Job (pronounce Hob) was fantastic on the phone. He was patient, understanding, and explained things really well. Now, I can re-set some items by myself, without having to contact Comcast and wait for hours. Representative before him was not helpful in any sense that they were unable to provide any next steps when they cannot solve the issue.
I reluctantly got a phone as the sales guy on the phone pressured me into a great deal. I tried to return phone, guy on phone says he'll email me a shipping label within 24hrs. I waited 48hrs, nothing. I call back and they say return deadline has past. At this time I tell them I only want the internet or I'm leaving this company entirely because I do not want to pay $30 for a phone I don't need. Instead they cancel the phone's service ($30/mo) and now want me to pay them $30/mo for a serviceless phone (equipment). Worst company ever. Throw a customer away after nearly 20 years for a Google Pixel 8. Low
I spent 45 minutes on the phone with no results. I spoke with a female who spoke broken English and repeated everything I said. I was disconnected twice, but only got a call back one time. I couldn't call her back because she only left the main Comcast number. I heard kids yelling and a dog barking in the background - she was apparently working from home, which is OK, but the environment should be business-like. I never heard from her again, and my problem is not resolved. If only there was another reasonable alternative to TV!
Wish I could give no stars.Have to call numerous times. Customer service simply wants you to talk to A.I. They don't listen. And wants to over charged as well as charge$100 for a tech to come out when it's their wifi unit that's failing. SUPER DISAPPOINTED
I would of giving 0 tars but is not possible. They are thieves. Comcast charged for a month that service wasn't used. I requested service to be discontinue on may 6,2021 and switched providers but they still charge me for the month of May even thought I didn't use their service. Last year my business was closed and they charged me for 6 months during 2020 pandemic closure. I called and ask for some credit since i dint use the services but all they said was sorry you have a contract and must pay. Today i was told if you were not using the service why didn't you call to cancel it then. I don't recommend Comcast to anyone and if you are canceling make sure you do so 30 days prior to switching or they will charge you.

So I'm staying at the greens off of Stockton at a motel and they have trouble keeping their television shows going like right now they have over eight different channels that just tell you they're down or that they don't have service for everybody online's right you should avoid this company service at all costs and it's been that way every month cuz we stay here for at least 3 weeks a month and they always have this problem. If you're looking for a good easy way to get your shows I would just pay for your favorite TV app because this company sucks! And as you can see this is business class so I can imagine how sucky their stuff for normal people is.
I've been a loyal internet customer of Comcast for 11 years and found out it was all for nothing. I needed their help with clearing a glitch and was denied numerous times. I enrolled into Comcast mobile because of sprint's overcharges and ordered new iPhone to replace my iPhone 10. I received box containing new iPhone SE and was denied to return phone. I called ATT to the rescue and accepted me with open arms and lower rates. Please be smart check other providers. Comcast has become very arrogant.

Bundled my phone service and internet service together to save money... BIG MISTAKE... that one act alone cost me hundreds of dollars. Lied to by customer service. Lied to by technicians who were supposed install but didn't show up! Lied to repeatedly... they tell you what you want tot hear and once your off the phone you disapper.

My experience with Xfinity has got to be one of the worst service experiences of my life. I cancelled after less than a month. (1) their streaming app has limited functionality and frequent glitches. (2) they aggressively attempt to avoid any live customer interaction with agents (3) I needed to get a technician to my home. It is free if ordered online after an attempt to fix yourself, but I had to order through an agent since their online customer service was experiencing glitches. They said they have to charge me $100 for a visit scheduled through an agent but would refund. They never refunded and refused to, reneging on the verbal agreement. (4) when I called to cancel service, they charged an extra $230 for early cancelation even though sales agent at time of purchase of service claimed I could cancel any time. Supposedly calls with customers are recorded, so they could have checked and confirmed the statements and promises made by their agents, yet they still refuse to refund.

I strongly advise to think twice about transacting with this company. I found them to be completely untrustworthy.

This has to be the worst company I have ever worked with! Been having internet issues for over a year now and they finally found out it was related to a bad power cable outside the house. I have been trying to get refunds for bad service but they said they can only give $20 refund because they are unable to adjust discounts past 90 days! WTF! And It's almost impossible to get a live agent on the phone! This is fraud!
Comcast Xfinity is the WORST company that I have ever had to deal with. From inception the agent gave me the wrong pricing which took 3 months to fix and is still not properly fixed. Calling in to speak to somebody is comparable to getting on a plane and flying to the for the farthest destination you can possibly imagine. No one can ever give you the correct information. The wait time you will go through 100% of your battery use. The computers are always down and they simply hang up on you when they tell you this. They ask for all your information prior to getting a live agent and then they ask the same questions. Dealing with this company is like going to the dentist having a tooth pulled and not using any Novacane. If you have an option to use any other company do so. Do your homework people. Look at all the negative reviews. That alone says something
It is impossible for an average professional like me to stop thinking about ways to save money. I would hunt for the deals and special packages frequently. It was during a casual Internet browsing session that I came across the website that featured Comcast deals. I couldn’t say anything apart from “wow”. The packages that they offer for TV, Internet, and voice services are impressive. I did not wait long to switch my service provider. Even though all the features are excellent, I would like to specifically mention about the high speed Internet connection.
We don't even have comcast yet, I called and they said our address didn't "exist", even though others on our block have Comcast. The first guy didn't know how to handle the situation, saying he would need to add our address to their system. He was going to call me back within 20 minutes... one hour later, no call back, so I called and spoke with someone else. She informed me that they would have to add our address to the system, she gave me a ticket number and said someone would call within 48 hours. Three business days later, still no call to set up installation.
I think after reading all other negative reviews for this company, and getting absolutely nowhere just trying to SET UP service, we will be looking elsewhere. This is not a good sign, we aren't even getting service yet and have had a horrible experience. Not a great way to conduct business or bring in new customers, pretty pathetic if you ask me.
Stopped by xfinity store in Lansing Moro discuss my bill spoke with Isiah the most rude person I have ever encountered in my life. I felt like I was a bother to him for being there and ask questions. The moment my contract expires I am running away after 30+ years with them as a customer

I use to work for this company where I had multiple co workers talk very inappropriately and say things to me that made me feel sick. My boss laughed when I tried to get help from him. Disgusting company filled with disgusting coworkers.
Called customer service as i need a real human on the line. Waited on hold for over 15 minutes and the person tried multiple code numbers to program my remote and then simply hung up when the programming did not work. I had to wait several days to make time to deal with this crazy delay and they just did the same thing. I waited on hold for over 15 minutes and this time as soon as i got a person on the line and explained the issue, she hung up. Cant wait to cut Comcast Cable!
We all know they are bad but they seem to be getting worse now. Tried to get my service switched to a new location and have been lost up in their bureaucratic system for a two weeks now. Today they told me they are not doing any in-house installs during the Covid period. I don't get cell coverage at my new location and they don't think a phone line is an essential service? No internet, no phone so I'll have to use smoke signals if there is an emergency.
Comcast is good until your year is up. Then they start $#*!ing with your service on purpose. I only say this because it's just right on time for years. At first I thought no way but after the 3rd year it was just like the old I phone started running slow when it was time to renew. It seems especially because I won't enter into a contract I just want month to month. They say well here is the price Las year but you won't sign a contract so that deal is over I say I'm going to ATT and they automatically rework my price back down. I know how Comcast is hell most cable/ phone company they know what to do. They want me to spend more money on a good contract so I don't have these once a year problems. No $#*! you I live in an apartment complex in Nashville where we only have a couple of options but I hope any one who has options knows how bad you suck $#*! and are crooked.

I lived in East Boston Winthrop and Revere Ma only cable co allowed in all three of my houses. The take you to the cleaners service is non existent and they like it that way I call for service issues once a week. If you ever have to pick a cable company buy a cheap antenna for the TV you will be glad you did Comcast Xfinity spell grief and pain. Good luck to you all
After 2 phone calls & five days later, I found out I was denied my request for Comcast Xfinity services. The excuse was, it was out of their service area. Even though two years ago a large crew showed up at my home. They tore up my front yard up, blocked my driveway, left trash in my driveway & they walked my entire property as if they owned it. All while staring down my fiancé, as if to say what are you going to do about it? I had to back then contact Comcast & filed a complaint showing the pictures of the trash the crew had left behind and how they tore my grass up. It took a several days but they finally showed back up, picked up their trash & replanted the grass they tore up.
My husband just got an account with T-Mobile and is trying to port his number from Xfinity and it's been next to impossible, Xfinity doesn't know what they are doing and they are making it so difficult for something that should've only taken a few minutes, they say they are going to do things and then nothing happens. They are rude on the phone and just aren't willing to help. I would never recommend anyone to Xfinity mobile ever. Best going to an actual phone company. Xfinity SUCKS
90 year old grandma has moved to assisted living, 7 1/2 years after being widowed. Her friends want to keep in touch but we have been unable to move her phone number ( of about 50 years duration) to the assisted living in apt. It is in her late husband's name and despite her husband having given his sons power of attorney many years ago, the sons cannot move the phone number for their mother without a death certificate for their father. It is the holidays, the county clerks office is closed for repairs. We are taking action to produce the required documentation but it's not easy. Meanwhile we get alarmed phone calls from her elderly friends concerned they can't get ahold of her.
Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I have comcast service and it's fairly reliable. (I have had a few outages though.) However, their customer service sucks big time. As long as you don't have to deal with that, you're fine.
Please, please just go under already you unless monopoly that cares nothing about it's customers or your own product. Your only goal is to keep your heads about water. Your company deserves to die. No customer service. No reliability. Outrageous prices. Just stinky dog$#*! product. If anyone is looking for a internet provider, look elsewhere. Die Comcast. It'd be a 0 star if they'd let me.
Whenever I call Comcast or Xfinity, it's worthless. They have menus and artificial intelligence that tries to guide you through their system. But whenever I call you something outside of the Scripps. Therefore, I can never get help from these guys. They might have a good service for television and Internet, but their customer support is the biggest suck job on the planet.

I tried to reschedule an appointment on line. Every single bubble I ticked was unavailable. I tried using Chrome, Firefox, and Safari because I thought it might be a browser issue. Nope. When I called to reschedule I had to wait on hold... The technician who showed up a few days later was polite, courteous, and friendly-- the opposite of the website.
