I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
The prescription in one pair of the two glasses I ordered didn't seem right. I contacted Clearly and they replaced my glasses immediately. I will definitely continue to purchase my prescription glasses from Clearly.
This delivery went very good. The first one i ordered did not. I had no idea what i was doing. I ordered my one eye 100 and my other eye 125 i had no idea there was a plus and a minus so when i received them they were wrong. I tried them on and they of course were wrong. They said there was nothing i could do about it. So i was not impressed with my first order so i reordered. Yous should specify on the web site so people understand better
I got 2 pairs of glasses one for home and one for work. The ones I got for home are perfect but the ones I got for work feel tight on my face so I might have to get a different pair for work. Still great prices though so ill find a pair that are a little wider that'll make my face feel less fat.

I got my contact lenses. However, everytime l have to pick up my lenses myself. The delivery guys didn't use the buzzer. I was working that day. And my husband was able to open to door. He just called me. But obviously l couldn't answer his call because of my work. And also l wrote it down my buzzer code on my address. He hadn't tried buzzer. It has been second time and l had to pick up my order. It is definitely disappointing

They are comfortable, I wear them from 6am till 10pm at night and it doesn't dry my eyes out. They are stronger than previous
Brands and does not break when removing from the eyes. The only issue I had thus far is I received 2 that were defeated (broken)
It was super easy to order on line, but when I received my glasses the prescription wasn't correct. I called to explain what happened and it was super easy to send them back. I'm just awaiting the refund now, but I'm not worried at all. I will try ordering again. :)

I ordered the wrong prescription and when I got my contacts I immediately placed another order and asked for a refund. Instead of a refund I received another order so I ended up paying twice which put a dent in my budget. I realize it was my mistake but I was under the impression I was receiving a refund for the original order.

Clearly exceeded my expectations. I was informed about the order status at every stage. My lenses arrived super fast! When I opened my package, I found a nice gift (a little pack of Haribo). It was my first and definitely not last order with Clearly :)
Love how fast these contacts arrived in the mail. And I love my new contacts from Clearly! The brand I selected was "everclear elite" and they are dailies which are so comfortable on your eyes! I recommend this brand to everyone who suffer from dry eye

Order. I had to return my first pair due to my error with my prescription. Easy to return and my new ones with correct prescription came very quickly. Glasses fit perfect. Great price.
I am delighted with the glasses I ordered! The lens of the glasses are very good quality and are very true to my reading glasses prescription. The ordering process was straightforward and the delivery was efficient and faster than I expected. The frames are excellent quality and look great. Having the ability to "try on" the glasses prior to purchase was easy and fun to do. I have recommended Clearly to my family and I would not hesitate to order glasses from Clearly again.
The price is very reasonable. The order placement was easy. The order was processed quickly and mailed promptly.

Glasses came in and fit perfectly, they look exactly like their picture.
Only downfall is shipping took so long and I even paid for express shipping so that was a bummer because I needed the glasses ASAP.
This is the first time this has happened, but I've now had four packs of contacts where the lense was folded inside the pack and came out with a bend in it. It cannot be worn after this, because the crease causes irritation and does not go away even after being soaked uncreased in the lense case.

I received replacement frames at 40% discount. My glasses were within the warranty period, however free replacement was not honoured for the broken frames. From the very beginning one arm was not right at the hing (it was a set of frames used in the show room for customers to try on and select) It is worth it to make sure everything is excellent at the time of initial delivery!
Saw some contacts from Clearly on sale in a popup box but, when I went on the Clearly site, the prices were much higher. Using a different link, the prices were lower. Called Clearly and had a huge struggle with the representative who claimed there were no lower prices available. After may go arounds with the rep and showing there was a clearly site that had lower prices, the representative finally admitted that there were reduced prices available. Turned out they needed to be ordered through a different "Clearly" link. Got them in good time and I'm happy with the product.

Great service. Prompt delivery. My first order arrived and didn't correct my sight and Clearly staff were on the ball, took the glasses back and refunded my money promptly. Therefore, I tried a second time and was very successful in the 2nd order.

Wrong type of contacts and wrong prescription. Find it hard to believe I made both mistakes as that has never happened before but I had deleted the receipt as soon as I got the delivery so couldn't verify once I opened the box

These glasses are nice and light on my face and I love the spring hinges. However, the colour I got and the colour on line are completely different. On line the glasses are almost clear and what I received are a dark grey almost black

So I don't know if is covid issue but they MESSED up my order twice. I brought 4 boxes of contact lenses and only given two boxes. I message them and thought they were nice to resent me the box with proof of photo sent. After I recieved second time I was given three of the same prescription and one of the other prescription which I order two of the different prescription in total four boxes.
Never order from this place. They didn't even give discount or any compensation after sending mistake twice. Worst customer service stay away from this place for good!
I bought the first pair - wrong prescription. I bought the second pair - the frames were uncomfortable. Bought the third pair - jackpot! And every time, the customer care was great! My refunds came quickly too.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses (1 sunglasses and 2 prescription glasses). I ended up keeping the sunglasses but refunding the 2 pairs of glasses. The 2 pairs of glasses were a bit of a disappointed. Both pairs did not look like the website photos (the colors were completely different).
