Job (pronounce Hob) was fantastic on the phone. He was patient, understanding, and explained things really well. Now, I can re-set some items by myself, without having to contact Comcast and wait for hours. Representative before him was not helpful in any sense that they were unable to provide any next steps when they cannot solve the issue.

I reluctantly got a phone as the sales guy on the phone pressured me into a great deal. I tried to return phone, guy on phone says he'll email me a shipping label within 24hrs. I waited 48hrs, nothing. I call back and they say return deadline has past. At this time I tell them I only want the internet or I'm leaving this company entirely because I do not want to pay $30 for a phone I don't need. Instead they cancel the phone's service ($30/mo) and now want me to pay them $30/mo for a serviceless phone (equipment). Worst company ever. Throw a customer away after nearly 20 years for a Google Pixel 8. Low

Lots of outages that effect all of our services. They cut through a main sprinkler line which has caused high water bills, dead plants and costly sprinkler repair. I have called 7 times in two months without a return call. The manager that I finally spoke to was arrogant and could not give a darn if we kept their services or not.

Don't use them!!!

I once used Comcast (before Verizon Fios became a competitor) and had the worse experience. They were basically a monopoly on cable service, making it unimportant to please customers. When Verizon Fios was made available, I quickly switched. Recently, I decided to check prices out and services, hoping that Comcast had changed its ways. They have not! The really did not care if I was using their service and only wanted me to switch to them online. No one should try to talk to them on the phone because you are not important enough for them to devote a few minutes of their time. Their stock went down today (July 28,2022) because they did not add any subscribers. Finally, the public has revolted and are not longer signing up for Comcast.

I ended up signing up for Verizon Fios. They actually talked to me on the phone when I had an issue. by the way, that was the first time in 5 years I called and Verizon responded while Comcast made me feel like a nuisance

Was told they were doing maintenance in my area and ran into a problem. Service has been out for 24 hours and they have you go to the internet to get updates. Well that would be great if that service was working. Call customer service and they tell you service will resume in 24 hours no worries. Well it has been 24 hours and still no service. When asked why did they perform maintenance during the week given the fact everyone student is doing online and some parents still working from home they were like your service will resume in 24 hours. Poor decisions making on their part given the state most families are in currently.

Comcast is garbage. They play the same thing the same movies over and over 4 months at a time. What is it with friends they play the everyday all day long on some channels, Tim channels play the same movie two three four times in a row everyone should cancel Comcast stop paying their bills till they can give us something worth watching not something we have to watch over and over again. The only reason I give it one star is because I have to it was up to me I'd give negative 5 stars

I have not had cable in awhile. Sad how bad Xfinity has gotten. Can't get any good channels without paying out the $#*!. Service goes in and out all the time. So sad and mad. I'll be turning off my service!

I wish I could give them less than one star. They deserve it. The worst customer service you could imagine. Their technical team has a standard answer, "I understand" but they don't. My service was in and out and sometime I reset as much as 20 times a day. It was exhausting. If you have a choice, don't use Xfinity. If you don't, good luck. You are likely to have spotty, unreliable service.

I would have given them no stars, but it wouldn't let me. These people just don't care. I have tried for 4 days to get a service person to come out to deal with issues I am having. Made a phone call and got an Indian lady with only fair English. She supposedly made me an appointment for Sunday, 8/2/2020. No one showed up. No one came on Monday so I went on-line to try to get an appointment. Was told a service rep would reply on Messenger within 30 minutes. It has now been 24 hours... nothing. I went out to the local office and the man out there was less than helpful, didn't care about my issues, and in a very sarcastic way said"have a nice day" as I left. I have too much time on my contract to just buy it out, but I will never do business with comcast again. They simply don't care. Don't waste your money with this company.

I got an unauthorized charge on my account because somebody obviously ordered a phone and phone service on my account. I could not even talk to anybody about it because they do not have a fraud department. Then I emailed them and asked them that I would like to have somebody calling me back, and they wanted to do a survey! When I told her that I'm very unhappy, and I just give them a one, the most, which is already pleasant to give them a one, The person on the phone told me to shut up! That is the customer service of Comcast! Stay away from it! Besides fall out and being over priced, there is never anybody to be reached!

Tip for consumers:
There is only an automatic system as customer service that puts you in the loop

I was with Comcast three different times over a period of eighteen years and each time was worse than the previous. There were multiple outages per month, their customer service is virtually non-existent, and their billing is a nightmare! If you call about billing; you will be connected overseas. If you can hear what they are saying, expect no help and be prepared for extreme arrogance. Customer service will tell you to go to the local store and yes you have to go to the store as they cannot take incoming phone calls! The clerks are friendly and seem to take care of the problem, but when the next bill comes out, nothing has changed. Three times is enough; I will never use them again!

My mother is 86 and doesn't text. When trying to contact Xfinity for help they want to send you a link to text. This is so ridiculous. I have to go to her apartment and do it for he. It's time you make your call center more user friendly!

My 81 year old mother got tangled up in Comcast bundle. A tree fell on the lines. The power company was there that day to look at it even though the power wasn't out. Comcast still hasn't come. I spliced in a temp fix just so she had service. Three days later still no call no service. How are they still doing business?

I canceled the service for moving to a different location that doesn't accept their service. They increased my bill of my iPhone and iPad bc the wifi was canceled,. But they still charging for next two months/half to my bank bc I didn't canceled automatic payments. When I found out I call again and request a refund bc the service was canceled but still charging for the wifi and increased the bill for canceling. I was approved for refund 5 times, included my bank statement proof I was charged but never received my refund. At the end they didn't give any refund and besides that they scaled my request of refund to a list of terrorists. So don't lose your time requesting refund just make the complaint with the bank to cancel unauthorized transaction for a service was not received and don't deal with this kind of business. Amen.

Tip for consumers:
I pass from to be a loyal customer to a.list of terrorists just for request a refund of a service was no longer needed.

Comcast used to be known for their reliable and fast internet and cable. Now smaller start up companies are snaking their way in easily thanks to Comcast's service being incredibly unreliable. They will be losing more and more large accounts from communities as their contracts expire. Comcast's speeds are no longer competitive. There are many times a week that I think Dial-Up would be faster and more reliable. Its impossible to even stream tv at night now even with nothing else in the house taking from the bandwidths. Its pathetic.

Tip for consumers:
Find a different company. Even the smaller companies with optic wiring are doing better than Comcast now. I never thought i’d see the day

I wish I didn't have to deal with this horrible company but there is no other company available in Ocean City NJ. As crazy as it sounds I suspect they actually want to annoy people with their automated systems so that you will just hang up.
The title of worst company in America is not easy to earn but they have held the title for at least the past 30 years.

I missed Serena Williams US Open 2nd Round. "channel temporarily unavailable" ESPN was unavailable throughout the tennis match, and then immediately came back on. All the neighbors share the bandwidth, which is inadequate for really big shows. AT&T reportedly has dedicated bandwidth to each customer. The Comcast support wasted my time for about an hour testing my cable, etc, as if my equipment were the problem. I bought ESPN+ in time to stream the final set of this historic tennis match to my computer.

Every other month Comcast send Tech because internet do not, specially wireless. Tech do nothing to solve it except change modem. Calling rep at 800 number do nothing, all they do is send a reset signal and hangup the line. Worse service i ever receive from any company

Our internet keeps kicking out. We called several times to fix the issue. Very Painful!. 15 min of listening to a computer ask me questions, when I needed a representative. Why isn't there an option for "representative"? Finally get to talk to a real person and have to answer all the same questions!?! We are extremely unhappy, given the monthly cost, lousy internet speed of 5mb, and service. I would give no stars but it's not an option.

Friday, I tried to get a little more time to pay my past due ony Xfinity account. The computer does not allow extensions. I found out live agents can not work with customers in short extensions. I have been a customer since middle 1980s. You would think loyalty would count for something. I am looking for alternative more reasonably priced services.

Like everyone else says in the reviews, awful customer service, overpriced. They have righteously earned their industry reputation as about the worst cust service in the world. I am grateful to have moved out of Comcast territory.

How many times are you going to raise the prices of your not so good services. Been a loyal customer 25 plus years. It is amazing how you continue to think everyone needs to be paying these outrageous prices. Enough is enough. Lower your prices or reap the benefits of losing more customers!

The app wont doesn't see the connected devices, so parental controls for internet wont work. When you call customer service you're stuck in an automated system that absolutely will not allow you to speak with customer service. Your time is not valuable and the system cannot help you. When you finally make it to a live body, 45 minutes later, your speaking with some chick in Bangladesh who isn't at all interested in your problem, cannot help you with it, but tries very hard to sell you mobile phone service.

That there is no customer service and they could care less about you or solving your problem.

This company has the worst automated system. I've had them for years and all they have done is made it worse and worse. Now you can't get an agent in the line and it just sends you a link you said no to, then the link is not even the correct one. No matter what you need done, it's useless. Then online, good luck there too. SMH. Needless to say, I'd rather downgrade then deal with them any longer. If you have choices, you may want to steer clear from this one until they fix it. Hopefully one day they do. Until then…. I'm DONE!

First, they have jacked my price up by $30 over the last year with 0 improvement in service or added content. Second, customer service is a joke. I tried signing up for the Xfinity Rewards and was told the account that has been active for over 20 years and has TV and Internet was ineligible. No one is able to help me. Facebook messenger support gave me a ficticious trouble ticket number and that was it. Twitter support is less than impressive.

This company is so bad I would consider moving if Comcast was the only Internet Service Provider. Try Brighthouse. It is like night and day. Bright House has only excellent customer service and the techs are prompt, knowledgeable and competent. Just go to a Comcast store, take a number, wait. They treat you with disrespect, the installers are horrible, the service is inconsistent and I will be shocked if they do not rip you off on your bill. An experience this bad has got to come from the top. The only thing worse than being a customer of Comcast is being an employee.

Good service absolutely terrible price they don't let you sign a downgraded 2 yr contract for lower cost. Someone should sue for equality right they give all different people different prices. I just saw that a new user can sign up 90 dollars package with no contract and I pay for the same package 145 for the package no contract please someone sue them you will win I just don't have the money to do that
