Job (pronounce Hob) was fantastic on the phone. He was patient, understanding, and explained things really well. Now, I can re-set some items by myself, without having to contact Comcast and wait for hours. Representative before him was not helpful in any sense that they were unable to provide any next steps when they cannot solve the issue.

I reluctantly got a phone as the sales guy on the phone pressured me into a great deal. I tried to return phone, guy on phone says he'll email me a shipping label within 24hrs. I waited 48hrs, nothing. I call back and they say return deadline has past. At this time I tell them I only want the internet or I'm leaving this company entirely because I do not want to pay $30 for a phone I don't need. Instead they cancel the phone's service ($30/mo) and now want me to pay them $30/mo for a serviceless phone (equipment). Worst company ever. Throw a customer away after nearly 20 years for a Google Pixel 8. Low

Logged on more than 10 hours trying to help transfer my elderly mom's services. Nightmare rabbit holes, services not transferred, missing services etc. They ended up shutting off my services and transferring them to her new home since I called three way from my phone. Took me all day to fix. I literally hate this company. Unethical disorganized liars.

My Internet connection is unstable and I lose audio on virtual meetings. This has been happening for over a year. Comcast has done nothing about it after sending 6 separate technicians and 3 new modems. Ian in the Executive branch told me that it had been fixed a month ago - it hasn't been - and he has now failed to return my 5 phone calls. Ian siad the issue was in the neighborhood. It is not my laptop as others using theirs on my system have the same problem. I'm surprised that Comcast is still in business. The lies that Infinity push out on their ads are despicable.

Tip for consumers:
Nvere have an account with Comcast. Unfortunately, Comcast is the only provider where I live.

COMCAST laid new fiber optic cable in our neighborhood and never fully attended to the property damage they did. Utility workers spray painted sidewalks and driveways at their request, and they left these markings and tags all over private property, so much so that the entire neighborhood looks like it has been gang-tagged by spray paint. Upon complaint, they lied and said it was water soluble. It was not and is still obvious and visible 15 month later. Now they say they are not responsible--the utility people did it. Customer service is non-existent and even their president's office just gives the run around. Unwilling to correct an error, unwilling to admit an error, unwilling to treat people with respect or lift a finger to right a wrong. Unreliable and unprofessional at every turn.

It take 20 minutes of nonsense to get someone on the phone and when you do they know nothing, They put you on hold for long wait times. You can never figure out what your service is and how much you should be charged, Stay away from this company!

The little box does whatever it wants it doesn't matter what you're watching it will just cut off and "no signal" when wifi is fine. I can't wait to ditch comcast/xfinity. I imagine customer service to be just as bad. Trying to force crappy peacock down ppls throats too.

The location in which I have service has old/outdated connections outside and Comcast will not update the area. I hate calling about it as they continue to tie me up with higher bills and longer contracts but same poor service.

Don't get tangled up with Comcast. You will waste time and money.

My internet and cable is going on and off fir month now. I had numerous technicians at my home, changing the modem, the box, the cable and it works for a couple of hours if I am lucky for days and the same issue occurs again. I keep calling making appointments which they just keep switching around. I made an appointment for today in the afternoon, received a text last night confirming my appointment for tomorrow in the morning. So I call asking what's going on and had my appointment for today confirmed. So I am at home, waiting, getting a call confirming my appointment for tomorrow morning. I call again and sure enough they have no recollection of my appointment today. Bunch of liars! Now, I had to reschedule for Thursday afternoon while still on and off service. I am so done. If it's not fixed by Thursday ATT is my next call. What a bunch of incompetent liars. So save yourself the headache and go the ANY other provider.

Like all the reviews of Comcast, there is nothing good to say! They will increase your bill at any time! Always a very large increase! Trying to talk to a human is next to impossible and the virtual agent can't help with this situation. If there was ANY viable alternative in my area, I would use it, but there's not. I can use satellite for tv but no viable option for internet. Comcast (Xfinity) has a monopoly on the market, they know this and take advantage of it. I'll just end this as I started, they are absolutely horrible!

Comcast is truly the worst corporation I have ever dealt with in my entire 38 years of life. They have a cost advantage monopoly, and leverage it to intentionally bleed customers out and make it as difficult as possible to resolve issues with them. I have never once in my 17 years as a customer had one single positive experience and I hate - literally hate - having to do business with this absolutely gross culture of a company. Stay as far away as you possibly can from these evil corporate white collared cowards.

Comcast has the worst service that I've ever experienced. I was driving today and almost had an accident because the automated system kept asking for me to press prompts instead of directly allowing me to press a button to request a live agent-or use speech to request a live agent. I called back 4 times and ended up in the wrong place each time. I also spoke with 2 agents today that were both incompetent and clueless about where I needed to be transferred through to address a billing concern.

Comcast Internet is awesome, the digital cable is fine - although the DVR recording feature stink. Their prices are ridiculous and it's almost impossible to change your services - even if you want to upgrade. Upgrade fees and technician charges to upgrade to a higher priced package? Stupid. Also, do not try to use their chat option for anything. I have tried unsuccessfully twice to do things via their chat option, but always ending up calling customer service and it's so much better.

I called to update my address due to my recent move and I went through the entire process of changing my address with multiple people involved and asking me the same thing over and over, and in the end, after hours of calling, they still sent my final bill to my old address. Like how do you manage to do that? I also witnessed a brutal conversation between two employees who handed me over and seems to be on different pages about the situation, it was extremely unprofessional. One of them stated I had no Xfinity mobile line open even though I was calling from the phone number connected to Xfinity mobile. It was a complete disaster. They just keep handing you off from one person to another and take forever to fix any issues. Horrible

My desk started at $39.99 and in just 4 months I'm paying more than double that… you may say umm it's okay the service is getting better but no the service gets worse every single day this is a whole lot of crap customer service is even worse I'm amazed this company still is allowed to scam and take people's money. Bs.

Internet and TV have been out for 2 weeks now with no signs of being restored. I have already called twice only to get a computer that says there is a performance issue in the area and they will contact me when they are done. I get a text like 5 minutes later saying that service is restored and is your equipment working? No nothing is working. Then I finally get a call from a person who doesn't know wtf is going on because they are outsourced and are given a script. Extremely upset and agitated right now that there is no transparency and that I have to jump through hoops trying to get internet. Do Not Recommend Comcast. If you can go anywhere else do it.

Comcast is the worse company ever. When you call them they put you on hold forever. They are always raising the bill. Oh, if there was only someplace to go so I could get rid of them. Please bring on some competition. Everyone would leave this terrible company!

Signed up a 2 year WiFi contract with Comcast. Exactly after 1 year, Comcast increased the price by 50%. Tried multiple time to talk to customer service but they diverted the service to some other countries and representatives don't even speak proper English. So they either don't understand you or you don't understand them. I have to say Good Job Comcast for playing your customers. This is a bad business model but Comcast seems not care at all.

No live agent to speak to. You get the constant automated runaround. Worst customer service ever. I don't recommend this company to anyone. If I could rate them in the negative it would be a negative 10.

The only reason this company continues to exist is because of the regional monopolies it holds. The service is expensive and unreliable, the customer service is horrible and they will cheat you out of extra money at every opportunity. Right now they are still charging me for an account that I closed and returned the equipment for after I moved. I have already been on the phone with them for over three hours last month trying to fix what should have been simple account changes. Their incompetence is staggering.

Comcast are what they want, rise you prices for no reason, they have representatives that cheat on you and try to get your money illegally, with the company backup. Today, one of them wanted to charge me $70 for a visit, I talk to a supervisor ans admitted that was wrong, but still support the guy. Horrible company.

These people could screw up a free lunch! Their billing is wrong every single month, that is if you get the e-bill they push. Customer service is ow handled in Manilla, Philippines. Great more people I can't understand. As for the quality of the internet and cable, I hired a company to draw up plans to dump Comcast.

I'm not a BOT and I don't want to "interact" with them. What happened to "customer service"? I'm Senior and disabled. Xfinity is lame and when I moved to a new Apartment, they screwed up my service transfer. After 10 phone calls and not fixing the problem, they then took disputed funds from my bank account. Strong arm tactics, rather than fix their service transfer mistakes. HOW LAME! Now I will $#*! on them at every opportunity!

A very bad experience with agents at xfinity. They messed up everything on my accounts, i had to pay late fees and reconnection due to an error they didn't fixed before. They are not prepared with the necessary skill to resolve problems. I'm not blame them but the company who don't know how to train them properly.

Horrible service, intermittent connectivity and bots for customer service that hang up on you. Sucks they have a monopoly on my area in Bellevue. Since they are so bad it is really difficult for the kids doing online school when they can't be in class and it's hurting their education.

This is no good at all, don't get roped into them at all like i did, you sure will regret it, trust me i'm so pissed off at them. At one point in time i was paying for cable and internet at about 156.00 or so now i got a home phone and paying 178.00 i wanted to cancel the phone and they said my payment would now be 176 how is that so, im reducing my service. If my bill was 20.00 less before why is it now only 2.00 not mention i got roped i a two year contract when i asked how much to cancel everything they said 200.00 + the cable bill this is total bull crap they are just a bunch of scam artist i hope they go out of business fast PS to comcast jesus loves you, everyone else hates you and your crooked ways// from a pissed off customer

If you want to speak with a human, FORGET IT! They don't exist. Do you think it's fair to pay for services you don't receive? Well, surprise! Comcast has a "process" of charging for services even if you don't receive them! And this "process" is their standard billing procedure! I have never been so dissatisfied, disappointed or downright unhappy with any company ever in my 64 years on this earth. My prayer is for another legitimate company to replace Comcast and eliminate them forever and I pray for this everyday, all day! PS they don't deserve even one star!
