I have had a good experience using your platform. The tests arrive every week to our email addresses and the custom questions feature works quite well. I would suggest that adding a text box in which users can add comments such as thoughts or issues would be great.

I was asked to provide my feedback in an email sent to me. I will happily do so as we are extremely pleased with the customer service as well as the app. We had a little issue setting up some of our employees but that was quickly resolved (error on our part). Amidst the current state of the world it is reassuring to see companies focused on the wellbeing of others.

Positive experience so far. The fact that we can change the tests and intervals gives us quite a bit of flexibility when dealing with issues. Overall it is a great product and we are happy to have stumbled upon it.

I quite like your service as well as your social mission to help underprivileged children. We will be recommending your service to most people we know as we believe it is very important to focus on wellbeing. It is an aspect of life which is often overlooked.

This app has really changed things for us. As a school with a few hundred students is so hard to keep track of what is happening on a personal level. Especially with issues such as bullying. This is the first app we've tried for this purpose and can't imagine something better. Our students know at anytime they can seek support at the touch of a button

I first started with a trial using other employees as a test. We had the tests set on 14 day intervals. The support team helped us to set up and add employees to the system. It is a easy process but we appreciate the added support in doing it for us. We ended up setting up our own set of questions which is the biggest positive in our view. The alert system works great. Recently they announced remote counseling which we think will be useful seeing as we don't have a big support team.

We operate a low decile school and were given Clickcheck to use to help our students. Good to see a company that has social goals assisting schools which may not have the resources to afford the best tools for their students. Thank you very much to your team

We use the free version during our unfortunate staff redundancies. We've found it to be a great tool to use for showing we still care which is so important. Perhaps next we will consider the paid version for more features.

The feedback we have had since introducing it to our staff has been great. It really streamlines our HR department's work. Quite a touching story behind this app's creation so we are very happy to be supporting it.

The dashboard of the app is pretty easy to use. We've used others in the past but they were more geared to be used by the individual for 'training'. This is a great active approach to ensure well-being. It is also ready to use with no setup required which takes it to a 5/5 for us

The tests have proven to be quite useful. I look forward to the introduction of remote counseling which we are interested in. Perhaps I will leave a separate review for the counseling for others interested in the service

We have found this to be a great approach to the current COVID19 situation. With lockdowns in place, as an employer we want to know if our employees ever need assistance with something. The custom questions come in great to serve this purpose being sent at 14 day intervals.

What a fantastic way to modernise mental health solutions. We're with our phones 24/7 and clickcheck captures the essence of an effective application. Maybe a mobile app would be nice as well?

I've been teaching for many years now and bullying has always been an underlying issue. It's great to have something that targets the issue in an effective manner.
