Ordered a product months ago. They claimed that all had been shipped and if it wasn't shipped that it would be soon. Didn't respond to customer service email, had to contact Nicola Harris (head of operations). They said they didn't have my products that I had saved up for and waited for. The only reason I didn't cancel after waiting months was because the money was supposed to go to charity. Honestly a terrible experience. Nicola was nice but not nice enough to forgive waiting forever to not get what I ordered.
