I bought a pair of sunglasses from clearly.ca. Visible discoloration at the edge of the lens. Customer service believes this is normal for polarized lenses. I don't have this issue on my other polarized pair from Costco. Has anyone seen this with your glasses?
They sell low quality/fake contacts like splash on their website. They do not ask for any priscrption while buying but when you compain then ask for priscription with lots if conditions. They do not sell original manufacture contacts
Best price out there and delivery was super-fast. Customer service department is extremely helpful and friendly. I will continue to order from Clearly.

I would give the order 5 out of 5 but the first contact I took out didn't fit right and then I tore it when I tried to take it out of my eye. This has happened one time before but usually, Im 100 % happy with the product and I will continue to buy it when Im needing to wear contacts
I really love my brand new pair of Clearly Dauphin eyeglasses. Not only do the frames fit perfectly on my nose (thus, saving me the hassle of always having to push them back up when my previous pairs of glasses slid down my nose), but the Anti Fog Lenses are a real benefit whenever I have to wear a mask (due to COVID-19).
In sum, purchasing this particular pair of glasses was well worth the investment on my end (and, a real bargain at only $80 as well).
I was confused that my order wasn't correct when it came then I wasn't notified about a refund and repurchase on the company's whim. Letting the customer know when something is wrong and especially when you are debiting money out of our account we SHOULD be notified.

I received my order and liked the glasses however the frames did not fit flush on my nose bridge. I contacted Clearly by phone, they were very accamodating and they gave me instructions on how to return the glasses for refund which I did and I received the refund promptly. I will order replacements however I had placed this order on your Black Friday special and I'm now waiting for news of discounted specials as I am a senior on a pension I can't pay full price.

I ordered 4 boxes of Proclear contacts but received a different brand which quoted Proclear compatible in packaging receipt. I had to call the customer service to get return instructions and to go to the post office to return them during the Covid-19 pandemic. It's just the inconvenience I had to go through and the time wasted. In the end everything worked out fine.

I ordered 4 boxes of contact lenses, which is a very expensive order for me. However, I felt comfortable with their return policy. The first contact I used burned my eye to the point where I needed to had to use ophthalmic drops. I have had to wear glasses every day since.
I would like to return the 3 unopened boxes, and if possible the 4th box as well with one lens missing.
They are asking for my "medical documents" before they send me a return label, even for the 3 unopened boxes.
I suppose I understand not accepting the opened box, although I have been a customer of theirs for 10 years and it would have been a lovely good faith gesture on their part. But ok, I get it.
However refusing to send me a return label for the 150.00 worth of unopened lenses until I send them medical documents is unreasonable to me.
I ordered these lenses one week ago; I am well within their timeframe for returns and the 3 boxes are unopened and untouched.
I would never ever have placed such a large order if it had been a final sale.

This experience sold me for good, never buying glasses from a store again if I can help it, much more efficient and inexpensive from clearly, and shipping was faster than I thought, mind you I paid for express, but the glasses were so affordable, I could easily pay extra for shipping!
I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and one of them wasn't according to my prescription./ i called and really easy I was able to send the wrong pair and get a replacement. I would definatelly come back as a customer
The lenses I received were comfortable and corrected my distance vision however the prescription I submitted was for multifocal lenses. Since I did not really need the lenses for distance, I was unable to wear them. When I contacted Clearly Customer Service, they advised me that they could not provide multifocal gas permeable contact lenses. Since the lenses I ordered were not that expensive, I was OK with the error.

I had chosen Canada Post in my on line order, but it was sent through Purolator and I never received the order.
It was sent back to my address via Canada Post EXPRESS and it arrived within 2 days!
Your site is well built and I hope that in the future, the choice of transporter will be used as chosen.
I rather receive my order 2 days later, than not getting my order supposed to be received 2 days earlier!
Everytime I order off their website I always get them either earlier or right on time mostly earlier though, and this past order they gave candy like gummy bears which I did not expect but I really felt like a valued customer to them.
Hassel-free ordering process. I usually come on every few weeks to restock my contact supply. The order is processed quickly and I usually receive my order within 1 to 2 weeks given delays due to Covid.
I am really not happy with the quality I bought the glasses within a week the screw came lose and lense fell off now I can't find anyone in the town to fix it and I did not get any good response from the customer service

Clearly states on there website that they send there orders by Canada post and they sent it by another courier which ended up at pick up location that I couldn't get to. When I called them, they quickly sent it by Canada post and I received it in a few days.
Worst experience I have ever had wrong prescription then didn't have a printer to print off the return label why not have a QR code or have it so they can use it from the email sucked so bad don't know if I'll use you again

Easy to use website. I was able to easily locate the Acuvue Oasys that I use for my astigmatism. It was very simple to enter my prescription and I was updated on delivery times even when it was delayed.
The courier allegedly attmpted delivery on two occasions--both times I was home, BTW. I called the courier & was told my order had been returned to you. I contacted your service & the issue was poimptly resolved. I finally rec'd my order a few days later. Service from the initial povider (CIS?) was unsatisfactory. Canada Post's was reliable & efficient.

The best thing about buying my contact lenses with Clearly is the SUPER-FAST delivery. For years, I have never had to pay extra for expedited shipping or anything - my lenses have always arrived at my house 1-3 days after I place my order online. Unbeatable!
I absolutely can't use contacts, my eye will not allow me to touch it BUT I absolutely loved being able to see for SO cheap when I got them! Such fast delivery and if I could wear contacts, I'd definitely get these again!
My first 2 pair were avatars and a bold pair, I didn't mind the bold pair but then I found a chip on the inside of my lenses, I I returned them and waiting for them to fix them, the avatars were slipping off my face so the customer service agent sent me some she recommended and I ordered another pair when I got those the frames were way too small for my face. So I returned those too. All and all it's been a month and I don't have a pair to wear...
