Job (pronounce Hob) was fantastic on the phone. He was patient, understanding, and explained things really well. Now, I can re-set some items by myself, without having to contact Comcast and wait for hours. Representative before him was not helpful in any sense that they were unable to provide any next steps when they cannot solve the issue.
I reluctantly got a phone as the sales guy on the phone pressured me into a great deal. I tried to return phone, guy on phone says he'll email me a shipping label within 24hrs. I waited 48hrs, nothing. I call back and they say return deadline has past. At this time I tell them I only want the internet or I'm leaving this company entirely because I do not want to pay $30 for a phone I don't need. Instead they cancel the phone's service ($30/mo) and now want me to pay them $30/mo for a serviceless phone (equipment). Worst company ever. Throw a customer away after nearly 20 years for a Google Pixel 8. Low
2 hours disconnected 4 times simply because you want to lower your outrageous bill and you get absolutely nowhere! Nothing but thieves. We will be changing our service. I'm done with these $#*!s.
I had trouble complete the Self Service Payment Kiosk at the store but Shoshane was quick to help me to complete the transaction. I thank Shoshane for her help but the staff young woman standing next to her was making a face laughing at my thanks to Shoshane. Please instruct the young woman not to make face expression to cheapen my sincere and honest thanks to Shoshane. It was unkind and meant-spirited.
They take money you do not agree to and harasses you to pay daily. You can not speak to a person. They rely on the computer to answer you questions which it can not answer every question and when they can't answer the question it hangs up on you

Where are the conspiracy theorists on Comcast? Come on guys, give me a good reason behind why this company is systematically attempting to stress people to death. There is no way their service can be this bad on accident. This has to be planned by skilled evil masterminds. Such a perfect example of a burning sh*t heap of ineptitude, bad design, diabolically unskilled customer service, & glitchy interfaces cannot just spontaneously occur. This is INTELLIGENT DESIGN.
Comcast definitely needs to fire most of the employees and get new ones. The only good thing I can say is that I did talk to 1 employee that was nice and helpful. 1 Man in Corporate that was very kind. The rest of them rude employees think it's funny to disconnect your call when you finally get through.The service is terrible. My internet service never has worked properly. 20 plus year customer and they do not value your loyalty. I should have dropped them many years ago. The guy who hooked it up was on a ladder by my window talking to himself saying "Well fu** me" because he had a little work to do. I was laughing at him. I swear he never fixed the problem with the wires. I was his last call of the day and he wanted to go home early. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER SERVICE. US CUSTOMERS DESERVE MUCH BETTER THAN A CRAPPY COMCAST/ XFINITY COMPANY. My rating for them is a big fat ZERO.

During pandemic my bill was paid every month, I needed assistance restoring my service due to the services being interrupted for past due balance(which was paid) and unreturned equipment(which was returned). My services was interrupted again and I was told due to the fact the equipment was not showing in their system I would have to pay the balance for the equipment(again which was returned) in order to restore my services, I asked if there was any help they could provide and I was told no I would have to pay for the equipment charge in order for my services to be restored. I have been a customer with Comcast for 4 years and I can't believe they treat their loyal customer this way. I would highly recommend that absolutely no one get Comcast for anything.
Don't sign up for this service. You will definitely regret it! Once you do you have officially sold your soul. You can only email/ message problems or complaints. It is soooo over priced. You will be a slave. I hate this company. I promise you are better off without them. Pigeons are more reliable. I have been a customer since 2014. I am a small business in Maplewood. So we recieve 50 to 75 calls aday from xfinity giving our business number to there customers for installation appointments.
We do not use them have no way to cobtact since you must have an account to call so from now on my staff has been told to set up bs appointments with the callers that way when they dont show up they will call pissed off and lose clients.
Thats right we will now be setting up fake appointments so they lose customers we are not there answering service and do not appreciate getting non stop calls every day all day and all night.
The prices are crazy high. The automated service is awful. (Pushing so many buttons for a recording). The majority of their call center employees do not speak proper English and are VERY hard to understand. (BTW my last name is Flores yet I speak very well) again I must reiterate THE PRICES ARE HIGH! And lastly just in 2023 they have lost 12% of overall business and it is my goal to see them lose even more so they will bring their prices down.
Is this the worst company in America? Possibly. Dishonest, unhelpful, and rude. We have had 4 different people at our home 'trying' to install an aerial line. The first guy said "Oh, I can't do it" and then DIDN'T put in a new work order to send someone else. I had to call Comcast back. The second guy didn't do anything. He lied to us and said "Your city doesn't allow for aerial lines"... Um, we called the city. They do. The third guy actually put in a temporary line so we actually had internet that we were paying for. Then, we get a call from the city saying they have a request TO BURY A LINE. It was supposed to be an aerial line. The fourth guy came today to put in an aerial line. He didn't. The line is still laying across my lawn. And, so I called Comcast Customer Service and guess what?! My "ticket" was marked as "Complete" two minutes after the guy showed up and left. Do your job, Comcast. At this point, I just cancelled. It's not worth it.
This company is a joke. Without their unethical monopoly on the market, they would have no customers. And they know that, so they don't mind treating their customers like crap. I hope fiber runs them out of business. Brian L. Roberts should be ashamed of the way his company is run at a local level. I would be embarrassed by this level of ineptitude and incompetence.

I cancelled my account 2 months ago. I was still charged for the account. When I tried to get a refund, I was only refunded half. I had to call again to get that sorted out and asked a SECOND time if it was cancelled and I was assured it was. Then today I was charged 80 dollars for the supposed cancelled account. Now I've been assured THREE times my account is cancelled. But I have cancelled that card, so you can't charge me anymore anyway. I will NEVER use ANY kind of comcast service again.

When needing tech support, you can't get past the auto recording. If you say no, you will not take the survey, it will hang up on you. When you ask for tech support, it will reset your modem EVERY time. TERRIBLE.
They have the worst customer service. They have people that will talk in circles not help you. I've been on the phone with customer service too many times over 25 in 5 yrs definitely more than five times a year so more than that. They don't tell you when prices change or when something is added or removed on your bill. I've spent more time talking to them on the phone then I spent in 27 years of having cable in other places. Bright House was pretty bad but you guys make Bright House look like five star. If my HOA didn't make me pay for it in the fees I would switch immediately there's a lot of people here who spend money on a whole another cable service on top of paying the HOA fees from terrible experiences. When a guy came here to help us with two defective boxes that they gave us, it was supposed to help with an additional TV. He refused he said one works that's all I have to do my job's done here. Of course my mom was dumb enough to tip him about 10 minutes in normally people will actually work a little bit harder if they see incentive. This guy went the other way. There's only been one cable guy ever to my house so it's very easy if you're reading this someone that is a manager that guy should be fired. And honestly I think it's even worse is their customer service I'd rather be ripped off $10 and wait on the phone 3 hours and not even get any help

It's the cable company so cable. And they're streaming internet services too. They're all incompetent because when something goes wrong they have no customer service that really helps anything thank God I know enough about cable. If their system wasn't so basic I wouldn't be able to fix all the problems myself and I wouldn't have them if my HOA didn't include them in my face for every month I own a house with HOA fees that I have to pay every month for anyone else that lives and a nice community you know what I mean. It's ridiculous that we pay so much money to them from this community over 1600 houses and they talk to us and treat us like s*** because it's a 55 plus community. Well I live here and I'm a caretaker and I'm 32 years old and I've never seen so much unprofessionalism in my life. And I came from New York where people are far from nice or helpful. This company Xfinity Comcast in the Port St Lucie section is so bad I'm almost about to pay an extra $150 on top of the $150 that goes to them already just a guarantee I have what I need s*** is ridiculous
I was told that I need a tech to come out for something that was not my fault. When I recieved my bill I was charged for it. I called in and they told me it was my fault that the remote was not sending a signal to the box at 2am in the morning. The remote was working fine all day then stopped. How could this be my fault. They would not wave the fee, only discount it. I still had to pay $20 for an issue I could not control. I'm pissed. I hate comcast and soon I'll be moving back to AT&T!
Comcast, Comcast... you GAUGE consumers (I was paying $85 a month for Internet ONLY, and got tired of it and cancelled.). When I called to cancel, the "customer service" rep offered me a lower rate:
ME: No thanks. You could've offered me that rate much sooner, and you chose not to. Now I'm mad, and going to another ISP.
HIM: Are you saying you EXPECT US to call you, and OFFER YOU the lower rate? The deals are all over the internet!
ME: Yes, that's what I'm saying.
HIM: Companies don't do that: call you, offer you the lower rate. You gotta call US.
ME: They do, actually. My mortgage is with Quicken Loans, and when I can get a better rate... THEY call ME.
HIM: So what if I can give you a lower rate?
ME: Nope. Still mad.
Comcast, in other words, is happy to exploit customers until their custmoers wise up. It's so sad, to see a company do this. Their technicians are pretty good... just, overall, not worth the money whatsoever. Wish I had left sooner.
BS COMPANY... Had cable problems for over 3 1/2 years... Finally got them to find problem & fix it... then my contract date changed to a Year longer... wtf?... to many commercials & the length of commercial breaks is rediculous for the prices they charge... NEVER GIVE THEM A PENNY!
While living in FL my service was Spectrum. It was less than desirable. Now with Comcast, you are worse than Spectrum. Often, screen breaks up and no sound, screen frozen and no sound or the screen just gets dark...then the usual...welcome, benvinido, benvenue. Happens often.
We've had problems with Comcast for many years. We used their internet service for our business, which was hit or miss depending on the day. In January of this year, we lost internet service and asked them to repair it. After 4+ months of having NO SERVICE, they insisted we should continue to be charged. We closed our account because they never sent anyone out to repair the service. We paid over $700 in this time, and received no credit or refund from Comcast. After we closed our account, they continued to charge us monthly. After going to collections, and paying the amount due, we are now out over $900 due to fraudulent charges from Comcast. I will NEVER US THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!

When they send you a late bill, they always cut off service days befor the date listed on the bill, and they make sure to shut it down befor things like the superbowl. If you pay your bill on time thier service is great, so just rember to pay on time. Also dont fall fo thier own a movie scam, if you cancel thier service the movie you own is gone. Spend 2 bucks more and get it on blueray.
Talk about bad customer service these get the top award once again. For a customer that has had up to 7 accounts with them you think they would treat me like an actual customer. NOT.

Salesman lies, customer service is garbage. They state 30 day money back guarantee yet still apply charges. Website redirects when attempting to disable autopay... bunch of BS. Makes me upset, luckly everyone we meet who needs these services like theirs will be redirected.
