down my nose constantly and the width seems to expand with very little wear.
The glasses are nice, but not exactly as expected. Online they looked "clear" but in-person the glasses have a blue tint, which changes the style. They are comfortable and the prescription is okay. Thank you.

Ordered contacts through them with a price match from their competitors. They said that they will put the full amount on hold on my card and then charge me only the price match once it was approved. Thank goodness I check my card often because they charged me their full amount and not the price match. I contacted them, they denied charging me the full amount and claimed they charged me the smaller amount. They gave me some bogus Transaction ID #'s, so I contacted my bank. My bank confirmed they they charged me their full amount and there was nothing stating they would reimburse me the difference. I contacted Clearly.ca again, they denied it again and this time put it over to their finance department. My bank has advised me the put a dispute claim against them which I have done. I will never be ordering from them again.

While the initial authorization does take the full amount as a charge if it's a debit-credit, the payment processed upon shipment should drop any hold and result in the adjusted total being the only payment. I received my glasses in a very fast delivery time. They're a perfect fit and so comfortable. I've been a contact lense wearer for year because glasses were never comfortable and always bothered my nose. My new glasses checked all the boxes for satisfactory level. Excellent service and quality merchandise.
I ordered contacts for myself and my husband. Also got frames for myself. The price was better than anywhere else and the quality was the same. The frames are even better than in store actually. Never see trendy stuff that fits my face like this.
Purchased these contacts on the advise of my optometrist several years ago and was extremely happy with them. Decided to go back to them after a number of years not wearing contacts and am totally discussed with them. They are not even close to being the same quality they were before. They are so poor quality that they are difficult removing them from their packaging and putting them in. Would not recommend them to anyone.

The staff was somewhat helpful and the experience was ok. I am not a big fan of the frames and how they look on my face. I also feel like the quality is not very good ( they feel like cheap plastic) I don't wear these glasses even though I got them to replace my old ones- I still always Wear my old ones.

After an initial issue with the website I called the help number and a pleasant lady took my order. She was efficient and accurate. She took the extra time to go over my details to ensure my order was correct. My order arrived a few days later and they are exactly what I ordered.
My partner and I went back to the store three times to try to get our progressive lenses to be clear and not be distorted. In the end, we had to pay $550 at another store to get proper lenses in our glasses. These are just such poor quality lenses in these glasses. It might be ok for simple single-vision glasses, but in general the quality is just really bad.
My first original order the prescription was wrong and one pair of glasses fit perfectly and the other needed adjustment but I went to a clearly store and returned both and received new ones yesterday and they both have the correct prescription but one pair has straight arms and does not fit as they will need to be adjusted in the arms but the pair before fit fine and the second fit perfect too. Are you able to send the Michael Kors pair adjusted in the arms?

I considered going to an optometrist to get my contacts and realize the price is very high and then and only then if you have just simple coverage it makes it difficult to have to send your papers in get your money back this experience is very good and delivery is very fast.

I started order from Clearly a couple of years ago and I will continue for as long as I will wear contacts. The order usually arrive before the estimated time, but do not order express, they will give the parcel to a company that basically doesn't even deliver to your house anymore and force you to pick it up from convenience stores in Marda Loop.
My colleague recommended that I try Clearly and it was extremely easy and my contact lenses order arrived the next day. It was the most simple contact renewal process that I have ever had in my 30 years of wearing lenses!
I got them delivered quickly and nothing was broken. The prescription seems correct, and they are very lightweight. Unfortunately, the tiny screws on the arms of the glasses weaken very quickly: making the arms wiggle and be less sturdy.

Clearly does a great job selling great glasses at great prices. Sometimes little details make a difference though and this time around what was missing from the order is the issue. What I received was a pair of glasses as ordered, in their customary attractive green box. No clamshell case such as the one I received with my first order with Clearly and no micro fibre bag. Just glasses in a box. I understand that this product is meant to be priced competitively, but what I got felt cheap.
Consistency when selling product as a bonus. Inconsistency is problematic.

It was my first time to buy glasses online. It was quite easy and straight forward to do this. I kept it simple since it was my first time. I chose frames that were similar to my old glasses in style & size, and chose lenses for distance. When I was ready to order, I was pleasantly surprised by a coupon that saved me $30. Now that they've arrived, I can vouch for the quality of the frames and lenses, and they came well packaged with case & lens cloth. For me, this was a very good choice, and a very positive experience.

I ordered two pairs of glasses because I couldn't decide which style I preferred. I received both in a timely manner, chose to keep one pair and return the other. I am very happy with the pair I kept, they are stylish, comfortable and the correct prescription. The return process was simple.

Much misery had I endured at the hands of FedEx and Purolator, miscreants of the deppest dye who, for all intents and purposes, hate their jobs and would be better suited as street soldiers for a crime syndicate. Thankfully, Clearly's dutiful telephone agents finally set my delivery options on the right track by disabling the posibility of switching my delivery from Canada Post to an alternate carrier. All my commendations to them.
