I purchase my Clinique products from the Harvey Nichols Department store and have to say your staff in there are just absolutely great! I purchase every 3 months and never had an issue, staff even have my stuff ready before i even get there..
I couldn't cancel an accidental purchase online 5 minutes after purchasing and the order I did actually want I get an email 8 days after placing it being told some of my items are out of stock and won't be shipped. Now I have to wait to get two shipments with god knows what in them and return them myself. Costumer service is super slow. I will be finding an alternative to Clinique they are not the only and best skin care product line out there.
I bought here skincare cosmetics for a present for my sister. I can tell you that she was excited by it because wanted it earlier. That is why I gave here only 4 because she didn't tell me how it's works. But the service is great.
I just impressed with their products. They introduce any new products to beauticians as well as their clients. A product has been well explained and it good to get known about a latest product for a beginner. Every beauty accessories are looking better than while comparing with other sites, and I think they concentrate on best quality.
I have sampled and bought many different Clinique cosmetics and fragrances. I like the fact that they do not do animal testing. I also like the fact that dermatologists recommend them. I am especially happy when they have in store promotions, and gift with purchase. The cosmetics last longer than most others. Overall great products

A year ago, one of my friends introduced me to Clinique and I bought a couple of their skincare items and it feels so good on the skin and keeps it soft and subtle during the day and overnight. Their lipstick is pretty good, too,
Skincare's complete skincare systems are the best thing. I've been using them since college (it's been several years now) and I won't use anything else on my skin from their cleansers to their clarifying lotions to their moisturizing options (night and day, SPF and without). My skin always looks clean and moisturized even when traveling to drier areas and more humid ones.
I love Clinique and have used it for 34 years! It has products for all ages and skin issues.
The site is a little slow and can act strange at times but I use it alot for searching at what stores bonuses are being offered or the new products coming out
I`m not personally using any cosmetics, but this brand proved to be good and thus I got an eternal :) source of presents for my friends and relatives. The quality is great expecially for the price, and these can be found at any local store of the kind - good!
