I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
Got my glasses and I can't see out of them! Even tho it's my brand my script! Tried to return to get fixed but won't because it was a sale!
I love the glasses on me but it sucks I can't see out of them! I tried wearing them for over a week and wouldn't adjust at all!
The quality, for reading small type, is not as good as it was for the trial pair I got from my optometrist. The lenses seem to be flimsier than the trial pair and may be that is the reason I have more difficulty reading small print. Otherwise, for the price, I can't complain and will very likely re-order.
I did receive but they are a little to long behind the ear... I am sitting and with the back of my head I can touch the back up of the lazy boy and that pushes the glasses back in front. There bof tight enough

No complaints thus far. I received everything that I ordered within the two week period and without any issue. Ordered the purple venom coloured contacts, gemstone green coloured contacts and a few eyecare products. Been wearing the purple coloured contacts for about a month now, on and off and I am satisfied with it. No trouble with it. Will try the gemstone green next. I enjoyed the experience of purchasing my glasses at the store however the delays in getting my glasses was a disappointment. It wasn't until I called the toll free number was I notified that there was an issue with my order - causing a further 1 week delay
It was easy to search frames and make the order, and my glasses arrived earlier than expected which was perfect. Was very happeywith them and the quality of the case they came in. Will definitely use Clearly in the future
Ive orderd the same contacts for over a year, and the lst two boxes have had 1 (out of three) damaged contacts. I always have two correct ones left over (in the box) but i feel like im not getting my money's worth.

I wasn't happy with the delivery company. I wasn't home and had to pick up the package on a location far from me. My recommendation will be to have the option for instructions how to handle the delivery when placing the order.

It was great. I tried the digital testing first, and looked at a few options. My first option wasn't available, but I was still able to order something I liked. The delivery was good and pretty quick.

Ordering was fast and easy and I was really impressed with the price and availability of frames. My one problem has to do with lenses; there were many many options for lenses, all of which involved huge up charges, and I think the option I chose probably shouldn't be available on my frames as the lenses are small and the multiple focus points for distance and close mean the actual surface of the lens available for say reading is really small.

I was looking for some reading glasses only for this time. I have a fun prescription because I am both near and far sighted and have been prescribed progressive lenses. I contacted the online support to ask them how to figure out what my prescription would be for online ordering since it is a different prescription. They were very helpful and showed me how to calculate what my prescription would be. I had just purchased a pair of computer glasses from a nearby retailer but wasn't looking for anything expensive this time. I had a lot of information on the retailer order so it was a bit easier to order. It was a choose the frames, try them on virtually, order them and wait. The shipping time wasn't horrible and when they arrived they were well packaged. It did take some time to get used to the prescription since it was a new one, but the fit of the frames was good and I quite like them. I would order from them again.

Had to return my glasses due to the wrong prescription, I made a mistake because my left eye changed from -7.00 to +. 5 after surgery. I have been a repeat customer for years. The last few times i have ordered, i get told the order will take longer. That's fair for my prescription, and the "longer" is usually only 3-7 days. This time, it took 2 months beyond the estimated delivery time to arrive! And the time consuming calls to ensure delivery were annoying. I was given a $20 credit, but that didn't help me with my vision for the nine weeks i couldn't see! I had to spend another $200.00 on a pair of glases. I always order with enough time to replenish my lenses, but I didn't forsee this much of a delay.
I would have given a higher rating for value if i didn't spend so much waiting for the lenses.

The glasses were great and were delivered early. I didn't know how thick and harsh they would be though. The picture wasn't very accurate compared to the glasses I got. I ordered tortoise but they seem closer to black. But for the price I'm happy.

I think it tooke. Longer to decide on which pair I wanted than the delivery itself. I was rather impressed with the speed and efficiency of the delivery. I appreciated the tracking of the packages as well, fortunately someone was home when I told them my package was delivered because no one rang the doorbell to indicate it was delivered.

Don't return anything you won't get your money back. I had a 40 dollar credit and I bought glasses and they didn't use my credit. Then they wouldn't give me my money back. Unless I bought another item. I tried calling and can't get ahold of anyone.

I wish I had done this a long time ago. Had always been buying expensive frames and lens from Lenscrafters. First time buying eyeglasses from Clearly and I was very surprised they were great for a fraction of Lenscrafter's price!
I received my contacts very quickly so I was impressed. I'm used to wearing the acuve, but I usually buy them from my optomistrists office but they were a better price so I bought them here. My sister is an optician so she helped me buy. They were terrible. They burned when I put them in and I had to rinse with contact solution. I'm used to wearing them hours in the day but I had to take them out after about 4- 5 hours because they were extremely dry! Even when I was wearing them I could feel them on my eyes, I could feel them moving around. And of course there are no refunds. What a waste of money.
