Job (pronounce Hob) was fantastic on the phone. He was patient, understanding, and explained things really well. Now, I can re-set some items by myself, without having to contact Comcast and wait for hours. Representative before him was not helpful in any sense that they were unable to provide any next steps when they cannot solve the issue.
I reluctantly got a phone as the sales guy on the phone pressured me into a great deal. I tried to return phone, guy on phone says he'll email me a shipping label within 24hrs. I waited 48hrs, nothing. I call back and they say return deadline has past. At this time I tell them I only want the internet or I'm leaving this company entirely because I do not want to pay $30 for a phone I don't need. Instead they cancel the phone's service ($30/mo) and now want me to pay them $30/mo for a serviceless phone (equipment). Worst company ever. Throw a customer away after nearly 20 years for a Google Pixel 8. Low
This company's customer service is almost impossible to get answers from unless you want to give them more business and money. I tried to call to discuss them refunding my payment they took after I had canceled service. This took 6 hours just to be able to talk to someone and when I finally did, I was told they couldn't help because anyone that could wasn't in the office or available.
I was told I would get a call back, and that was that. 4 minutes later, I was sent a text saying no further action was needed and the case had been closed. When your limited by the government and state to what services you can use it limits you to company's like this who just don't care. I will continue to pursue this issue and will be refunded.

I wouldn't recommend this company they tried to over charge me for my bills. Two months and then add 27.55 on top of 252.89 I'm paying over three hundred dollars for two months when I asked to lower my bills and it going to be different on my next two bills. I will be ripped off and I'm on budget and why I had lower my internet and cable bill to lowest way possible. I can't take screenshots because it goes black when I try to take a screenshot. So I can't prove I got ripped off. This how sneaky and horrible of company they are

I Have been a customer of Comcast for 6 years paying $177 a month. There service was total hell. I have called for months at a time with no improvement. The outsourced tecks are near impossable to understand. Dont companies realize this problem is costing them customers? You do not need cable tv boxes. You only need internet. You can stream all you need for free. There are lots of free services like roku, hulu, etc just ask around. I now have Roku and save $100 a month. My only worry is I hope Comcast internet i dependable. It is impossable to get anyone at comcast to care. I would change internet too but where I live there is no choice. STOP throwing away money on worthless cable and sht service. Read Comcast reviews PLEASE.

A lot of hype about a technology that they haven't mastered. Freezes up, locks up, skips, jumps and pixelates on both live and on-demand services. At least once a week we have to unplug the whole system and let it re-boot. I don't think Jon Bon Jovi was singing about that in all those ads for this $#itty service.
And the worst thing is that here in Tex-$#*! where they think they have big government sooooo under control, they have allowed monopolies to exist for these cable services, so even if we wanted to switch, we can't. Whole geographic areas are limited to just one cable company. And in this one where we are, all we get is Comcast.
I have 3 children in school that has to do their school work at home due to covid. This company is hurting my children's education and they do not care. I have been a loyal customer and have always made my payments thousands of dollars! The problem is they disconnected my service I made a payment arrangement and they disconnected my service again the following morning and refused to help me even though I was promised my service was not going to be disrupted again. This company does not care that I have children that needs to be able to do their schooling.
Give one Star is much than Comcast Deserve as a costumer service company.

Comcast customer service is absolute garbage my family and I waited around all day on a weekend for them to show up at their appointed schedule. The time came and went on the appointed schedule. We called and asked why they did not ahow up and they said that they automatically canceled our appointment due to they had checked out our internet on their system and it was fine. We are still having issues and they did not call us or let us know they had canceled the appointment. They said that it is standard practice they run their own test and if the passes they cancel the appointment without letting us know. Our family wasted A-day waiting on Comcast.
Crap service, crap customer service, crap everything. Run do not walk away from Comcast. Out of country "support", should be called supportless. This company is complete crap all the way around. Should have a rating of -5 stars or worse.

We were unable to get FIOS so we got comcast for our office. Most of the time it worked OK for internet and VOIP. We had frequent glitches where we lost internet (and phone) for short periods of time. Not a good way to run a doctor's office. I am now moving that office. Comcast is blocking me from porting my number to a new service provider. I have spent hours on the phone and in the office of the new provider trying to get this done. The Comcast reps give me BS and hang up. I can't get an answer when we will be able to port our number. The old office is closed, and I have to have someone sitting in an empty office to answer that line. I don't understand why they are so uncooperative. All they need to do is release my number. I had it before I was a Comcast customer. It was my Verizon landline. I am now paying another company for a phone line that doesn't work. I can't even get them to forward calls to a temporary number so that patients can reach the office.

Not even worth the $20 prepaid phone at the gas station. Do yourself a favor get Cricket or Metropcs are superior alternatives. I have had it for a month and it's useless. In 2021, a YouTube video should be able to load. Unfortunately, spectrum mobile takes 5 minutes to load a 5G 1080p 3 minute video. I am unable to stream anything on my mobile device without being frustrated into not using my phone. Very very very disappointing. Unless you're in your 80s and having a phone on itself is a miracle then spectrum mobile is the phone for you

The internet is slow 3 months with them and I was try to make appointment and 3 days after want the company make apoitmant 3 days after of my problem with the modem. In just 1 day AT&T can put internet in my home is xfinity an honest company? I dont think so. Really bad Company still money.

First coming to a Comcast store first of all I was there for an an hour gave me all my equipment then got home give me all my equipment give me all my equipment got all the way home and found out that we were missing a whole bunch of things that they forgot to give us. I asked for an appointment for them to come out to install it. My appointment was canceled three times without my knowing I think this is ridiculous on Saturday I'm going back to the store to this drop off my equipment I think this is ridiculous they'll never have to worry about me ever again this is the worst customer service ever and their prices are ridiculous.
I had a business plan that was 227 a month and then when the "promo" expired I got slammed with a $800 bill for one month! I try to get ahold of my account manager for the business and he conveniently is unreachable, and I called the main line and they cannot help me because my designated business representative has too. I have another business account that is $87 and it makes no sense to me that they could just increase my bill without my authorization. Their promos are a scam to get you to pay more eventually. I would choose another company if it wasn't a monopoly in my area!
Internet is so bad in the town I live. I have cable hookup and in the evenings it always goes out because of how many people start using it, and isn't very dependable. Starting to go towards my local internet services. So not use, it wasn't worth it use before the charge increase, not worth it now.

Ive been trying to disconnect my account for 5 months they keep on saying its disconnected and i keep on getting bills for this account after 5 months of calling now they are saying i still have to pay for the 5 moths that werent being used and to disconnect i have to sign a document
Comacst agreed to a 1 year contract instead of 2 as our lease would end in 1 year. They still billed us for the remaining contract for 2 years after we turned in the equipment. Total scam. Ripoffs. They asked us for the name of the rep who offered a shorter contract. Yeah right like we would remember that. They ll tell u anything to get The $. We have since moved and have Verizion now. Its 1000% better. Faster internet, great customer service. Im getting ready to start a blog against Comcast and will continue it until we get our money back. They are thieves.
Too many times a week I have to resend a signal to my router, this takes about a half and hour to complete and is a hassle. I never get to talk to a person because of their automated system. For $200 a month I expect better.
Comcast is an absolute mess. One department has no idea what the other is doing. They have created an entire year of problems for our business and I would not recommend anyone ever use their services. They had outages for months. Their security software is a joke and blocks their own website, they have bad billing practices and inconsistencies. The corporate resolution team is a joke. Usually no call backs from any corporate employees and when they do call and leave messages they leave disconnected numbers. The amount of time spent on the phone in the last year alone just dealing with issues is more than 40 hours at this point. DO NOT TRUST YOUR BUSINESS SERVICES WITH THEM!

I have been a loyal customer for 4 years. I was going to move because of my job, but it fell through. So I canceled the order and reconnected my current address. Four months later the job came through and I moved. I discovered that the first order had not been canceled. They had been taking my money for both accounts. Every day when I came home my internet was off becauseofnon payment. I called every day and every day they said they took care of it. Still every day it was off. For 4 years my payment was made by automatic payment. I can't believe how unhelpful they were. I will never use this company again. They literally stole my money and won't give it back.
I cannot get a hold of anyone, only a computer. I lose internet daily and no service to the end of the house even with an extended and peds. The computer only does a hard reset and does not fix my problem
We sell Christmas trees every year and this last year we decided to get cable so we called comcast and payed for two months with equipment in jan 2020 i took back the equipment well its now september and we get a bill for hundreds of dollars saying we owe for the last 8 months and for the equipment i was on phone for over and hour getting the run around when finally the last guy goes " i dont know why they transferred you to me i cant help you. Your going to have to go to where you tured the stuff in at." well i did that this morning and they told me i have to find my orginal return receipt because they cant find it in the system so now i have to go through 8 months of past receipts to see if i can find it. Its by far the most worse company ivce had to deal with and taking to my friends and customers that come into my business and most of them have had same problem on top of the internet dropping all the time
Whatever you DO DONOT waist your money pure garbage. I am constantly having to reset the modem everyday atleast twice a day. It took the Tech four days to get the system up it has yet to be running properly. AT&T is no better I left them and came to Comcast still looking.
