Job (pronounce Hob) was fantastic on the phone. He was patient, understanding, and explained things really well. Now, I can re-set some items by myself, without having to contact Comcast and wait for hours. Representative before him was not helpful in any sense that they were unable to provide any next steps when they cannot solve the issue.

I reluctantly got a phone as the sales guy on the phone pressured me into a great deal. I tried to return phone, guy on phone says he'll email me a shipping label within 24hrs. I waited 48hrs, nothing. I call back and they say return deadline has past. At this time I tell them I only want the internet or I'm leaving this company entirely because I do not want to pay $30 for a phone I don't need. Instead they cancel the phone's service ($30/mo) and now want me to pay them $30/mo for a serviceless phone (equipment). Worst company ever. Throw a customer away after nearly 20 years for a Google Pixel 8. Low

On the business side, the sales folks will make promises and then when you follow up with them, they don't answer the phone or their email. They owe me $1000 at this point. I'm very angry. When I call, I only get to talk to other sales people who tell me they can't fix my problem. Only the original sales person can fix it. When I asked what I'm supposed to do they said wait.

On April 10,2022, a high profile vehicle traveled on the road that parallels our property. The cable was hanging low enough for them to hit the cable, snapping it off of our house, and taking a chunk of the house siding with it. Following day tech comes out and screws the piece of broken siding back to our house. It still allow water and weather to penetrate inner wall. Next day, (Tuesday) another tech comes out to assess the "patch" job, called out a supervisor. Have had no communication initiated by the company since. Have filed a claim and have contacted them multiple times. Nothing. Next stop is a lawyer.

I've been with Comcast for almost 20 years right now and I'm about to be disconnected because they transferred my service all wrong and now it's not working for the past 3 months and they're trying to charge me hundreds and hundreds of dollars for an account they say they can't find. They won't return any of my calls every time I get on the phone which it's been over 30 times in the past three months they say they'll call me back and they never do.

I don't recommend anyone to get this cable. They use to have good packages for great prices. I no longer have Comcast cable because my bill came to $233.60
The service isn't that good. I only have internet from Comcast. This company loves money too much that they don't care about their customers. I got Hulu tv and I don't have any issues and it's much cheaper. I don't like Comcast (Xfinity). This is why this company is losing customers.

I hope this company goes down for being so money hungry business

Comcast charged us after we cancelled services. They never took care of it! We now are getting a bill from collections due to them never removing the charges. The service is terrible and the customer service is complete garbage. Nobody follows through with anything and I even had confirmation numbers about this being taken care of. Complete trash of a company.

Comcast are pieces of $#*!. They are the worst. They have no competition. They will extort money or screw you out of your money any way they can. They do not care about their customer's. Where else are you going to get internet.
This merger now, that's going to be bad. That will make Comcast the largest cable/internet company in the USA. They will probably charge $500 a month. What would you do? Believe me they do not care. I see the government doesn't care about regulating them. There's the Sherman anti-trust act that should prevent a company from being this greedy. They crush any and all competition. Comcast extorted money out of Netflix. They do what they please with NO consequences. Comcast is the worst. Make no mistake, it's our government that ignores every illegal thing they do. Comcast has absolute power, they don't care about their customers opinions. They are evil!

I live in South Florida, and I've been a customer for years, every time my plan was close to end, they would offer me a new one with very good options.
This time not only they didn't even try to find a better plan, and to keep the service, even to with less services is more expensive.
The reps talked to me like I was a $#*!ed person in a very condescending way that was unnerving.
Now, for you to have an idea; if you've been with the company for years, you will have to pay well over $200 for the services but a new customer would pay a bit more than $100 for the same services. Great loyalty program xfinity... NOT. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Hopefully you never need any equipment from them I've tried for over a week. Each person I talk to promises it is sent out and on the way to the right address. Each time I was lied too. By customer support, by the solution center and by supervisors. If you don't know how to do your job that say so don't lie to me and say you have when u haven't. I'm disgusted by them. I asked the last supervisor of I just need to cancel because I don't have my equipment and he said you can that's your choice. I'm paying every day for something I can't use. Way to o Comcast. Way to screw your customers.

90% of the criminal web attacks we experience, are coming from the Comcast network. Thousands of complaints against a single IP and they take ZERO action. They should be put out of business for the willing collaboration with criminals.

Comcast or Xfinity Houston is the absolute worst cable company and the customer service is terrible. After setting up a bundle for my grandmother last week, they completely lost the order and attempted to up sell me on the same exact plan I signed up for a week ago. This after we already received a router in the mail with ridiculous instructions on how to set it up. Then the customer service took over an hour to build out another plan, check on some bs about communicating with the cable box and modem, and all I really wanted was to get a tech out to the house to help my 92 year old grandmother and her caregivers set up the modem for internet. Use another cable company.

I called to change my service address. I give them new address. She tells me the area is not serviceable.The problem is I know she is wrong because it is my friends address and he currently has comcast. I was simply moving my service there for when he leaves. "sir we dont service that area"... listen here dumb $#*! you are wrong. Learn how to do your job. Always talking to idiots that dont understand english.

Early experience. Xfinity sales reps at a local Walmart used my signature to sign me up for Latino 50 without my consent. They thought I was Latino due to my Greek accent. They asked for me to sign in to my account on their tablet to check my rate and see if they could do something better. After saying that my plan was great and I left, I started receiving close to $80 dollars extra on my bill for that Latino 50 channel package. I know, I'm stupid for even signing on my comcast account at a Walmart.

Tip for consumers:
Try to avoid them and their deals. They seem good at the beginning but you'll pay it at the end. Lot's of fake deals and promises including free first x number of months. Once you sign, they'll find lots of excuses for you not to get this deal including issues with their billing department. You always have to fight with them.

Offered a cheaper deal to me. Said the price would go up $15 after a couple years. Price went up about $90. Customer service is no help and just say I'm lying. No way to prove they used lies to suck me into a multi year contract. This company is absolute trash.

My Xfinity service is average at best. It continually falls below the speed that I signed up for. My plan promises service at high speed, but it doesn't come close to what they advertise. Moreover, they keep raising my rates without notification. Compared to other networks, it's just too expensive for me.

Tip for consumers:
Very long hold times to speak with someone. Really wish there was competition.

Comcast is worst company and I would never do business with them again! I never write reviews but felt the need to let anyone thinking about cable and internet provider to stay away! Customer service is all subcontracted out to another country and everything is read from prompts! Five days and 8 hours on phone and still frustrated! STAY AWAY!

I authorized from my checking 290 and they went in and took 600. I only had 310 to pay my other bills and to last me till 2 weeks. They didn't care when i called them the agent replied that what you owe use. He was mean and rude.

Comcast internet continues to go in and out since May 2021. The tech that installed my service knew there was a problem when he installed it and advised me he would send a tech to fix the outside line. I Called numerous times to get a tech to repair the line one finally came in June 6 2022 but only confirmed that the issue was with the outside line and he was supposed to send someone to fix it. I called again August 4 line is still not fixed tech on phone said she would send someone out to see why my internet goes in and out……after spending an hour on the phone trying to receive a credit for the past 15 months of a service that I subscribed to and paid for that still does not work they applied a $50 credit…. Just thought everyone should no what a horrible company they are.

My WiFi kept going down. A technician came out and switched out the modem. He told me he was going to upgrade my plan at no cost to me. I said fine. When I got my next bill, my plan had changed and my billed amount was $17/mo higher. I was on the phone (mostly on hold) for over 2 1/2 hours, got disconnected twice and was finally able to speak to a supervisor. I told her I did not request or approve the upgrade. When I asked for some type of proof of my approval, all she would say is that their system would not have made the change without approval. Her only solution was to go with a new plan at a lower promotional monthly rate, but I would have to agree to another 12 month contract. This seems like a scam to keep their customers locked into contracts.

They are the worst. They came and laid new cable or something on Monday. Cable and internet haven't worked since. Set up appointment on Friday-even though it was their fault that was how long it took- and they didn't show up. Now have to wait until Monday. Gave us $15 off next bill. Wow. Thanks. They suck

Comcast has isolated my area so I can deal with anyone else! Every month there's a hidden fee and, and equipment on your bill you don't have. Not to mention the service fees they charge you for fixing there mistakes. My fault they claim they fixed they never do. You speak with someone they tell you they can't do anything for you. I have documented notes and ticket numbers and they basically told me fk you we can't help you. This has went on for a year. We are just paycheck for them. I'm getting a lawyer! I know if I'm being mistreated this way, their are probably thousands more.
Somebody needs to stand up for the little guys and I'm going to!

You talk to their service providers and they assure you that yes, they'll be able to rectify the situation with missing emails. Only they need " 2 hours " to do so and then... nothing.

They's bunch of lying no good persons.

My cable went out on a Monday and the closest appointment was a Thursday. When Thursday arrived no one showed for service. I called customer service which was so unpleasant since there is not a prompt for what I needed. Finally I'm in contact with a representative that cannot provide service on my schedule let day since the system cancelled my appointment. I called back spoke to someone else who 99% guaranteed the same day. I called back again and they said there was no such notes. This continued 3 separate times. I was on the phone for most of the day the issue is not just the terrible service but the automated system. I am going to change to another carrier. I'm so disappointed at every facet of this business. It feels that everything is outsourced and the system is set up not to take every question. If you want immediate service you can press the prompt to pay your bill. This tells me the focus is on collecting your money and not being accountable. So disappointed

I'm convinced that the automated phone tree for Comcast is the primary cause of homicide in the US. After you're ready to murder someone they finally put you in touch with a real person. Most of the phone people I've talked to are actually very helpful. But to get to them you can expect to follow Dante through the nine circles of the Inferno.

I called at the beginning of June to notify Comcast to cancel service I was moving to Florida on 6/15. I noticed in my account today they took payment(8/3) again. I called and spoke to Ned and explained it to him. He showed no record of my call and because I have no confirmation number from call in June they will just keep my money. No negotiation or anything. They are stealing my money because of a employee issue they have. Would NEVER recommend this company. Always had terrible service with them. Thieves and liars!

I consider Comcast to be the most dishonest company in America.
They lie cheat and steal and are typical hypocrites when it comes to their advertising and customer service policies. In addition they hire politicians to keep them in front of the right judges with all of the many lawsuits against them!
Stay as far away as you can.
