I ordered 2 gaskets from Cometic for my dirtbike. I was told it would take 6 weeks before I received, the item which I was okay with. But, I was never given a shipping quote. After receiving the item, I received an invoice in the mail a few days after that gave me a breakdown of charges. I paid $38 for 2 small gaskets, capable of fitting in a medium sized envelope. I was charged $26 after the two gaskets were put into a massive box to ship to me... I spoke with the sales rep and HR from Cometic, both of which just told me (that's how it is).
I won't be purchasing from Cometic in the future.
