I Paid 8.70 back on 1/23/2023 for the 7.00 pro and everything looked good until i tried to log back in on 1/26/2023 and my login wasn't working so thinking i did something i decided to do the process all over with a different email then the first time (now remember i'm now out 8.70) so i start over using business email pay the 8.70 again on 1/26/2023 everything go threw uploaded my photos had over 50 views so far go to login this morn 1/27/2023 and my login wont work yet again despite multiple tries, i even tried earlier login address and nothing but a showing of incorrect login.

I payed for pro and for last 3 months I can't use any of pro function because nothing on the site works except views. Everything is broken!
When asking for deposit back, it's no!
When asking for payout they say no because they "suspect" I falsified views but they are not accusing. (?!?!?) When I ask for proof they said it's a secret and it's actually because I asked people to view my photos for 5 sec. (!?!?) Even doe they shared a post with official account on instagram of another member asking for a same thing! And the last thing that went over the top - They sold my photos and refused to pay me!?! 35GBP? So they stole my photo and broke copyright of my photo!
I must add that I'm surprised how many fake reviews they added in a last couple of months while nothing works hehehe classy:)

Albeit some teething problems while the site migrates to the new site Clickasnap are quick to respond, for those trying to make big money or a quick buck. This is not going to be the site for you, but a site unlike others you do get paid simply for sharing photos that are your own. They do protect your images, the best they can in this day and age unlike other sites. And the site also offers for Pro accounts unlimited cloud storage and uploads for £7 pm, that you can download from anywhere. Which is cheap for that ability alone, so the site is a great place to upload your images and if people view them make some free money.

In order to earn money your pictures must be clicked and viewed in zoom. No one is going to really do that. Plus it must be viewed for certain amount of time for you to earn pennies. You'd have to literally upload millions of pictures for people to click on them and then view it in zoom. You are just paying clicksnap fees. It's going viral but people are not making money. Clickasnap is a scam.

Clickasnap is an awesome site where people share their pictures. It is a wonderful community where people connect via pictures.

Even the amateur photographer has a right to share pictures. I love the way members interact there.

Before the recent upgrade, I had maybe two dozen images posted and categorized. Afterwards I now have 1179 and cannot delete them nor can I delete my account. In fact, their delete button only switches to a free account meaning the images are still posted. It's basically looks like they hacked my photo library. I have yet to have a response about removing the images and the other problems with their website. They've given two deadlines to have things repaired some of them by the 20th and the rest by the 31st of December 2022. I am wondering if I can take legal action as they've taken my images. Including ones I would've never posted or uploaded.

I signed up And paid 2 pounds and the activation link doesnt work, i cant access the webpage, didnt even get a response from the email. I dont know what to say, but i will wait and change the review if something better happens, but so far its very very frustrating :/

Be careful about the uploaded pictures because they will ban you even if the pictures are yours, pictures you edit and merge to create art, can still NOT be yours according to them, but they will happily take your money! And will get a bot to answer your emails when you ask for a refund

First of all, I have a pro account for which I paid around 75 US dollars and based on the website, you get 90 cents per view with such an account. But, I have used it for a while and have pretty views in each of my photos but contrary to what they advertise, each two or three views will only get you a cent. For example, I just uploaded a new photo and have 2 likes and 6 views, and it only gives me 2 cents. It is a scam, a rip-off, and I just called my bank to refund me as I said they are scamming people.

I am not a professional photographer, but I've always been interested in photography, and I did some photography courses over the years. I have a large collection of photos which I built up over the years, and fairly recently I saw an advert of clickasnap.com where you can upload photos and get paid for each view you get on those photos. The ad that I saw clearly advertised that you will get paid 0.40c per photo view (Screenshot attached). However, that is all fake, and that is what the scam is based on. They make you pay for a subscription so you get paid a better pay rate. When I noticed that I wasn't getting the right amount of reimbursement I contacted them and Sarah from customer care was quick to reply to my concern. The problem is that her reply contained little valuable information, and insisted on validating the scam that their business is built upon, by saying that 0.40c means 4/10ths of a cent. Logically and figuratively it doesn't make any sense at all.

I have asked Sarah kindly to refund me the £59.99 and to cancel my account. But she refused, and there is no other way on clickasnap website to cancel your account other than contacting customer care. I advised her that I will be reporting their company to Advertising Standard Authority UK with regards to the false advertisement, to which she never replied back.

This is a UK registered company and I will of course proceed with reporting this company to Consumer Trading Standards, Advertising Standards Authority and the Citizens Advice Bureau.

Worst customer service and unprofessional personnel. Do not waste your time with this organization as there are plenty of reputable sites the offer this service.

Pay for professional access for one month and the system automatically pays for one year. I thought it was my problem, I even sent an email and they don't refund money. I subscribed on other computers and effectively they literally steal your annual subscription even if you choose the month. I sent the report to the bank and from one moment to another they banned me for the content of the photos of "nudes" that have nothing sexual. Even the photos on this platform are very sexual. NOT MINE. What was prohibited was the fury of calling my bank to ask for the money back. I have been a photographer for 20 years and in nudity for 15, I fully understand the difference between them and their policies. This app is a legally constituted scam. Terrible service, they just want your money with false promises. Zero customer services. Honestly, if you pay to receive money in this garbage, you are foolish enough to fall for this scam. They robbed the wrong person. In my photography association, my students, photographer chats... I will let them know what kind of service is this.

Looks like the page has some dirty-looking pictures on-site with hateful language, hope you guys able to fix it asap

Pretty sure it was a cyber security attack

Created account 24 hours ago, uploaded pictures, upgraded my account to the highest level, uploaded more pictures and this mooring I spent over 30 minutes trying to open my account, finally the answer comes I DO NOT HAVE A PROFILE. Can anyone tell me why this happening? I thought upgrade will speed up things not slow it down. Why you charged me 2 times same amount?

I recently started working on it and after their recent update of website in December 2022 don't know what happened but their website is not available in 3 countries India,Pakistan and Egypt I got their email saying that they don't have the advertisement permission in this country don't know but I guess they don't know the Indian market is so huge there could be any reason but I think they should work on it as all international company is interested to send invest in India now as the world know Indian market is huge for any of the company let's see if a clickasnap team could solve the problem or maybe regret in future run no hard feelings

You didnt paid me my 15 usd cause you said ( It is evident the views gained on your profile, have been done so via fraudulent means.) What do you mean? Can you please explain me cause i follow all of your rules and still you manage to find a way not pay my money that i have worked for it's really unfair all this... I am working on my page for 3 months taking photos and talking with the community to build my page and even though i have 835 subscribers and i am getting only 5 views i didnt told you something i am working and trying to make better pictures but now you take all this work i have made and through it away... You should be proud for page like mine in your site and help us not make us wanna stop with this behavior your site will soon be closed! (And your ticket is bugged we cant send you there messages and we cant find nowhere your email so yeah you didn't paid me and there is no support to be found really 1 out of 10 stars NOT WORTH THE TIME, THE EFFORT AND THE MONEY!)
