Clera Windows + Doors

We needed to replaced 2 windows. Of the companies that responded to our request for a quote, Terry from Clera was by far the best. He spent time with me on the phone explaining options, process etc. and then came to measure etc. for the quote. He took the time to measure inside and out (others didn't) and I felt completely informed on what we needed and the timing. When the quote arrived, it was lower than the competition.

The windows were recently installed by the Clera team and they were all incredibly professional, quick and efficient.

We will definitely be using Clera again as we continue to replace windows in our home.

Eric DeBono from Clera Windows & Doors installed our front door and 7 windows just recently in Woodstock, he was the sales rep and window installer, a rare combination. Eric DeBono was very professional, polite, and did a phenomenal job. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, out of all the trades that had come through our home he was the only one to clean up after himself! We would recommend him to anyone looking for new windows or doors.

They replaced and installed 4 windows for us. Once we were able to arrange an installation date, I was amazed at how quickly they installed the windows. There was really no prep work for me, they worked around beds and dressers and kept the existing framing in place - in and out in a few hours. This was a great experience, highly recommended.

Clera did a great job with the windows. The installation was easy and they were very professional.
There price was competitive and delivered everything that was promised.

We recently had our windows replaced by Clera. From the first meeting with Adam to signing the contract to the installation by Ramesh and his team it was a phenomenal experience. Adam is very knowledgeable and answered all of our initial questions and explained everything to us without being pushy or overbearing. Follow up calls were responded to promptly and our window installation was scheduled right around the time promised. Ramesh and his team did a great job. They were friendly and polite. They cleaned up everything at the end of their workdays. We would recommend Clera Windows.

The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the installers efficient and professional. There was some delay of a few days due to the weather, but that was not their fault. Our final price came within budget, and the windows look great and work perfectly.

I do not recommend Clera windows and doors.

While the actual team that did the installation of 2 doors and 2 windows in February was great, the products I received were either wrong, faulty or not delivered at all.
If you're looking for a door and/or window contractor, I xrecommend not choosing Clera - they do not complete the job they're hired to do.

I will never stop saying good things about Clera. They installed windows in my home four weeks and they did a great job. The windows are made with such high quality and the guys were able to put them in in about an hour and a half. They were really efficient and knew what they were doing. I love working with these types of companies.

Now you are suggesting the company cannot match the paint for the door.
We do not want paint to touch up the defects. WE have spoken to several other door manufacturers and they agree. This should not have happened!
We were not told of the product being defective., If we were made aware we would not have chosen that front door.
It is not our fault the door cannot take everyday usage.
We have spent thousands of dollars for this crap of a product!
And we were referred by a family member, I would be embarrassed to offer this type of product,
If anything I would go above and beyond with customer service to assure the client is happy.
We want our money back so we can go to shop somewhere else where the company can deliver and install a great product with excellent customer service!

Love the product, the Warranty and the customer service was top notch when dealing with company directly. But not impressed with local Clera Rep. Installation was not great and came with an attitude. Plus other issues that I won't elaborate on. I would certainly purchase the rest of my windows through Clera however not through him.

Great experience! They answered us when we called for a quote, showed up when they said they would for both appointments and were honest up front about costs and delivery times right form the start. Installation was quick, and they cleaned up after themselves. We will use them again for sure for our other window replacements!

I am writing this review to let other people know what kind people we are dealing with. My front window was I stalled looked great but every time it rained it would leak it ruin my dry wall. I called Gary Gainham Branch Manager he was no help but they sent one of there installers but he wanted 300 dollars to fix problem l paid him. But the next time it rained it leak again. Now I have been getting the runaround. Ron the installer wants another 300 dollars to come back to try again. They must think l am crazy.

I do not recommend! They need to be careful who they hire to represent their company. I was assaulted by one of their employees by random attack while driving in Peterborough. The man got out of his vehicle and went to punch me and instead broke my mirror and went into a full on rage attack before getting back into his company truck and trying to flee the scene

A big part of our basement renovation was to replace the old windows with an awning style to let more fresh air in. Clera Windows helped us to select the right model and size for our basement and installed them quickly. We really love the new windows, especially that they have a built in drainage system and foldaway handles for blinds and drapes. These are high quality windows and we are confident that they will keep water out regardless of how bad the weather gets.

Just had our garden doors replaced today and couldn't wait to post my review. The installer from the Barrie location, Chris Patrick was prompt, professional, clean and knowledgeable. Love the doors, completely impressed with the installation. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends. Fantastic overall experience!

We had Clera come to replace our entrance doors and patio doors and they were fantastic from the first appointment. Dave understood our needs and his knowledge of the clera products made choosing easy and installation was a breeze. I would recommend them to everyone

Not up to par

The people at Clera were nice and I read good things about them but when my windows were installed they still left a draft coming in and I had to get the guy to come back two different times to fix it. It was a waste of my time and money and next time Ill go with someone else.

Eric our Clera rep and installer was very personable. He answered our questions. Installation was done in a timely manner once door and windows came in. Woyld definitely recommend. We are already getting 2 more windows on order for spring.

I have had many windows and doors replaced by Clera Windows. The latest addition was an 8 foot wide living room window. I have been very pleased with all of the products. The installers were friendly, efficient and very professional. I have a couple more windows to do & I will definitely return to Clera for them.

Please do not review if About three months ago, I knew that I needed new windows. Mine were so old and have cracks. They also didnt have very good ventilation so they were making my energy bill very high. I decided to give Clera a call after hearing such good things about them. I told them about my issue and they told me they have the perfect windows for my home. A couple of days later two guys came to install low profile fixes windows in my bedroom. These windows are very simple but look very nice. So far they have been great and even saved me a little bit of money on me energy bill. You are affiliated or have a conflict of interest with this website.

I just cant say enough good things about the guys who installed my door last week. The guys showed up on time and were very serious about doing their job correctly. They were very professional and knew their stuff. I must have asked them a dozen questions and they were very happy to answer all of them. It only took them an hour to install the door and it looks great. I was so happy with the work they did that I called Clera and told them that the installers were wonderful.

We just had our front door, sliding door and all windows replaced - we couldn't be happier! Kevin was such amazing help providing us information on their products and services and with guiding us from the start to finish of this whole process. Kevin provided us with answers to all our questions and kept us in the loop on updates with when the installation process would begin! The installation crew was very professional, knowledgeable and left the job site very clean each day. Overall we had an amazing experience with Clera windows from start to finish - and our house has never looked better! Highly recommend!
