Right from the onset. The quoting was excellent. Allen was a pleasure to deal with. The window arrived in the allotted time I was told it was to arrive in.

The guys that did the install were courteous and stayed late to complete the job that day. No mess was left.

Ray had visited my house a week ago. I had done my extensive homework online before calling Clera. I received their flyer in the mail and decided to give them a shot. I was blown away by the service i received from Ray. He was just so informative and knew what he was talking about. I was also very impressed with the quality of the window. The vinyl and the extrusions are really engineered to perfection. Over all we decided to purchase our windows with Clera. Thank you Ray, looking forward to our installations in a few months!

From the first time we contacted Clera they were courteous and explained their product and services very well. We were pleased with the speed of the installation and that there was no mess on the inside of the house. They cleaned up the site after their work was completed and the windows look and work great!

I was having issues with my sliding doors and Clera was a lifesaver. When I called with my problem the customer service was extremely helpful. I was able to have my sliding doors assessed and replaced quickly and I am very impressed by the quality of the doors. I recommend Clera's products and service!

Terry was very professional and was always available to answer our (many) questions. Terry sent us updates right up until installation! The installer, Paul, was very knowledgable, professional and he left the job site very clean. We were very impressed with our entire Clera experience. Would highly recommend!

After 25 years with aluminum framed replacement windows, we had all the windows in the house replaced. From Jacqueline who measured everything to Jeff who installed the windows, it was a very good experience dealing with Clera Windows. We just didn't want replacement windows like what we had before. Clera Windows went with brick to brick installation plus all new trim on the inside and all new capping on the outside. The craftsmanship was fantastic.

I decided to leave my review here because I think it's where I can help the most. Firstly, I really didn't want to have to buy new windows because they're expensive and it's just another expenditure. What first attracted me to Clera Windows was that they made the windows they installed and were a true Canadian company. What made it possible for me to go forward is their pricing and financing options. Now, I have great windows and a lifte time warranty and the financing meant I could change my front door too. I am surprised to see some of the bad reviews as my experience was superb. I highly recommend John Gainham and his team.

Just had new patio doors installed to replace our old French Doors. Greg Gainham, the sales rep for the Oakville/Hamilton area was great. He did not try and sell us a more expensive product. He had great advise for us that we followed and as a result we love our new doors. The installer from the Oakville/Hamilton location, Trevor was prompt, professional, clean and very knowledgeable as well. We are completely impressed with the installation. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends. Fantastic overall experience!

We had Clera Windows installed a few years ago in our home in the Pickering.
The sales team & installers were fantastic,& because we loved the windows so much, we just recently had them installed at my parent's home in Muskoka. The installers were able to keep all the original pine trim that my dad had put around the old bay windows & glass sliding door. Very professional, very helpful. I would recommend Clera Windows to all my friends.

We had all of our Windows replaced with Clear Windows, and we were really impressed with the Quality of service and the experience and manners of the Gentlemen that did all of the work.The care and clean up during the time they were here was great. I would recommend Clear Windows to other people.

We had 13 Windows purchased and installed in September 2021 and Patio door and Front door installed April 2023. Just to provide you with a bit of unpdate on my nightmare experience with Clera. I paid almost $20K for 19 new windows and they didn't provide me with the product I paid in full for and they refuse to take responsibility for their screw up and refuse to make it right. Now I have to take legal action to get the company and it's president to do the right think. Just adds further insult to injury. I live in the National Capital Region but I strongly believe no matter where you live in Ontario Clera will no deliver. I say this because my brother who lives in Scarborough purchased windows from Clera and they installed the wrong windows at his home at well. Evidently a trend. BEWARE!!!!!!!

My husband & I were very impressed with the Adam the sale representative, he is very knowledgable and answered any questions that we had! We were also very impressed with the installers they did a fantastic job and left the job site clean and tidy! We highly recommend Clera Windows!

This is the third time I have bought windows from clera, I bought the first windows for my home on the lake, then, a few years later replaced many more of the lakefront home windows. I now have a new home and the first place I called was clear windows to replace some of the windows in this new house. The sales rep Gary G. Was honest, he looked at all the windows and informed me of the ones that needed to be replaced. He had chosen the same windows I would have replaced, he then assisted me in choosing which type of window would be the best. He was so very helpful. When I had questions after I ordered Gary G. Was available to hel me. The windows are beautiful, the men that did the installation were very professional. I will call clear windows when I never eed to replace the other windows and Install a new window where I wish to have one. Connie T.

Our main door was promised to be done in 4 to 6 weeks. I called after the 8h week. The guy replacing the sales rep said it is finish and the installer will call me for the installation. No one called me back. I called Alex the installer and he said he does not know anything about it. He said he will check the factory he never called me back. I called customer service 3 times, on one called me back. The sales rep came back from vacation and told me he will check the factory and will call me back. He never did. Until It was already the 15th week and I am already beside myself. Finally installed after 16 weeks and after tons of phone calls and aggravations. Paying $5200 for a door was not worth it.
