Can't complain about the product. For me it is top notch. Well made and my prescription lenses have always been bang on. Lately their customer service has become absolutely horrid. They have been blaming everything on their recent "upgrades to their site. This resulted in them losing even the basic information. Forget about getting tracking information..."sorry, because of the upgrades we cant see that".
My advise if you are going to deal with this company is to visit one of their retail outlets. At least if something goes wrong, you can walk into the store and at least speak with someone. My advise to Clearly is twofold. #1 NEVER let the company who did your "upgrades" ever do anything for you again, and secondly, be accountable for your current situation (which judging by the amount of new customer service related 1 star reviews on sites like this and Trustpilot) put a clear upfront message on your website apologizing for the current situation, and let customers know your are trying to work through a massive backlog and that response times may be slow, or something to that effect. That would have made me a lot less pissed off trying to reach you. I am now a former customer,

The contacts were delayed much longer than expected but I was kept informed and given a discount as well. I've used Clearly for years and will continue to do so.

I've been ordering from Clearly for 8 years and I am never disappointed. Orders always come quick and the added small bag of gummy bears is a fantastic little touch.

Very quick delivery of my contact lenses! Great packaging and the gummy bears were a nice touch although not sure this addition was intentional or fell out of someone's lunch.

I ordered some contact lenses but accidentally entered the wrong mailing address. I connected with a sales rep and they were able to correct my order instantly.

Lady took order on phone was very patient and kind, knowledgeable. So far very happy with new glasses. Arrived well packed by mail 3 days earlier than expected.

The daily cases are hard to rip apart. I often accidentally open two at once because there is no perforation. Poor quality with the packaging makes it wasteful.

I really enjoy shopping with Clearly Contacts. They use an interactive site where you can see their products from different angles and also on a real life model. They have detailed measurements and information on each individual pair of glasses. Their site is very user friendly and I found the order process to be smooth and painless. They've also added the ability to store your prescription details to your account profile so you don't have to add it in every time which is very convenient. I've ordered numerous pairs of glasses and contacts from them and have enjoyed my experience every time. I've had to return twice when I received glasses that didn't quite fit me right and the return service agents were always very very polite, nice and understanding. They never once questioned my motives for returning or tried to convince me out of it. They told me everything I needed to do to have the products returned to them without a single charge to me. Shipping speeds are amazing, I'm always very impressed with how quickly I receive my things. Overall, I really like this online retailer! Sometimes I find that stores that achieve online status from being regular store fronts first take so long to get it right. Good experience. Glasses have a tendency to slip off my nose and seem a bit wide for my head. Not sure whether there is an easy fix (?) as I really like them.
